Registrations and Arrival Check-In Procedure - Standard check-in is after 3:00 pm. - Self Check-In: 4:00-8:00 p.m. - Check Out by 11:00 a.m. - Please note early check-in fees - Early check-in before 2:00 PM incurs a $20 lodging fee. - Early check-in before 2:00 PM incurs a $10 fee for an RV site. - While each park attempts to accommodate your exact spot request, the onsite manager has the ultimate decision for spot placement. RV Park Reservations - A 10% non-refundable deposit is required at the time of booking. - There is a per-person fee for each person over (2) per tent and over (4) per RV. - By providing your credit card, you authorize us to charge your card, and you agree to all terms and conditions. Grass and Trees - Please do not place rugs, doormats, or pour liquids on the grass. - Many of our trees are older fruit trees — do not climb them. Hammocks - Hammocks are allowed, but please check with the camp host before setting one up. Children Policy - All children under the age of 16 must be accompanied by an adult at all times. Campfire - Wood fires are only permitted in the designated fire ring in front of the barn. - Check with the camp host to confirm if a fire ban is in effect. - Propane fires are permitted on gravel only within RV spaces. - Propane fires are not allowed on grass. Water Usage - Do not leave water running for extended periods. - During freezing temperatures, hoses must be disconnected and spigots turned off to prevent freezing. - No washing of vehicles, RVs, or motorhomes without management approval. Smoking - No smoking in or near rooms, windows, or entrances. Trash Disposal - Only bagged household trash is allowed in trash cans. - No cardboard boxes or other large items may be disposed of in trash bins. Pet Policy - We are pet-friendly, but pets must be on a leash at all times. - Pets must be cleaned up after immediately. - Pets must not disturb other guests. - Pets must not be left unattended in trailers. - Pets are not allowed in the RV park restrooms or the laundry room. - A pet fee of $3.00 per pet per day will be automatically added to your reservation at check-in for unannounced pets. Inn Pet Policy - We offer designated pet-friendly rooms at the Inn. - All pets must be disclosed at the time of booking. - Pets must be on a leash. - Pets must be cleaned up after. - Pets must not disturb other guests. - Pets must not be left unattended in rooms. - Pets are not allowed in beds or on furniture. - Additional cleaning or damage fees will apply if pets are in beds or on furniture. - Pets are not allowed in upstairs rooms. - A pet fee of $25.00 per pet per day applies with a maximum of 2 pets. - The pet fee for the main house is $30.00. - Pet owners are fully responsible for any damage or additional cleaning needed due to their pets. Incidentals - Your credit card may be charged for any damages, missing items, or other incidentals incurred during your stay.
