Hart's Camp in Pacific City, OR, offers full-hookup RV sites carrying water, sewer, and electric, with a fire pit and picnic table at each site.
Both pull-thru and back-in layouts are available, and the camp is rated big rig friendly. The grounds are gated, with laundry, a bathhouse with showers, firewood, propane fills and exchange, a clubhouse, a pavilion, on-site dining, and recycling. The recreation is genuinely coastal: an indoor pool, a hot tub, a spa, a fitness center, mini-golf, walking trails, a community fire pit, horseshoes, and corn hole, with surfing, paddle boarding, kayaking, boating, swimming, hiking, biking, birding, and winter storm watching on the doorstep.
Hart's Camp sits directly behind Pacific City Beach, with Haystack Rock, Cape Kiwanda State Natural Area and its tide pools, the Nestucca River estuary, and the Pacific City Pathways Trail all within a short walk. Moment Surf Company and the local wine bars are minutes away.

What amenities are included in a stay?\
- All guests enjoy access to the indoor pool, hot tub, playground, putting course, bikes and beach wagons.
What parking is available?
- One vehicle per site/unit is included.
- Overflow parking is available for $10 per night.
- Trailers and boats are $20 per night.
When are quiet hours?
- Quiet hours are 10:00 p.m. to 8:00 a.m.
- Please avoid loud music and disruptive behavior.
Is smoking allowed?
- Hart’s Camp is a non-smoking property.
- Smoking is only permitted in designated areas near the laundry building.
Are fires allowed?
- Yes, in designated fire rings only.
- Firewood and kindling are available for purchase.
- Fireworks are strictly prohibited.
What is the cancellation policy?
- Cancel 72 hours in advance (Oct–Mar) or 7 days in advance (Apr–Sept) for a full refund, minus the $20 nonrefundable fee.
- Cancellations after this window forfeit the deposit.
- There is no refund for early departures.
What taxes and fees apply to my reservation?
- Reservations include a $20 nonrefundable reservation fee, 11.9% tax and a $10 nightly amenity fee.
What happens if something is damaged or missing?
- Please report issues at check-in.
- Inventory is checked after each stay and charges may apply for missing or damaged items.
Do lodging units have barbecues?
- Yes.
- Each unit has a propane grill and brush.
- If you need additional propane, reach out to guest registration.
Are dogs allowed in lodging?

Check-In Procedure
- RV, van and tent sites check-in is 2:00 p.m.
- Check-out is 11:00 a.m.
- Airstreams, cottages and cabins check-in is 4:00 p.m.
- Check-out 11:00 a.m.
- Please return keys to the lockbox; failure to do so may result in a $500 re-keying fee.
- Before leaving, turn down heaters, turn off lights, lock doors and clean up after any pets.
- While each park attempts to accommodate your exact spot request, the onsite manager has the ultimate decision for spot placement.
Reservations & Fees
- Reservations are subject to a $20.00 nonrefundable reservation fee, 11.9% tax and $10.00 per night amenity fee, subject to change at any time.
Parking & Vehicles
- Parking is included for one vehicle at each unit/site.
- Overflow parking is available for $10 per night for up to one additional vehicle; trailers and boats are $20 per night.
- Parking is allowed in designated areas only.
- Do not block roads, other vehicles or fire access.
- Speed limits must be followed throughout the property.
Property Rules
- Hart's Camp is a non-smoking property.
- Sprinklers are scheduled to run daily, typically starting around 4:00 a.m.
- Please avoid leaving personal belongings, towels or gear on the grass overnight to prevent them from getting wet.
- Tents are only permitted on designated tent-specific sites.
- Tents are not allowed on grass in non-tent areas.
- Please dispose of all trash in designated garbage and recycling stations throughout the property.
Quiet Hours & Noise
- Quiet hours are from 10:00 p.m. to 8:00 a.m.
- Please refrain from loud music or disruptive behavior.
Pet Policy
- Dogs only are allowed and must be on a leash at all times when outside.
- Please pick up after your dog.
- Airstreams, Cottages and Cabins: dogs must be registered at the time of booking.
- Up to 3 dogs per pet-friendly unit.
- Fee: $25 per dog, per night.
- Dogs may not be left unattended in units or vehicles.
- RV, Van and Tent Sites: dogs are welcome at no extra charge.
- Dogs must not be left unattended.
Fires & Fireworks Policy
- Wood-burning fires are allowed in designated fire rings only.
- Fireworks are strictly prohibited.
Guests & Minors Policy
- Guests under 18 must be accompanied by an adult.
- Adults are responsible for the behavior of minors in their group.
Liability & Personal Belongings
- Hart's Camp, nor their employees or agents, are not responsible for any personal belongings left by you or your guest(s).
- You and your guest(s) are responsible for removing your belongings from the property prior to check-out.
- Please secure all your items, including coolers and outdoor gear.
- You are responsible for any loss or damage to your unit or site beyond normal wear and tear.
Cancellation Policy
MODERATE
If the guest cancels at least 1 week before your check-in day and time, they will receive a full refund (minus Spot2Nite convenience or resort fees). If the guest cancels within the 1 week before check-in, there will be no refund.
