Hidden Haven RV Park

Check-In Procedure - While each park attempts to accommodate your exact spot request, the on-site manager has the ultimate decision for spot placement. Park Fees - All fees will be collected at check-in. - Only funds drawn in U.S. funds will be accepted. - We will need a credit card on file for all reservations. Speed Limit - Speed limit is 7.5 mph while in the park. - Failure to obey the speed limit will result in dismissal from the park. Quiet Time - Quiet time is between 10:00 p.m and 8:00 a.m. Park Courtesy - Please respect your neighbors – do not cut through their site. - Please place sewer hoses and electric cords on gravel as much as possible to avoid damage from mowing. Vehicles - Maximum of one RV and two vehicles per site. - No parking on grass. - All vehicles driven within the park must be reasonably quiet and can only be driven on roadways. - Only licensed drivers may operate a motorized vehicle within the park. Children - Children under 16 must always be under direct adult supervision and follow appropriate safety rules while biking or participating in any other activities. Pets - We welcome well-behaved pets. - Guests are allowed a maximum of two large dogs or three small dogs. - Owners must pick up after their pets. - There is a $100.00 fine for those found not cleaning up after their pet. - Pets are not allowed in any buildings. - Leashes and tethers should be no more than 8 feet long. - Owners must be in attendance when pets are outside. - Aggressive behavior towards guests or other pets will not be tolerated, and guests may be asked to leave the park. Trash - Dumpsters are located near the front of the Hidden Haven RV Park entrance. - Please bag all garbage items before taking them to the dumpsters. Smoking - Smoking is prohibited in all buildings. - Please dispose of cigarettes in the provided containers. RV/Vehicle Wash - Do not wash your vehicles or RV. Grass & Trees - Please do not place mats or carpets on the grass. - Please place sewer hoses and electric cords on gravel as much as possible to avoid damage from mowing. - No cutting or trimming of trees or foliage. - No clotheslines attached to trees. Facilities Closures - Facilities may be temporarily closed for private parties, activities, maintenance, or other health and safety-related issues. - Please observe all closed signs as posted. Protection of Property - We advise each of our guests to exercise caution with their personal property. - Please ensure you lock up bikes and lock your vehicles. - We advise the use of pressure regulators for water and surge protectors for electricity. - Hidden Haven RV Park is not responsible for any theft or damage to your personal property. - This property is privately owned. - We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone and will not be responsible for accidents, injuries, or loss from any cause. Guests Responsibility - All guests are responsible for their conduct and that of their visitors, children & pet,s and for any damages resulting from their actions. - All guests of Hidden Haven RV Park who stay at any site or use any of the facilities do so at their own risk. - RL is not responsible for injuries or damages of any sort for any reason. - All guests of Hidden Haven RV Park agree to release Hidden Haven RV Park and its affiliates, officers, family members, volunteers, fellow guests and employees of all liability for the loss or damages to property, and injury to his/her person arising out of his/her use of the Hidden Haven RV Park facilities and agrees to indemnify and hold harmless Hidden Haven RV Park, its officers, family members, volunteers, fellow guests and employees against any and all claims of any type.
