Check-in Procedure - Check-in time: 3:00 pm. - Check-out time: 11:00 pm. - The front desk may be able to arrange a let checkout, if available. - Additional fees may apply. - In order to ensure availability for incoming guests, please plan prompt departures. - All guests and visitors must register at the office upon arrival. - While each park attempts to accommodate your exact spot request, the on-site manager has the ultimate decision for spot placement. Tenants and Guests - Tenants and Guests are responsible for any damage or injury caused by themselves, their children, and/or pets. - Tenants assume any and all risks associated with, and agree to hold the landlord harmless from, and indemnify the landlord against the same. - All guests must wear Elk Creek Escape, LLC RFID wristbands while on the property. Recreational Vehicle - All Motorhomes, RVs, or Travel trailers must be in good working order and appearance. - We reserve the right to refuse access to any guests whose vehicle is deemed to be unacceptable. Tent - Tent camping is permitted only in designated tent sites. - Tents are limited to a maximum of two per site and cost an additional $10 per tent per night. Occupancy Limit - The total number of guests at any site cannot exceed the maximum capacity for that site. - Maximum of 12 people total at a site at any given time. Visitors - Visitors are welcome at guest sites between the hours of 9 am-10 pm, but they must first register at the office. - Visitors are not permitted to stay overnight. - All visitors are required to leave by 10:00 pm. - All visitors must pay $2 parking fee and park in the designated parking areas assigned. - Only registered visitors are permitted to enter the park. - All visitors must stop in the office to register and obtain a parking pass. - Visitors may not bring pets. - Elk Creek Escape LLC reserves the right to limit the number of people visiting a site. - Day visitors must depart by 10:00 pm EST. - Overnight visitors must depart by noon EST. - Please check with the office before inviting any visitors. - Registered guests are responsible for ensuring their visitors are properly registered and that all campground rules are followed. - All guests visiting someone in the park must register and pick up a pass at the office and park in the designated area. - Vehicle Pass must be visible at all times, please. Overnight Parking - No overnight parking or storage of trailers, boats, jet skis, or utility trailers is allowed in the kayak/boat launching area. Cooking Equipment - Charcoal grills, wood fire pits, deep fryers, and tiki torches are prohibited. designated areas only. Propane Grills and Propane Fire Pits - Propane grills and propane fire pits are allowed. Mattresses - Blowup mattresses, sleeping bags, and cots are not allowed outside. Maintenance and Washing - Maintenance on RVs or vehicles on the property is not allowed. - Washing RVs or vehicles on the property is not allowed. Chemicals Products - The use of any paint products or chemicals is prohibited. Clotheslines - Clotheslines are not allowed. - Gusts may not hang any items from the trees. Neat and Clean - All sites are to be kept neat and clean for the duration of your stay. Maximum RV - Only one RV and a maximum of 1 other vehicle allowed per site unless stated otherwise. Trash - All trash is to be disposed of in enclosed trash receptacles throughout the resort. - Do not leave trash out overnight(critters will visit and leave a big mess behind.) Boats - Boats, Boat trailers, cargo trailers, or car dollies are not allowed on sites. - Storage is available for a fee in our storage lot. Drones - Drones or other remotely controlled machines may not be used at any time on the property. Conduct Policy - The Campground isn't responsible for personal injuries or damage, loss, or theft of any personal property or vehicle. - We reserve the right to evict any person who does not comply with the rules and policies. Mail & Package Policy - Elk Creek Escape does not allow the delivery of mail or packages to a third-party location for pickup. Pool Policy - Pool hours are 9 am - noon / 2 pm - 9 pm. - No glass containers allowed at the pool. - No lifeguard on duty in the pool. - Use at your own risk. - Children under 14 years of age must always be accompanied by an adult in the pool area. Weapons - The use of firearms of any kind is prohibited in the Campground. - The use of archery, paintball, slingshots, or air guns is prohibited. Fireworks - Fireworks of any kind are prohibited. Illegal Activities - Use of illegal drugs is prohibited. - Obnoxious behavior of any kind is prohibited. - Vandalism of any kind by anyone in your group (regardless of age) may result in eviction from the