Rules

Registration and Arrival Check-In Procedure - Check-in time: 1 p.m. - Check-out time: 11 a.m. - Each visit, all Seasonal Campers and Guests are required to check in at the main office before entering the Campground. - Seasonal Camper is responsible to pay then for any Guests accompanying the Seasonal Camper if Guest does not pay for themselves. - All Seasonal Campers, guests, and any short-term visitors are required to have a valid liability release on file. - If arriving after hours, the front gate may be closed. - If you must open the gate to enter or exit, please close it behind you. - Please check in at the office as soon as it opens the following morning. - All campers and guests must wear the wristband(s) that are provided at check-in. - This allows the Staff to clearly distinguish guests and campers who have already checked in. - Parking passes will also be given at the time of check-in and should be displayed in the front windshield of the vehicle. - You will also check in any pets at this time, please have your rabies number ready to provide. - While each park attempts to accommodate your exact spot request, the on-site manager makes the ultimate decision regarding spot placement. RV Space (Seasonal 2025) - Seasonal RV site fees must be paid in full by April 1st, 2025. - Failure to make payment by this deadline will result in the forfeiture of your reserved site. - Any property remaining on the site past the payment due date will be subject to a $50 daily storage fee until removed. - Gilboa Quarry reserves the right to take further action as necessary to clear the site. - Your RV space usage commences on January 1, 2025, at 9:00 AM and terminates on December 31, 2025 at 5:00PM. - Any property not removed by January 1, 2026, will be deemed abandoned and removed or disposed of by Gilboa Quarry at Camper’s cost. - In addition, a fee of $250 per day will be charged for any Camper property not removed by January 1, 2026. - Any property not removed by check-out time on the camper's checkout date will be deemed abandoned and removed or disposed of by Gilboa Quarry at the Camper’s cost. Additional Terms for Rental Units - All Camper fees are covered for 2 adults and 2 dependents. - At departure, the campsite is to be left in a clean condition and all garbage is to be removed. Gilboa Quarry may charge my credit card with a $75.00 cleaning fee if my campsite is not left clean and in the condition it was prior to arrival. - Fire rings are not to be moved under any circumstances. - Moving of a fire ring will result in a $75 fee. - All damages to the campsite, whether caused by myself, my children, guests or pets, will be disclosed to the registration office immediately or at checkout. - All damages occurring to the campsite during my stay will be charged to my credit card after a thorough inspection has been made by Gilboa Quarry. Additional Terms for Quarry Water Use - Swimming and snorkeling alone are prohibited. - At least one adult, 18 years of age or older, must be present when entering the Quarry water. - Swimming, outside the scope of scuba diving, freediving, or snorkeling, is prohibited outside the designated swimming area. - The designated swimming area is clearly defined in the beach/swimming area. - Don’t drink alcohol and swim, scuba dive, snorkel, or enter the quarry water for any reason whatsoever. - Only use this facility during posted hours of operation. - Fishing in the Quarry water is strictly prohibited. - In an emergency, notify the facility operator and contact help as soon as possible. - Children less than 16 years of age must be accompanied by a parent or guardian (an adult who is responsible for the children and their behavior). - There is no substitute for adequate supervision. Change Policy - Changes to reservation arrival or departure dates made outside of the cancellation window will result in a one-time courtesy change, and every change made thereafter will be charged a $15 service fee. - The guest is responsible for any resultant difference in rates. - Changes made to decrease occupancy or pets resulting in a credit owed will result in the issuance of a Camp Credit. - Camp Credit will remain active on the User Account and will expire one year from issuance. - Reservation arrival or departure dates may not be changed inside the cancellation window. Payment Policy - Payment is due in full at the time of booking. - We gladly accept Visa, Mastercard, and American Express. - Checks are also acceptable. No Show Policy - Reservations will be held until check-out time on the day following your scheduled arrival. - No shows will result in full forfeiture of funds. Firearms Policy - Firearms are not permitted in any property buildings or common areas. - The only exception is that guests may have a firearm in a locked, private vehicle in parking areas if permitted by law. - The discharge of firearms, BB guns, air