Check-In Procedure - RV Sites check-in time: 3:00 PM - RV Sites check-out time: 1:00 PM - Rentals check-in time: 3:00 PM - Rentals check-out time: 11:00 AM - Should be at least 21 years of age to make a reservation. - While each park attempts to accommodate your exact spot request, the on-site manager has the ultimate decision for spot placement. Pool Policy - Wristbands are mandatory for the pools. - You can pick these up at the office. - No lifeguards, adult supervision for kids, and observe rules. Quiet Hours - Quiet time: 11:00 PM to 8:00 AM. - No loud behavior or disturbances. Guests - Max persons per site: 6 overnight guests. - Guests register, follow day guest rules, responsible for guests' behavior. Music/Electronics - In consideration of others, please limit the volume within your own campsite and be quiet at 11:00 PM. - Also, please turn down bright outside lights. Pet Policy - Pets (Max 3 / Site). - Please do not leave your dog unattended at any time. - Make sure to visit our new dog park. - Dogs must be vaccinated to enter the dog park, and children must be with an adult. - Leashed, clean up droppings, no unattended tying, no aggressive breed dogs. Vehicles - Bikes, hoverboards, scooters, electric bikes, and scooters are allowed under adult supervision but should not be ridden at night. - Traffic signs must be followed. - Gas-powered minibikes, dirt bikes, four-wheelers, and side-by-sides are not allowed. Generators - Generators are only allowed during power outages and must be approved by the office. Parking - You are allowed two cars per site. - Limited extra parking spaces available. Prohibited - Fireworks, firearms, slingshots, bows & arrows, and other projectiles are prohibited. Speed Limit - 5MPH is the enforced speed limit in the entire park. - You must obey stop signs, one-way signs, and all other traffic signs. Golf Carts - Registered drivers 16+ with a license, headlights, reflectors, safe driving, and no driving during quiet hours. - Call the office to ask about golf cart rentals. Campfires - Use fire rings, no burning trash, and extinguish before retiring. Alcohol Policy - Excessive alcohol use is not tolerated. Improper Behavior - Respect property, no firearms/fireworks, no disturbances. Parental Responsibility - Supervise children, under-14 curfew by 11:00 PM. Messages - Check the office for messages; emergency messages are only delivered. Decks, Storage Buildings & Construction - No construction without permission, deck height limit, and only approved storage. Site Requirements - Skirting, sewer connection, sewer donut, tree removal procedure. Neatness Policy - Keep the site clean, no tarps on campers, no auto repairs. Tree Policy - Follow the tree removal procedure, pre-approved by the office. Landscaping - Maintain the site, rake leaves, and keep it clean. Washing Campers/Vehicles - Wash yearly, no washing on weekends. Clotheslines - No permanent clotheslines, temporary ones for swimwear. Gravel - Decorative gravel is permitted with payment, with no personal hauling. Electricity - Conserve electricity, turn it off when leaving. Trash Pick-Up - Dispose of trash properly, no hazardous materials, and recycling is mandatory. Car & Front Gate Passes - Car passes are for immediate family only; misuse results in fees. Bird Feeders & Wild Animals - No bird feeders, no feeding wild animals. Selling Your Camper - Notify management that approval is required for resale. Conduct - No disorderly conduct, family environment. Subleasing - Subleasing is not allowed. Motorcycles, Mopeds, and Scooters - Must be registered and driven to the campsite only. Bicycle Riding - No riding after dark, and wear helmets. Non-Smoking Buildings - Campground buildings are non-smoking. Disposal - Remove large items from the site.
