WaterSide Campground and RV Park

Registration and Arrival - All guests and visitors must register at the office and provide valid identification upon entering the park. - Visitors must leave by 10:00 PM or register and pay as overnight guests. - Check-out time is 11:00 AM, and extensions must be arranged and paid for before check-out. - While each park attempts to accommodate your exact spot request, the on-site manager has the ultimate decision for spot placement. Quiet Hours - Quiet hours are from 11:00 PM to 8:00 AM. - Disturbances may result in removal without a refund. Guest and Child Safety - Children under age 16 must be accompanied by an adult and supervised throughout the park. - In an emergency, call 911. Pet Policy - A maximum of two approved pets are permitted unless management provides prior approval. - Pets must be leashed, supervised, vaccinated, and cleaned up after immediately. - Pets are not permitted in common areas, and restricted breeds, exotic pets, farm animals, and wolf hybrids are prohibited. Vehicles and Bicycles - The park speed limit is 5 MPH, and pedestrians, golf carts, and bicycles have the right of way. - No more than two vehicles are permitted per site, and vehicles may not be parked on patios. - Vehicle or RV repairs and oil changes are prohibited, and RV washing requires management approval. - Bicycle lights are required after dark, and riders under age 18 must wear helmets. Pool Rules - Guests must follow all posted pool rules and may not swim alone. - Children under age 16 must be supervised by an adult age 18 or older. Fire Policy - Campfires are permitted only in fire rings placed on stone and must remain attended and be fully extinguished before retiring. - Firearms and fireworks are prohibited. Site and Sanitation Rules - Trash must be bagged and taken to the dumpster and may not be left outside. - Sewer hoses must have a positive seal, and hazardous liquids may not be stored or dumped on the ground or into the sewer. - Clotheslines, political or advertising displays, drones, and walking through occupied sites are prohibited. - Smoking is prohibited in buildings and common areas and is permitted only within the guest's site. Guest Conduct - Alcohol or illegal drug intoxication is prohibited, and alcohol or cannabis may not be used while operating golf carts or in common areas. - Guests accept the inherent risks of outdoor recreation and water features. - Management may update and enforce park rules at its discretion, and violations may result in removal without a refund.

Cancellation and Refund Policy - The campground does not provide refunds for any reason, including violations of park rules. - All Spot2Nite reservations require payment in full at the time of booking. - Please contact Spot2Nite to cancel a reservation via email to [email protected] or call (877) 778-2683, Option 1. - Spot2Nite convenience fees and credit card processing fees are non-refundable.