guns/rifles, or similar devices is strictly prohibited. Misc. Rules & Regulations - Speed Limit - 5 mph at all times. - Give pedestrians and scuba divers the right of way. - No unnecessary vehicle noise in the Campground, including loudspeakers or heavy bass. - No unlicensed drivers are permitted to drive vehicles, motorized scooters, or golf carts in the Campground. Alcoholic Beverages - Drinking of alcohol must be in moderation; anyone giving alcohol to minors under the age of 21 will be asked to leave the Campground immediately. - You are responsible for guests at your site and their behavior in the Campground. - No glass bottles are permitted at the beach. Illegal Substances - Absolutely no illegal drugs are permitted in the Campground. - Immediate eviction will occur. - The Camper is responsible for the Guests' behavior. Weapons - Weapons are not permitted within the campground. - Campers must secure any legal firearm or weapon within their personal vehicles for the entirety of the visit. - BB guns, pellet guns, paintball guns, crossbows, compound bows, sling shots, or any similar devices are not permitted in the Campground. Fireworks - Are prohibited. - Do not set off fireworks or aerial displays in the Campground. - Exceptions may be considered with advanced approval for special events. Bicycles - Bicycles are to be ridden on the gravel roads as all other vehicles. - Night riding is permitted with headlights and installed reflectors. - Riders are to follow the 5-mph speed limit and are encouraged to wear a helmet at all times. - Stay 20 feet behind cars, maintenance or construction equipment, and emergency vehicles for your own safety. Motorcycles - Motorcycles can be used as transportation. - All motorcycles must conform with the State of Ohio laws, including a motorcycle license endorsement for the driver, current license plate and insurance. - As with all other vehicles, riders are to follow the 5mph speed limit and are encouraged to wear helmets. ATVs, Minibikes, Dirt Bikes - Are not permitted in the Campground. Toy Motorcycles, Scooters, Skateboards, Etc - Electric or gas-powered scooters are permitted in the Campground. - All riding toys, battery powered or not, under 36” MUST have a flag. - We suggest all riders in the Campground wear helmets. - Riders are to follow the 5 mph speed limit. Boating - No motorized vessels on the quarry are permitted. Fishing - Fish is prohibited. - Absolutely no rod & reel, net, or spearfishing at any time. - Violators will be removed from the property. Trees - Do not put screws, nails, or anything into the trees. - Do not cut or mutilate any tree. - If a tree is dead or could be a threat, alert management. - Please take down any clotheslines in the fall by October 15 at the latest. - Firewood cutting is permitted with prior approval. - Clean up will be the responsibility of the Camper. Bridge - The bridge is for the use of guests and Campers for the sites across the creek. - Do not jump or play on or around the bridge; doing so can overstress the bridge or result in an accidental fall. - The bridge is to be used for golf cart crossing only. RV Unit & Campsite Setup - To comply with local legal requirements, RV Units must maintain a minimum 10’ end-to-end separation and 15’ side-by-side separation with all slides extended. - We reserve the right to dictate the final placement of the RV Unit on all sites. - Slides or awnings when extended are not to block the electric meter or extend beyond your lot line. - RV jacks are to be the sole support of the RV Unit. - Supports must be set up in a neat and orderly fashion. - All tanks are to be safely secured and kept rust-free. - To refill propane, we suggest visiting Cherry’s Propane Service in nearby Ottawa, OH - less than 3 miles away. - Storage under the RV Unit must be kept to a minimum - no buckets, ladders, awning parts, or cans. - The Campground has the option, if a lot needs attention, to maintain the site and charge the Seasonal Camper for the work at the cost of $25.00 per hour. Steps, Storage Sheds & Additional Structures - Please note that all new structures, relocations of existing structures, or any changes to campsites need prior approval from Campsite management. - All structures must have a base that is movable by forklift. - Always confirm with management the specs and location of any structure or change BEFORE purchasing it. Steps - Steps and step railings to the RV Unit must be made from pressure-treated wood or be manufactured for outdoor use. - No cement blocks are to be used for steps. Decks - All decks must be approved by management. Important Note - It is the Camper’s responsibility to remove decks in a timely manner if the Campground needs to repair a waterline or electric problem beneath it. Sheds - Prior approval by the Campground is required before building or delivering sheds. - Size is to be no larger than 8’ X 10’ and