Columbia River RV is the premiere RV site for travelers and long-term residents in the Portland, OR area. All of our sites are paved with full hookups (20/30/50 amps). We have two animal areas and a section for off-leash. Columbia River RV is located in close proximity to downtown Portland and some local marinas and restaurants along Marine Drive

Rules

Check-In and Check-Out Procedure - Check in at 01:00 pm. - Check out at 12:00 pm. - Late check-out is not offered at this time. - While each park attempts to accommodate your exact spot request, the on-site manager has the ultimate decision for spot placement. Check-In Requirements - A driver’s License and Proof of Insurance are required at check-in. - You must be at least 18 years old to check in. - If you arrive after hours, your 'Welcome Packet' will be in an envelope on the office front door. - Please come check in at the office by 12:00 pm the next day. - Please wear a mask when checking in at the office and in all RV park facilities. Reservations - A one-night deposit is required to make any reservation. - Short-term RV space occupants may stay up to 45 nights at the nightly/weekly rate. - Truck campers are allowed only on a nightly/weekly basis. - Campers must remain on the truck at all times, except with prior written permission from management. - RV space occupants staying on a monthly basis must have an RV that is self-sustaining, i.e., must have a working toilet, kitchen, etc. Monthly Residents - Monthly RV space occupants are required to pass a background and credit check. - There is a $30 application fee per adult. - Management reserves the right to accept or deny a prospective RV space occupant's application based on the results of background and credit checks, or for any reason not prohibited by law. - A one-time $50 security deposit is required for all monthly RV space occupants. - Monthly rent is due on the 1st of the month. - There is a 5-day grace period. - Any payments for monthly rent received after the end of day on the 5th of the month will be considered late and a $50 late fee will be assessed. - It is the tenant’s responsibility to pay this on time; no invoices for monthly rent are given. - Electric meters will be read towards the end of the month, and invoices will be put in RV space occupants’ mailboxes by 9:00 am on the 1st of the month. - Electric bills are due on the 1st of the month. - Monthly RV space occupants must provide written notice to vacate. Noise - Loud TVs and music, prolonged dog barking, loud talking or shouting, abusive language, and other disturbing noises or offensive behaviors are not permitted. - Interference with the peaceful and productive conduct of other RV space occupants and the Columbia River RV Park staff may result in eviction. - Please be considerate to other park RV space occupants. - Quiet hours are 10 pm to 7 am daily. - To report noise complaints, please call the local non-emergency phone number (503) 823-3333. Responsibility - RV space occupants are responsible for the behavior of their children, animals, and guests at all times. Prohibited Items - The use of firearms, fireworks, bows and arrows, and airsoft or BB guns is strictly prohibited. Children’s Supervision - Children must be under adult supervision at all times. - There is no playing allowed on the asphalt, in other RV sites, or at dog parks. - Throwing or kicking balls is not allowed due to potential damage to RVs or RV park property. RV Requirements - RVs must be 15 years old or newer to stay, and if older than 10 years, may need to pass a visual inspection by our staff before being allowed to check into the park. - In addition to the age-restrictions placed on vehicles staying in our park, we also require a background and screening check for our guests staying in the park at our monthly rates. - There is a $30.00 non-refundable fee associated with this background and screening check. Pet Policy - Only 2 animals per reservation, under 50 lbs., and dog breed restrictions apply. General Rules and Regulations - All city, state, and local ordinances are enforced. - A $50 fine will be assessed for any rule violation. - Management claims no responsibility for accidents or injuries that may occur within the RV park. - Also, management claims no responsibility for damaged or lost property due to theft, fire, wind, flood or any other act of God. - RV space occupants shall not rent out or sublease the RV site. - Political signage and flags are not permitted.

Cancellation Policy

MODERATE If the guest cancels at least 1 week before your check-in day and time, they will receive a full refund (minus Spot2Nite convenience or resort fees). If the guest cancels within the 1 week before check-in, there will be no refund.
