Check-In Procedure - Check-in time: 3:00 pm. - Check-out time: 11:00 am. - Finger Lakes Cabins and Campground reserves the right to determine when early check-in is available. - An early check-in fee of $25 may apply when applicable. - Finger Lakes Cabins and Campground reserves the right to determine when late check-out is available. - A late check-out fee of $25 may apply when applicable. - While each park attempts to accommodate your exact spot request, the on-site manager has the ultimate decision for spot placement. Damage Policy - Finger Lakes Cabins and Campground reserves the right to charge a damage fee in the event that property is damaged or stolen during or after your stay. - Charges for damages will be as follows. - RV or Tent site damage fee, minimum of $50.00. - Cabin damage fee, minimum of $150. - Cottage damage fee, minimum of $250. - Tree damage fee, minimum of $100. Guest Limit - The maximum guest limit is 5 individuals per site. - Finger Lakes Cabins and Campground will charge $20 for each person exceeding this limit. Pet Policy - We are a pet-friendly resort, but pets must be walked on a leash, cleaned up after, and may not disturb other guests. - Pets are the responsibility of the owner. - Management reserves the right to restrict disruptive or aggressive breeds. - A $50 charge will be added to your account if management has to clean up after your pet per incident. Non-Liability for Weather or Circumstances - Management shall not be held liable or responsible for non-utilization of package components or loss of recreational opportunities due to weather or any other circumstances beyond our control. - Finger Lakes Cabins and Campground or its management bears no responsibility for any loss or damage to any person, property, or thing howsoever caused. Right to Evict - The management reserves the right to evict any day user, guest, camper, or group of campers for any cause. No Hunting - Hunting of any kind is strictly prohibited on the premises of Finger Lakes Cabins and Campground. - Guests are not allowed to engage in any hunting activities, including but not limited to firearms, bows, trapping, or any other hunting methods. - This prohibition extends to all areas of the campground, including campsites, cabins, cottages, and common areas. - Violation of this clause will result in immediate eviction without refund, and legal authorities may be contacted. - Finger Lakes Cabins and Campground is committed to providing a safe and peaceful environment for all guests, and we appreciate your cooperation in maintaining this policy. Cold Weather Rental Restrictions - Below-Freezing Temperatures. - Cabins may not be rented during periods of below-freezing temperatures. - Due to our above-ground water storage system, it is not possible for us to provide running water in these conditions, including but not limited to the bath house and on-site fresh water hook-up. - Limited RV and tent sites may still be available during below-freezing temperatures. - No snow removal provided by FLCC. - If the campground is inaccessible due to snow/ice, a refund will be provided. - However, we will not be able to provide access to water at these sites due to the same water storage limitations. Site Discounts - A site discount will be applied to RV and tent sites during the cold-weather renting period. - The specific discount amount will be determined by FLCC and communicated to renters at the time of booking. Renting Responsibility - Renters must acknowledge and agree to the following. - During cold weather renting periods, it is the renter's responsibility to be adequately prepared for below-freezing temperatures, including ensuring their own water supply and taking necessary precautions to prevent freezing of their own equipment or water sources. - Renters are required to adhere to any additional safety guidelines and instructions provided by FLCC during cold weather rentals to ensure their safety and the protection of the rental property. Agreement Acceptance - By making a reservation or renting any property during the cold weather renting period, renters acknowledge their understanding and acceptance of the terms and conditions outlined in this "Cold Weather Renting" section. Seneca County Hotel-Motel Tax - All cabin and house rentals are conisdered short term and will be charged a 3% addtional occupancy tax and collected at booking. - This does not apply to RV sites.