only one story. - The base must be either pressure-treated wood or the base of the plastic shed is acceptable if it sits directly on the ground. - Outside sheds and cabinets such as the Rubbermaid products are acceptable but still must be approved by Campground before set-up. - Sheds are for storage only and not to be used as housing. - Do not leave valuables in storage sheds during the winter season. - Golf carts are not to be parked in storage sheds. - Keep the area around the shed neat, tidy, and secured. - Campground is not responsible for any theft from sheds, secured or not. - No shed can be relocated or sold within the Campground without prior approval of the Management. - If trees need to be trimmed above Camper’s shed, it is the Camper’s responsibility to move or protect the building before the trees fall or are trimmed. - For wooden sheds, the design must be a barn-type or gambrel roof. - No flat roofs will be permitted. - The base design must be able to be picked up by backhoe forks. - Building location must have prior approval from Management and the building is to be set on flat, solid patio stones or pressure-treated wood. - Electric wire is not applicable to the shed. - In the case of any lot fixing by Campground, Campground will not be responsible for any damages done to Camper’s wire assembly. - This includes extension cords, water hoses, telephone lines, etc. If a building becomes too old, too damaged,/or does not meet current specs, it may be condemned and removed. - Camper must check with Management before any work is done. - This is to eliminate any problems with utility lines and the following of camp rules. - If digging occurs without permission from Campground, the Camper shall be responsible for the costs of any and all necessary repairs or replacements. - The Campground is not responsible for personal injury or property damage that may result due to digging by Camper whether or not authorized. Refrigerators - On-site outdoor refrigerators are prohibited; refrigerators must be kept in an enclosed environment. - Due to the inevitability of power outages and the possibility of an accidental unplug, we highly suggest the bare minimum of perishables be left in any refrigerator when Camper(s) are not on site. - The Campground assumes no responsibility for loss of food or refrigerators. - Camper(s) are responsible for securing any food and drink within. - If the refrigerator breaks, you are responsible for removing it from the Campground immediately. - It is not to be left derelict at your site or disposed of at our dumpsters. Campfires & Wood Storage - When selecting a campfire site, look up and try not to be under a tree where the heat will damage it. - Fire rings should be placed in existing burn rings or in the gravel or dirt. - Do not create a new fire ring placement in the grass without prior approval. - Creating a new fire ring placement without prior approval of Management will result in a $75 fee. - Please do not poach fire rings from other campsites. - If you are in need of a fire ring and there are not any extras next to the Campground wood pile, please ask staff for assistance. - All fires must be supervised by an adult. - Burning of trash, particularly plastic, glass, and aluminum, is prohibited. - Do not leave a fire burning when leaving the campsite, especially in the fall. - Wood is to be stored in a neat and orderly fashion. - Only tarps are permitted to cover woodpiles, no permanent awnings or roofs. - Animals, including snakes, bugs, and bees, move into wood piles that have little or no activity. - If you have wood over three seasons, please get rid of it. - Pallets must be disassembled and stacked within one day. - Firewood is not to be stacked over 4 feet high nor stacked against electric pedestals. Parking Cars - One car is permitted per Campsite. - You must register your vehicle with the main office and receive a new parking pass annually. - These parking passes are valid for both the main gravel lot and quarry side parking and are non-transferable. - Please do not park any vehicles larger than a golf cart on any grass areas, next to your RV unit, or otherwise. - Any additional gear trailers or vehicles will need to purchase daily parking passes. - Seasonal Campers may have additional gravel put in at their own expense. Golf Carts - Each Campsite is permitted one golf cart. - Golf carts must be 4-cycle gas or electric, have four wheels, and a quiet muffler. - They must be driven on the gravel roads only and follow the 5 mph speed limit. - Headlights and taillights are required at night. - Do not drive after Quiet Hours unless strictly required. - Passengers must remain seated while carts are in motion; overloading a golf cart is dangerous and not permitted. - Repeated violations by Camper(s) or guests will lead to the removal of your privileges. - Golf carts must be parked in the main gravel lot