Rules

Registration and Arrival Procedure - Check-in time: 2:00 pm. - Check-out time: 1:00 pm. - While each park attempts to accommodate your exact spot request, the on-site manager has the ultimate decision for spot placement. Pets - Pets must be on leash, no longer than 6 feet, this is state law, and supervised when outdoors. - Please, walk pets on the park roads only. - Please, clean up after your pets immediately, including your site. - Pets are prohibited in the park’s main complex area: playground, pool, and buildings. - We ask all guest to clean up after themselves and pets, so that the next customer may enjoy a clean site and park employees can access site for maintenance, without having to stop work to clean themselves or equipment. - Do not feed strays; guests feeding strays will assume responsibility for them. Smoking - Smoking is prohibited in all park buildings and inside the pool gate. Vehicles - Vehicles must be operated only on park roads, at a speed less than 5 mph, and must be an insured vehicle (proof of insurance must be on file with the office for golf carts). Parking - Parking should take into consideration other guests. - Parking parallel to roadways should be done on the topside of sites. If you must park on the bottom of the site, be sure to allow ample room for people turning out of the lower rows. - Only 2 vehicles per site, extra vehicles/ trailers are $50 extra per month and should be parked out front if room allows or you will need to consider storage somewhere. - Empty spaces should be confirmed with the office before use as parking. - Ruts and/or dead grass caused by parking or driving through sites will be the responsibility of the guest. Park Usage Guidelines - Tying lines to, climbing, cutting, and nailing to park trees is prohibited. - Check with the office before digging or placing objects greater than 8 inches into the ground, including satellite poles. - Do not work on any park aperture (water faucets, electric pedestal, etc..) Ground and Grass Care Policies - Do not place anything on the grass that will kill it. - We understand some sites may have dead grass prior to your arrival from previous customers, but please contact office to see what we will alllow in your site for that. - You will forfeit your deposit, or a fee will be charged if the grass is dead and needs to be replanted or tended to. Quiet Hours - Quiet hours are from 10:00 pm until 8:00 am, but consideration for your neighbors is always in effect. Cold Weather Policies - During freezing temperatures, it is impermissible to allow your water to drip. - It is the guest's responsibility to be sure their water lines are properly insulated and/or heated. - Park may turn off water and/or close guest grey water tank to assure no problems or damage to the park's septic system. Grills - Grills are not allowed on picnic tables. - All campfires must be contained and off the ground. - You will need your own fire pit/ring; we do not provide one at the site. - Burning of trash and construction debris is prohibited by state law, as well as park. Visitors - Visitors must check in with the park office. - Fees are charged only if park facilities are utilized or if they stay overnight. - Guests are responsible for visitors and their adherence to all park rules. - Please have all deliveries, such as DoorDash, Uber, Lyft, Amazon, food, etc., delivered to the front office only. - Due to safety reasons, we ask that they not drive through the park or pick up at your site. - You are responsible for any damage or trouble that the deliveries cause. Children - Children are to be supervised at all times. Swimming - Swimming is at your own risk. - Pool rules are posted. - No glass, alcohol, food, or smoking inside pool gates. Dumpsters - Dumpsters are for household garbage only. Please contact the office for other items. General Site Maintenance - All trash should be properly disposed of; personal items should be kept neat. - Campers' lines (hoses, sewer, electrical) should be as out of the way as possible. Littering - Littering is strictly prohibited, including cigarette butts. Policy Exceptions and Permissions - Singular situational permission to circumvent a rule, for example placement of pole for a satellite dish, does not imply general or future permission. - Always refer to the office for extraordinary circumstances. Violations - Rules violations may lead to additional fees and/or ejection from park without a refund of paid fees. - Park will charge an hourly fee for any time spent cleaning up after, fixing damage caused by, and/or time spent continually reminding customers of rules. - A fee may be assessed at $50 an hour with a $25 minimum. Damages - Damages, unpaid fees, and/or fines may be charged to your credit card or taken from deposits if you have one. Legal and Regulatory Notices - Park operates under the Lodging Establishment Act. - Section 45-1-50, any unpaid fees are subject to criminal charges. - Section 45-2-60: Ejections are immediate. - The lodging establishment act is posted in the office for viewing. Long-term campers - Park will mow your site if free of obstructions, park does not weed eat around guest property, unless required to do so (additional fee charged). - A weed eater is available for use. - A late fee of 10% may be added to any overdue payments past 3 days; this does not imply that the park may not eject for nonpayment. - If you receive mail, please use the park address as well as the site #, this will allow for more efficient sorting and for you to do a general forward with the post office upon departure. - Please do not have your business mail sent here, it will not be accepted, and the post office will not forward it.

Cancellation Policy

MODERATE If the guest cancels at least 1 week before your check-in day and time, they will receive a full refund (minus Spot2Nite convenience or resort fees). If the guest cancels within the 1 week before check-in, there will be no refund.
