Rules

Registration and Arrival Procedure - Check-in Time: 2:00 pm. - Check-Out Time: 11:00 am. - Rent must be paid in advance in the form of a credit or debit card. - No early check-ins unless pre-approved by the office. - If you need to stay past your paid through date, please make arrangements by confirming space availability at the office at least 2 days before scheduled departure. - While each park attempts to accommodate your exact spot request, the on-site manager has the ultimate decision for spot placement. Parking - Parking is allowed in designated areas only. - Do not block driveways. - Do not park on the grass, in fire lanes, or in any area other than your assigned parking space. - Do not park in unoccupied spaces to avoid being charged the nightly rate. - There is a 2-vehicle limit per site. Speed Limit - 10 mph. - This speed limit is strictly enforced. - Drive safely and watch for pedestrians, pets, and children. Firearms - Absolutely no use of firearms, BB or pellet guns, airsoft guns, paintball guns, bows, crossbows, explosives, or fireworks is allowed in the park. Go-karts, ATV's or RTVs - Go-karts, "Hoverboards," ATVs, or RTVs are not allowed to be operated in the park. - You can, however, keep them stored on or in a trailer for recreational use outside the park. Electric golf carts - Electric golf carts are permitted. Drones - Drones or UAVs of any kind are not permitted to be flown within or piloted from within the park. - No fly, no exceptions unless under contract to perform aerial photography on behalf of Wildwood Lakes. Fighting or Wrestling - Fighting or wrestling is not allowed at any time. Public Intoxication - Public intoxication of any type is not allowed in the park. Illegal Drugs - Illegal drugs are not allowed in the park. Quiet Hours - From 9:00 pm to 9:00 am. - Noise must be kept at a minimum during this time. - This includes radios, stereos, and TVs. - Please respect your neighbor’s privacy and property. Trash: - Please keep your space clean. - Deposit trash in the conveniently located dumpsters. - Do not litter. - Pick up after your dog. Reservations & Mail - Please confirm space availability if you wish to stay extra days. - We cannot guarantee availability. - Incoming mail is received daily. - Guest are welcome to receive mail at the designated mailbox # corresponding with their site number. - Monthly guests can get a mailbox key. - If not return upon leaving, a $25.00 fee will be applied to your account. WiFi & More - Hi, Speed WiFi is available at every site, free of charge. - Guests may use satellite dish service for paid TV services. Visitors - All park guests are responsible for their visitors. - Visitors must comply with the Rules & Regulations. - Visitors are limited to 2 people per visit unless otherwise approved by management. - If staying overnight, overnight fees apply. - Day visitors must leave by 9 pm. Laundry - Dell Creek RV Park offers on-site laundry with 4 washers and dryers. - Convenient and clean. Campsites - Everyone is expected to keep their site clean and orderly. - All trash should be bagged and brought to the dumpster. - There is no trash pickup at your site. - All sewer lines must be free from leaks and have a "donut" or threaded attachment into the sewer. - Your camper or RV must be a maximum of 10 years old, and kept clean and free from mildew, dirt, and grime. - Alcoholic beverages are allowed only at your site, and not in the park's common areas. - We do not allow clotheslines, and please do not wash autos in the park. - Due to noise, generators are not allowed in the park. - Oil changes and major vehicle maintenance are not allowed, but other minor fixes may be. - Check with the office before performing any vehicle maintenance or repair. - No clothes washing machines or dryers allowed outside your RV or at your site. - If there are any problems or damages at your site, please inform us immediately. - Modification or access to any electrical, lighting, plumbing, or cable TV utilities or equipment is not allowed. - If your site is located near light poles, power transformers, or any other utility apparatus, please do not touch them, attempt to open, operate, or modify them in any way. Site/Property Restrictions - No tarps covering anything. - No window AC units. - No fences in the yard. - No utility trailers at site, must be in designated parking area (see manager for details). - No parking on the grass, ever. Campfires, BBQ Grills & Pits - Camp fires are allowed with cut fire wood only if the fire is off the ground and in portable fire pit no larger than 36” in diameter. - Excessive use of fire starter is not allowed. - Use of diesel or gasoline is not allowed when starting personal campfires. - Burning of trash or anything other than wood is not allowed. - Please do not start or maintain excessively smoky fires by using green wood, leaves, or pine needles. - We want to maintain positive interactions with our neighbors. - Keep your fire pit or BBQ apparatus a minimum of 15’ from any neighboring campsite or structure. - Campfires