with the brake set, keys stowed, and any covers or loose items secured when not in use/parked for longer than a day. - Gilboa Quarry assumes no responsibility for damage to personal property, whether caused by the negligence of Full Tank LLC dba Gilboa Quarry, its employees, or its agents. - Camper(s) will assume all risks of injury or death to themselves and others, and release and hold harmless Gilboa Quarry from any and all liability for any such injury or death. - Camper(s) are responsible for their own actions and the actions of any passengers. - All applicable laws and regulations apply. Assumption of Risk - Parking at the Campsite is at your own risk. - You are encouraged to lock your car and secure your valuables at all times. - The Campground is not responsible for any damage to vehicles, golf carts, campers/RVs, or any other personal assets related to the Campsite. Electric - Currently, all our campsites are provided with a single hook up to either 110v or 30/50 amp service. - Camper[LD3] (s) is expected to provide any electrical cords and extensions needed to reach their assigned electric hook up. - Camper shall not have multiple cords plugged into one source at once, as this can cause a fire hazard. - Electric is currently not metered and is provided for each unit at no additional cost. - Air Conditioners/Heaters are to be powered down when the RV is not inhabited. - Too many ACs and appliances running at once can cause the power to trip across the Campground. - While we are working to install more reliable metered electric in the new campground, we please ask that you respect the minimal power grid we are currently working with. - Just because your electricity is currently unmetered, it does not mean your electricity is unlimited. - Any Camper(s) found to be using excessive amounts of electricity (i.e., multiple AC units running simultaneously or running AC when no one is on-site) may be charged an excessive use fee of $50/mo. Water - Please make every effort to help us conserve our onsite water. - Well water is not an unlimited resource and can run out. - Due to the high volume of guests on weekends, please wash RV Units and Golf Carts throughout the week. - Absolutely no car/truck or other vehicle washing. During Power Outages - Please Do Not Use the Water. - Even though there is still pressure, the safety switches to the pumps shut off, and the pumps have to be restarted, which does take time. - The water system will be energized on or about April 1 and on or about Nov. 30 the system will be winterized and drained. - Use only potable water hoses (all white) for the RV Unit. - The Ohio Department of Health has set this requirement. - Always turn the water off to the RV Unit when not in use. FYI - The water source is from 1 well and is not limited and usage must be conservative. - Our water system complies with the laws and rules of the Ohio EPA, Ohio Health Department, and Putnam County Health Department. Septic - Currently, septic collection is by honey-pot transfer to our septic tank or by reservation with the main office. - We can request your RV Unit be emptied when our on-site porta-pots are emptied. - Some sites may be inaccessible for pumping, but if your site is accessible, you’ll need to be on-site to pay the pumping company directly, or leave the exact change amount with the office to deliver in your absence. - Please use ecologically safe tank prep materials within your RV Unit system to help keep our septic systems from failing. Holding Tank Equipment - Hoses are to be stored out of sight directly after use. - Portable tanks (“Honey Pots”) are to be out of sight, under the RV Unit, or otherwise stored appropriately. - Campground reserves the right to cross any site to egress pumping. - Campground assumes no responsibility for the condition of the holding tank on any RV Unit or for any damage caused by or arising from any dump services. - Seasonal Campers have free access to use the dump station. - Transient RV Campers may use the dump station for $20 charge. Garbage & Recycling - Garbage collection onsite occurs May 1 through Oct. 31 and is only at the dumpster in the Main Parking Lot. - Garbage is to be bagged and put into the dumpster. - Please close the lid when you are finished. - Only camp park-generated garbage is permitted. - Do not bring out-of-Campground garbage. - Do not leave beside or put in the dumpster any decks, grills, tires, bikes, chairs, or junk metal. - Take it home with you promptly. - A recycling container is available for alumminum and cans during the peak season. - Please do not dump grass clippings on the creek bed. Insurance Information - Gilboa Quarry is not responsible for any RV Unit, golf cart, or pet. - All RVs and vehicles onsite are expected to be appropriately and currently insured by the Camper(s). - Be advised that all RV Units need to be well-maintained and in roadworthy condition