Every site is a back-in carrying water, sewer, and electric with a fire pit and picnic table. At 70 feet the sites take a long rig, which is unusual for a seven-site mountain campground. Laundry, a bathhouse with showers, and WiFi cover the essentials, and the cabins and tiny houses give guests without a rig a place to stay. Pets are welcome. There's no recreation program here, and at seven sites that's the appeal — it's a full-hookup base camp, not a destination resort. Check-In Procedure - Check-in is 12 pm (noon) - 6 pm. - Check-out is at 11 am. - For Cabins, Tiny Houses, and Lake House, the check-in window is from 3 PM to 6 PM. - Upon arrival, please call (865) 384-3094 or (865) 208-7102, and we will guide you to your designated site. - Contact us for early or late check-ins; we might be able to accommodate you. - While each park attempts to accommodate your exact spot request, the on-site manager has the ultimate decision for spot placement. Tiny House - You are welcome to bring one additional guest for a total of 3 guests if they are willing to sleep on a futon. Extra Vehicles - You may park trailers and boats as additional vehicles. Pet Policy - Pets must be kept on a leash, and owners are responsible for picking up after them. - Only non-aggressive pets are allowed. Cancellation Policy

Campground Cancellation Policy - 100% refund until 14 days prior to check-in. - 50% percent refund 7 days prior, then 6 days prior, the reservation is no longer refundable. - Note: All refund calculations exclude the RoverPass service fees and credit card processing, which are non-refundable.