and BBQ apparatus must be extinguished fully by dousing with water by 11:00 pm nightly. - Any campsite with an active fire pit or BBQ apparatus must have an operational fire extinguisher on-site that is subject to inspection. - Fire wood in excess of ¼ cord is not allowed to be stored or stock piled at sites and must be kept neatly stacked. Pets - Dogs and cats are allowed in the park. - No other pets or livestock are allowed. - Any dog deemed aggressive by management is not allowed in the park. - Pets must be on a hand held leash any time they are outside and must have tags indicating owners name and phone number in case they become lost. - Loose pets will be transported to the nearest animal shelter. - Everyone is expected to clean up after their pet and dispose of excrement properly (bagged and in the dumpster). - Please do not just leave it in the grass for your neighbors to step in. - Do not chain your pet outside or leave it unattended inside your camper, especially if it tends to bark excessively which can disruptive to your neighbors. - If you must leave your pet inside your trailer, please notify the office and leave a phone number where you can be contacted in case of a power outage or other emergency. Trees & Wildlife - You may see a variety of wildlife in our park, including deer, bobcats, wild hogs, ducks, birds, alligators, turtles, frogs, squirrels, and other creatures. - Do not touch or harm any wildlife in this park. Hunting or trapping is not allowed. - If any wildlife is bothering you, please notify the office. - Hanging hammocks, clotheslines, or otherwise damaging the trees is not allowed. - Please do not cut down any trees, limbs or bushes for any reason. - Notify the office if you see any vegetation or tree limbs that are a concern. - Under no circumstances are you allowed to cut trees to use for firewood. - Please do not climb any of our trees. - Please do not attach any item (flags, ropes, chains, tarps, cables, etc.) to the trees. Lakes & Creeks - Please do not allow children to go near the lake without adult supervision. - Swimming is not allowed in the lakes. - There is no lifeguard on duty at any time in the park. - Our lakes are considered “wild” and may contain wildlife indigenous to that environment (alligators, snakes, turtles, etc.) - 1-2 man canoes or kayaks with oars are allowed for fishing only at your own risk. - Absolutely no motor-powered boating is allowed whatsoever. - Boating is at your own risk. - You must wear a life jacket while on the lake. - There is no lifeguard on duty. - You must remove your canoe or kayak from the lake when you are done boating and store it at your campsite. Fishing - Our lake is stocked with fish for your enjoyment. - Rod and reel or cane pole fishing is allowed only in designated areas. - Wade fishing, bow fishing, trot lines, jug lines, explosives, tree lines, or any other type of fish netting/trapping is not allowed. - All fish are catch-and-release only. - Please do not leave your fishing lines unattended or staked out. - There is a max limit of two rods and reels or cane poles per fisherman. Behavior & Conduct Policy - Use of foul, threatening, or vulgar language will not be tolerated and will be grounds for immediate eviction. - Refusal to abide by any of the listed rules is grounds for eviction. - We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone. Grounds & Facility Regulations - Do not remove picnic tables or benches. - No vehicle repairs permitted on premises. Additional Rules For The RV Campgrounds - Please keep your site & rig clean. - No clutter or debris permitted. - No personal pools or inflatables. - Please keep all hoses, cables & cords neatly bundled. - Water is not permitted to leak from hoses or RVs. - If water is leaking, it will be turned off at the faucet, and guests will be notified. - Sewer hoses must have proper connections and be elevated off the ground on a sewer stand. - Keep the grass free of all items so that lawn maintenance can be done. - The resort is not responsible for damages to items left in the grassy area. - Outdoor items must be kept to a minimum. - No large upright storage containers, fires, exercise equipment, generators, refrigerators, freezers, or gas cans stored outside the RV. Immediate Eviction Conditions - If law enforcement is called for any reason other than a medical or fire emergency, you will be asked to leave at that time with no refund or prorating of your site cost. Zero Tolerance Policy - Dell Creek RV Park is a close knit community, and as such, the community has a Zero Tolerance Policy. - The park and Management are not responsible for loss, damage, or claims for damage to property or persons or guests due to fire, theft, or accidents from any cause. - Please lock your vehicles and rigs.

Cancellation Policy

MODERATE If the guest cancels at least 1 week before your check-in day and time, they will receive a full refund (minus Spot2Nite convenience or resort fees). If the guest cancels within the 1 week before check-in, there will be no refund.