at all times. - The Camper(s) will be held liable for any costs incurred by the Campground in order to make the RV Unit roadworthy. Beach - All eligible and registered Campers have a complimentary Beach pass included with the Seasonal Camping Pass. - Swim at your own risk. - We ask that you please stay in the designated swimming area; do not swim past the line. - Swimming outside of the designated swimming area is not permitted at any time. - There is no lifeguard on duty. - Children under 16 must be accompanied by an adult at all times. Hours - The beach is open sunup to sundown for Seasonal Campers. - Please note that beach hours may change due to location-specific training, events, weather, etc. Beach Rules - Please follow all posted beach rules and signage. - Campground employees have the authority to send individuals off the beach for a specific period of time for disregarding those rules, disregarding verbal requests from staff, or causing harm or potential harm to themselves or another person. - No glass whatsoever is permitted at the beach. - Remove all trash and beach toys from the beach as you leave. - A parent or other responsible adult must accompany children under 16 years of age. Guest Policy - Anyone not listed on the original RV Campsite Agreement is considered a Guest and must register with the office separately, whether visiting for a day or overnight. - ALL Campers and Guests must have a liability release completed before staying on site. - This can be found via our website or completed on a tablet in the main office upon arrival. - Campers assume all responsibility for Guests and are responsible for the behavior and conduct of Guests. - Campers will recieved 2 complimentary swim guest passes, in which Guests will receive at time of check in. - Guests are responsible for camping and daily entry passes. - Guest Passes must be returned after the duration of stay. - All additional Guests must purchase their daily and nightly passes separately unless otherwise discussed with Management. Daily Guest Pass - Non-diver & all activity passes are available for an additional admission fee from the Main Office. - Guests are expected to depart by the end of the business day unless registered as an overnight guest. Short-Term Guest - If a guest is stopping to visit for a short time, 60 minutes or less, they should request a timeslip from the main office in the form of a receipt. - Admission to the Campground will still be collected but will be returned to the Guest if the Guest presents the receipt/timeslip for refund within that 60-minute window on their way off the property. Overnight Guest Pass - Anyone not registered as a Camper or Dependent of a Camper will need to purchase camping individually upon check-in and must register with the main office prior to the end of business day. - Guests will be charged the base camping rate per person per night, regardless of whether they are staying inside an existing seasonal RV Unit or outside in a tent on an existing campsite. - These camping passes do not cover another RV Unit in the lot; transient RV spots are available by reservation through the main office. - Tents may not stay up longer than a week, and are to be taken down if not in use. After Hours Guest - If any Guest plans to arrive after hours, prior approval with management is required. - Any After Hours Guest must stay within your Seasonal Campsite that night, not in an additional campsite. - For any after hour arrival, it is the responsibility of the Camper to meet the Guest at the main gate to direct them to the campsite and ensure the gate is closed once again. - Please pay for the camping the following day as soon as the office opens. - If the Guest departs before paying their fees, the Camper will be liable to cover those costs. - Guests are the Seasonal Campers’ responsibility. QUIET HOURS - Quiet hours are from 10:00 pm to 8:00 am. - Remember that sound carries beyond your Campsite. - Many visitors to the quarry are students who need their rest in order to learn. - Please be courteous to your neighbors and all visitors. - During quiet hours, please confine all activity to your Campsite. - No loudspeakers or profane music, excessive vehicle noise (including vehicle speakers), or unnecessarily loud conversation. - Only ‘Whisper Quiet’ generators are permitted during quiet hours. - Gilboa Quarry is a family-friendly business. - Anyone violating the Quiet Hours or using excessive profanity or obscenities may be asked to leave the premises. Pet Policy - Gilboa Quarry is a pet friendly campground - we ask that all pets are registered with the Campground upon arrival each time you visit. - In order to provide the most comfortable experience to everyone who visits Gilboa Quarry, all pets must be kept on a leash or line no longer than 6 feet and remain under the owners' control. - They are not to be loose. - Pet clean up is