Registrations and Arrival Check-In Procedure - Check-in time is 1:00 pm. - Check-out time is 12:00 pm. - Early arrivals and late departures are determined on a case-by-case basis and are dependent on site availability and may incur an additional fee. - Please inquire at the office if you are interested in early arrival or late departure options. - While each park attempts to accommodate your exact spot request, the onsite manager has the ultimate decision for spot placement. Quiet Hours - Quiet hours are from 10:00 pm to 8:00 am. Speed Limit - The speed limit is 10 mph. Smoking Policy - No smoking or vaping in any building. - Please dispose of cigarette butts properly and do not throw them on the ground or in landscaped areas. - Be courteous to others. - Alcoholic beverages are allowed in moderation. - State laws regulating alcohol consumption must be followed by all guests. Restrooms and Laundry Rules - Restrooms and laundry are open 24 hours. - Facilities are located in the Rec Hall area. - Clotheslines are not permitted. Free Ice - Please bring your own container. - Ice is located on the south side of the Rec Hall. Pond Policy - No swimming or fishing in the pond. Children - Parents are fully responsible for their children at all times. - Each guest is responsible for the actions, activities, and conduct of their children. - Children under 14 years of age must always be accompanied by an adult. Tents Rules - Tents are not permitted at any time. - The property is designed for RV camping only. Generators Policy - Generators are not permitted at any time unless there is a park-wide power outage. Sewer Policy - Sewer hoses must be fastened tightly using a threaded connector, rigid elbow, or donut. - Please replace the sewer cap when leaving your site. - A $300 charge is assessed automatically if black water is dumped on the site. Trash Policy - Dumpsters are located by the park exit on the eastern side of the property. - Please break down large boxes. - No large items are allowed. - Please keep trash contained and dispose of it properly. - Dumpsters are for camping-generated refuse only. Mail Policy - Mail can be picked up at the office. Internet Access - Basic Wi-Fi is available throughout the park. - A code to access is required. Pet Policies - Pets are welcome only when these rules are followed. - All dogs must be leashed and controlled by an adult. - We offer an off-leash dog park at the rear of the property. - Please pick up your dog’s mess and waste in the dog park. - Do not leave your pets unattended outside of your rig. - There are four dog waste stations located throughout the property for your convenience. - No aggressive dogs are allowed in the park. - No animal is to disturb guests with loud barking from inside or outside your RV. - All pets must be kept on a leash no longer than 5 feet. - Dog fence panels are not allowed without prior approval from management. Site and Grounds Rules - No mats or rugs on the grass. - Do not park or drive on the grass. - Do not hang items in or on trees. - No parking on streets or vacant sites. - One RV unit per site only. - Park in the direction of the arrow drawn on your map. - Center your RV so that slides do not overhang onto your neighbor’s space. - Do not drive through occupied or empty sites. - Please do not trim trees or landscaping. - Do not attach or tie anything to trees or park structures. - Site assignment is subject to change unless you pay a lock fee for your specific site. - Guests will be held responsible and charged accordingly for any property damage above or below ground. - To avoid damage, please do not use stakes, rods, or place objects in the ground. Fires and Prohibited Items - Check with the office before using open flames such as BBQ grills or fire pits. - Fire pits and grills are regulated by burn bans. - Fireworks are prohibited. - No discharge of firearms or other weapons is allowed. Vehicle Washing Policy - No washing of RVs or vehicles is permitted using your site water. - The use of a mobile wash service that provides its own water is allowed. Facilities and Guests' Rules - Park facilities are for the use of registered guests only. - We want all our guests to have an enjoyable experience. - Please follow these rules and observe all signs, notices, and warnings.
