Registration and Arrival Check-In Procedure - Check-in: 2:00 pm - Check out: 11:00 am - One night's rental fee (plus security deposit if required) at the time of reservation. (Mailed within 3 days). - Balance to be received in full one week prior to arrival. - Security Deposit is refunded upon inspection of the property, within 2 weeks of departure date. - Early or late arrivals must call and make arrangements. - While each park attempts to accommodate your exact spot request, the on-site manager has the ultimate decision for spot placement. Occupancy - Please note individual cabin maximum occupancy and rates. Pets - Pets are not allowed, however there are kennels in Andrews, Franklin and Bryson City. Smoking - All of our cabins are smoke free. Children - Children are welcome with an accompanying adult. PLEASE NOTE: - This is a vacation rental agreement under the North Carolina Vacation Rental Act. - The rights and obligations of the parties to this agreement are defined by law. - Your signature on the agreement, or payment of money, or taking possession of the property after receipt of the agreement, is evidence of your acceptance of the agreement and your intent to use this property as a vacation rental.

Cancellation Policy

MODERATE If the guest cancels at least 1 week before your check-in day and time, they will receive a full refund (minus Spot2Nite convenience or resort fees). If the guest cancels within the 1 week before check-in, there will be no refund.