required - regardless of where your pet does their business. - All pets must be up to date on vaccines and have a valid rabies number and tag. - Pets are not to be left unattended for an extended period of time in cars, RV Units, or tethered out on the Campsite. - Pets are expected to be quiet so it does not to disturb fellow guests or hinder any training courses. - While we love all our furry friends, if your dog is a barker or howler, we respectfully ask that you leave them at home. - The Campground, without notice, reserves the right to limit the number of pets of any kind. We currently request no more than two (2) dogs per Camper. - Absolutely no potentially aggressive or reactive animals or pets with a known flight risk are permitted in the Campground. - All inoculations are required for the pet to be in the Campground. - Electric fences are not acceptable for sites, as pets are to be leashed at all times. - No dog boxes or cages are to be on your site unless it is a commercially constructed portable unit. - The Campground reserves the right to dictate where any pet is kept and the cage can be located. - The cage size is to be large enough to allow your pet to stand up comfortably. - If your pets are not cared for in compliance with these terms and conditions, the Campground may ask you to remove the pet from the Campground at any time. - If you must leave the park due to disregarding this pet policy, no camping refund will be issued. Emergency Services - 24/7 Emergency: 911 - Local Sheriff (24/7): 419-523-3208 - Local EMS (until 11 pm): 419-538-7315 - Divers Alert Network Hotline (24/7): 1-919-684-9111 - In case of a life-threatening emergency, please dial 911 immediately. - For after-hours emergencies, there is an emergency phone available in the bathhouse 24/7. - An AED and basic First Aid kit are available in the Bathhouse. - During open hours, please alert the main office immediately after calling emergency services. Incident Reports - Contact the main office (419) 456-3300 or stop by during working hours. - Do not hesitate to let us know about any incident, no matter how small. - We ask that any incident be recorded with the main office either in person or via email at [email protected] as soon as the immediate threat has passed. - We may ask that an in-house incident report be filed or request a copy of any you have drawn up. Emergency Exits - There are two vehicle exits to the main road. - One from the main parking lot and another from the auxiliary camping field across the bridge. - Large Campground maps are posted in the main office. - Familiarize your family and guests with emergency protocols before they become necessary. Safe Space Policy - Gilboa Quarry is committed to providing a harassment-free space for everyone, regardless of gender, gender identity + expression, sexual orientation, disability, physical appearance, age, language, body size, race, ethnicity, nationality, religion, socioeconomic standing, or otherwise. - We will not tolerate the harassment of guests or staff in any form. - Anyone who violates this Safe Space Policy will be immediately asked to leave the premises and may not be welcome back. - The goal of safe spaces is to encourage all visitors to work together to prevent or reduce societal harm, particularly for those who are often the targets of violence and harassment. - Behavior that makes others feel unsafe will not be tolerated. Such behaviors include, but are not limited to - Offensive, derogatory, threatening, or aggressive comments - Violence, intimidation, stalking, or unwanted following of a person - Persistent, abusive, and non-constructive criticism regarding any guest’s activities - Persistent micro-aggressions in the form of comments, jokes, material, or otherwise - Harassing or unwelcome photography, recording, or image sharing - Disruption of events, programs, or space functionality - Inappropriate physical contact without consent or unwelcome sexual attention - Advocating or encouraging any of the above behaviors Vehicles - In season, any vehicle left unoccupied on an unpaid site, without prior written authorization from the Campground, will be deemed to have been abandoned. - Any vehicle not removed from the Campground within 48 hours after the last day of the season without prior written approval from the Campground will be deemed abandoned. - Camper understands that any abandoned vehicle or vehicles can and will be towed to a storage facility off premises at the expense of the Camper. - Camper further understands that any titled vehicle will be disposed of at the Camper's sole cost. Campground reserves the right to dispose of the vehicle in any way it deems appropriate, including, but not limited to, the following options: - If the vehicle has been unoccupied for 5 consecutive days after the term expires defined in the Campsite Use Agreement, the Campground may file an action for