Heaven's Gate RV Park and Retreat

Registrations and Arrival Check-In Procedure - Check-in time is 2:00 PM - Check-out time is 12:00 noon. - While each park attempts to accommodate your exact spot request, the onsite manager has the ultimate decision for spot placement. Quiet Hours And Behavior - Quiet time is 11:00 PM to 7:00 AM. - Please remember that your neighbor may be trying to sleep. Campsite Rules - Campsites are to be used for living quarters, horse trailers, fifth wheels, pull-type campers, and motor homes. - Additional trailers that accompany the above must be parked in their designated area or have an additional site reserved. Behavior and Conduct - Please be respectful. - No vulgarity, obscenities, violence, or obnoxious behavior will be tolerated. - Rowdiness, loud music, abusive or vulgar language, and possession or use of drugs are strictly prohibited. Speed and Vehicle Rules - Please observe the 15 MPH speed limit at all times. - Anyone operating a motorized vehicle on the property must have a valid driver’s license. Trash and Cleanliness - No littering – carry your trash out with you. - Do not throw or dispose of cigarette butts in the forest. - The trash dumpster is available by the pavilion. Children and Safety - Parents are responsible for the whereabouts, safety, and conduct of their children at all times. Horse and Stall Rules - Pellets are not allowed as they break down our pen base. - Pine shavings are available. - No tying horses to trees, fences, or stall panels. - Stalls must be cleaned daily. - Wheelbarrows and manure forks are available for use. - Dump muck in manure pits. - Pens left with manure, hay, or shavings will be charged $50. - If you plan to ride out on the last day, please clean stalls before departing for the ride. - Current Coggins required. Equestrian Rules - All equestrian RV guests must have a current negative Coggins test available. - Do not tie to trees without a tree saver. - Remove all manure, hay, and bedding before departure. - There is a $50 charge per pen cleaning fee if all manure, hay, and bedding are not removed. - No pellet bedding, it breaks down the base of our pens. Laws and Compliance - All federal, state, and local laws must always be obeyed. Resort Rights and Liability - Heaven’s Gate RV and Retreat, LLC reserves the right to refuse service or evict anyone in violation of these RV park policies, for destroying or defacing property, and/or creating a disturbance. - Heaven’s Gate RV and Retreat, LLC is not responsible for fire, theft, injury, or loss of personal property. - Guests and all other users of this property are liable for all property damages. - Guests release, indemnify, and hold harmless Heaven’s Gate RV and Retreat, LLC and its agents from all suits, actions, or claims of any character, type, or description brought or made for or on account of any injuries or damages received or sustained by any person or property or acts of God. - RV guests expressly assume all risk of such loss or damage and must carry their own insurance.