campground. Speed Limit - Speed limit on the property is 5 mph. - Motorcycles must be at idle speed when traveling through the campground. Parking Policy - No vehicles can block any portion of the roadway. - Vehicles may park in designated spaces only. Driver License - Only persons with a valid driver's license may operate a motor vehicle in the campground, including golf carts, scooters, etc. Security - Management is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged articles. - Keep your valuables locked up. - Report any problems with your site to the main office immediately. - We adhere to and maintain all state, county, and local laws on property. Quiet Hours - Quiet hours are from 10:00 pm to 8:00 am - Please be courteous to other guests around you. - Loud music or objectionable noise is not allowed at any time. - Inconsiderate guests will be evicted from the park. - Profanity or violence towards other guests or campground staff will result in immediate eviction from the park. - Guests violating rules that result in an eviction notice will not receive any refunds for their stay. Pet Policy - We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone whose pet is not considered suitable to the serenity/safety of our guests or the camp. - Pets must be kept on a leash under the control of someone who can always manage all animals. - There is a three-pet limit in the campground. - No exotic or oversized pets are permitted. - This includes all reptiles or large birds. - All pets must be registered at the front desk upon arrival. - Pets may not be left outside unattended. - Guests are responsible for cleaning up after their pets. - Guests should carry proof of their pet's current vaccinations. - Pets are prohibited in resort buildings and amenity areas. - Elk Creek Escape is not responsible for and will hold the pet owner accountable for any injury or damage caused by the pet(s). - Service animals may accompany a disabled person. - Pets are not allowed on the furniture - Excessive Barking is not tolerated and disturbs your neighbors. - Please note that excessive barking may result in you being asked to leave without a refund. Site Changes - You have been assigned a specific site. If you wish to move, please check with the office. - Due to reservations and maintenance, moving may not be possible. - Please inquire before moving sites. Parking - Each paid guest registration covers 1 RV per site and 1 vehicle per site unless noted. - Extra vehicles will need to be parked in our main lot across the road. - Please do not park your vehicle, trailer, or boat in any adjacent site. - Use of more than one site will result in additional charges. - One vehicle per cabin or RV site. - Additional vehicles can be parked in our main lot by the pavilion or elsewhere as instructed. - Visitors must check in before parking. ATV S, Dirt Bikes, Motorcycles, and Golf Carts - OHVs are welcome onsite but may not be used within the park. - Only to get to and from your site. - Not within the communal pool area. Speed Limit - The Campground speed limit is 10 mph. - This speed limit is to keep you, your children, and your pets safe. - Exceeding this speed limit will result in a warning. - Multiple warnings will require us to ask you to leave. - We need to maintain safety for all. Restrooms - For the comfort of all of our guests, restrooms are open 24/7 with the exception of a temporary closing for cleaning at times during the day. - We ask for your help in keeping the restrooms clean, please. Pool and Playground, Baseball, Basketball, Volleyball - No lifeguard is on duty. - The pool and Playground open at 9 am till noon, then reopen at 2 pm until 9 pm, weather permitting. - Anyone under 14 must be supervised in these areas and all areas of the campground at all times. - Horseplay, running, and diving are not permitted in our pool area. - Alcohol and food are not permitted inside the pool itself. - Loud music, glass, and rough play are not permitted at our pool or playground. - Swim only in swimming suits and swimming trunks. - All other facilities are open all day long. Storage - Storage is not allowed under or around your RV or picnic table. Site and Park Navigation - Please be respectful of your neighbor, and do not walk between sites when navigating the park. - Please use main roads, sidewalks, and designated public paths to walk around the campground. Rugs - Rugs are not allowed left on the grass as it kills the lawn, and we want your site to look good for both you and the next guest. Trash Disposal and Recycling - Trash cans are located throughout the park. - Garbage cans will be emptied twice per day; times may vary due to maintenance scheduling requirements throughout the day.