the seizure of the remaining property with the appropriate municipal court, Pursuant to ORC 3733.082. - The Camper shall remove all property and answer within 7 days after service of said actions. - Failure to do so will result in the court either issuing an order authorizing the sheriff, another peace officer, or a bailiff, to remove the property from the campsite and place it in storage, or authorize the Campground to seize the property and cause issuance to the Campground of a new certificate of title for the property if the property is a titled vehicle. - Once the vehicle is in the storage facility for at least 15 days, the Campground may obtain a certificate of title so long as the value of the property, after the deduction of storage and clean-up fees, is less than $2,500, pursuant to ORC 4505.101. Other Property - Any property left at the campsite upon the conclusion of the Campsite Use Agreement term, including but not limited to sheds, porches, or personal items inside the vehicle, will be deemed abandoned. - Camper hereby acknowledges and consents to Campground disposing of any personal property left behind in any manner the Campground sees fit, at the Camper's cost. Storage Fees - Any vehicle abandoned on the campground will be assessed a storage fee which is to be calculated from the day of abandonment. - The fee will be $200 per day for vehicles 1,500 lbs or under and $250 per day for vehicles over 1,500 lbs. Failure of Campground to Act - Failure of Campground to insist upon compliance with the terms of this Agreement shall not constitute a waiver of any violation. - No waiver by the Campground of any provision of this Agreement shall be deemed a waiver of any other provision hereof or of any subsequent breach by Camper of the same or any other provision. Irreconcilable Differences with Campground - Admission and use of the site is at the sole discretion of the Campground. - The Campground may determine, for any reason in its sole discretion, that it is necessary for the Camper(s) to leave the premises prior to the scheduled end of the Campsite User Agreement term. - In such an event, the Campground will direct Camper(s) to leave the RV Unit and the campground. - The Camper(s) will be given one (1) day to cease to occupy the RV Unit and the campground and five (5) days to remove the RV Unit from the campground. - In the event of a disturbance of the peace and order by the Campground, the Campground reserves the right to require the Camper(s)(s) to leave immediately. - The Campground hereby reserves the right to refuse admittance to any and all persons and reserves the right to remove any and all persons from the park for any violation of the rules and regulations. - Registering for a campsite entitles the registered Camper(s) and guests to the use of the campground's facilities with the understanding that Camper, Camper's family and guests obey all rules and regulations established by the Campground. - Any photography or video taken within the campground may be used for promotional purposes. - We reserve the right to change or add rules, ad hoc, at any time without notice that the Campground deems necessary for the safe operation of the campground and the overall enjoyment of all campground patrons. Force Majeure - Campground shall not be held responsible for any non-performance or loss of use by Camper(s) that results in whole or in part from or made impossible or impracticable by any cause beyond the control of Campground, including, but not limited to, fire, explosion, accident, breakdown, strike, adverse weather conditions, shortage or lack of material, fuel, power, transportation media, embargo or any act of God or action or request of any governmental authority, pandemic, government mandated shut-down, failure or refusal of any contractor, any contingency or delay or failure or cause beyond Campground's control. Assumption of Risk, Acknowledgement, and Release - Camper(s) hereby acknowledge that the Campground areas are natural habitats with many obvious hidden dangers, including but not limited to falling limbs, poison ivy, sun exposure, and animals, both natural and domestic. - Despite these dangers, Camper(s) hereby accepts all risk. - Further, Camper(s) hereby releases the Campground and its shareholders, management, and heirs for any present or future claims, including a claim for negligence, for property damage, personal injury, or death arising from Camper(s) participation in all camping activities. - If the Camper(s) Campsite becomes unusable due to naturally occurring events, the Campground will offer a lot of equal value, but no refund, if available.

Cancellation Policy

MODERATE If the guest cancels at least 1 week before your check-in day and time, they will receive a full refund (minus Spot2Nite convenience or resort fees). If the guest cancels within the 1 week before check-in, there will be no refund.
