Rules

Registration and Arrival Check-In Procedure - Check-In Time: 2 p.m. - Check-Out Time: 10 a.m. - Our staff will meet you at the welcome shack to give you the keys and a handy wagon to bring your belongings to your site. - We strongly recommend that you arrive before dark, and ideally during the staffed window, to make finding your site easier. - While each park attempts to accommodate your exact spot request, the on-site manager makes the ultimate decision regarding spot placement. Finding Your Site - You can review a map here to find out where your site is located. - There's also signage on-site once you arrive at the parking lot directing you to the various villages: "W" "Y" "SLC Tiny Homes" or "P". - Please note that there is no parking at any of the units. - The walk varies between 1 and 5 minutes down maintained trails. - We also have staff on site who are happy to provide small wagons and assist in transporting your bags to your site. Wi-Fi - This is free to all guests! - The network is HAMMOND_HILL and the password is 861duGolf! Bathrooms - There are 2 porta-potties on site for your use. - Tiny homes have their own private bathrooms. Water & Garbage - At the Welcome Shack located in the parking lot area, there is potable water as well as garbage and recycling bins. Noise - Keep in mind there is a strict no noise policy during quiet hours: 11 pm - 7 am (this is the local bylaw and will be strictly enforced). Firewood & Charcoal - Available for purchase at the Welcome Shack for $10 a bag. - Note: We are an eco-resort and reuse our green fire bags. - Please do your best to leave them in good condition. Swimming - Please note that there are no lifeguards on duty at our lakes. - Swimming is at your own risk, and children or weak swimmers should be supervised by a competent adult at all times. Pet Policy - Pets are allowed on site but must be leashed and controlled at all times. - Owners are liable for any injury or damage caused by a pet. - Please clean up after your pet. - Any noted incident with an aggressive pet will lead to termination of your rental or removal from the property. Damages - Please note that in the event you are responsible for unreasonable damages to the accommodations or property, we reserve the right to charge the replacement value to your credit card on file. - You will be contacted to discuss any damages and the amount owing before a charge is processed. Lost/Stolen items - Guests are liable for the return of any keys that are associated with their reservation. - For any lost or stolen items, additional charges will be applied

Cancellation Policy

MODERATE If the guest cancels at least 1 week before your check-in day and time, they will receive a full refund (minus Spot2Nite convenience or resort fees). If the guest cancels within the 1 week before check-in, there will be no refund.
