Jellystone Park Guadalupe River in Kerrville, Texas, offers 140 full-hookup RV sites and 102 cabin and cottage units four miles from town, with 30 and 50-amp service, cable TV, and rigs accepted to 70 feet. Riverfront Red Carpet and Best Premium categories join preferred premium and standard tiers, alongside a water park, indoor and outdoor pools, laser tag, and a disc golf course.
One hundred forty sites span premium back-in, premium pull-thru, preferred premium, Best Premium, Red Carpet, and riverfront Red Carpet categories, all carrying water, sewer, and electric with cable TV and site WiFi, sized to 70 feet, with fire pits, picnic tables, and BBQ pits. The riverfront Red Carpet tier is the one to request. One hundred two cabins and cottages round out the lodging. A general store, laundry, propane fills and exchange, restrooms, and showers handle the practical side. One policy to know: personal golf carts are not allowed, though rentals are available. Motorized wheelchairs are welcome.
A water park and both indoor and outdoor pools anchor the recreation, with a hot tub and sauna alongside. Laser tag, mini-golf, a disc golf course, jumping pillow, arcade, gem mining, gaga ball, sports courts, pickleball, volleyball, basketball, horseshoes, a fitness center, recreation center, craft room, playground, dog park, and on-site dining fill the rest, with fishing and live music.
The spring-fed Guadalupe slides over limestone ledges here beneath bald cypress and live oak.

- Personal golf carts are NOT allowed. For your convenience, we offer golf carts available for rent.

Does your Texas campground offer tubing on the Guadalupe River?
- We do! Our Kerrville campground offers plenty of different activities on the river.

What are the check-in/out times for add-ons?
- Most add-on check-in/out times follow cabins and campsites check-in/out times.
- Golf cart rental check-in is at 11 am and check-out is at 1 pm.

Can I use multiple promo codes?

How do I make changes/add on items to my current reservation?
- If you need to make changes or add something to your reservation, such as a golf cart.
- Please be ready with your confirmation number.
Who can make changes to my reservation?
- Only the person whose name the reservation is under may request changes to the reservation unless consent has been given and is documented in the reservation.
How many times am I able to change my reservation?
- The first change is complimentary. Any changes made after that will cost $15.00 per occurrence.
How far out can I reschedule my reservation?
- If your reservation is for a cabin, ANY and ALL changes must be made at least 3 weeks before your original arrival date.
- For RV site reservations, ANY and ALL changes to your reservation must be made at least 2 weeks before your original arrival date.
How far in advance should I make my reservation?
- We recommend booking at least 6 months in advance of the desired arrival date, as our Camp-Resort will fill up quickly! We book reservations up to 360 days in advance!
Can I change my reservation dates a week before I am supposed to arrive?
- If your reservation is for a cabin, ANY and ALL changes must be made at least 3 weeks before your original arrival date.
- For RV site reservations, ANY and ALL changes to your reservation must be made at least 2 weeks before your original arrival date.
Will my reservation guarantee a specific campsite or cabin assignment?
- Specific campsites or cabins may be requested, but are not guaranteed.
- We do offer you the opportunity to guarantee your favorite campsite or cabin by paying our applicable locking fee.
- If you opt out of the locking fee, you are guaranteed your selected site or cabin type, but NOT the specific unit number.
If I leave before my departure date, will I get a refund?
- No. Leaving early is considered a cancellation, and the cost of the remaining day(s) will be forfeited.
Do you have quiet hours?
- We do! Quiet hours are from 11 PM – 8 AM daily.
- All campers must observe quiet hours by regulating their activities so that others will not be disturbed.
Can I bring pool toys to play with in the pools?
- Sorry, we do not allow guests to bring personal pool toys.

What can't I bring to your Kerrville campground?
- Firewood, dirt bikes, hoverboards, kids' electric scooters, pets not included in reservations, drones, four-wheelers, RZRs, Polaris vehicles, ATVs, and fireworks.
Can I smoke at your Texas campground?
- As a courtesy to all our guests, smoking of any substance (including vaping) is not allowed in any outdoor common areas (pools, pavilion, etc.) or indoor facilities (cabins, screened-in porches, restrooms, recreation buildings, etc.).
- All of our cabins are non-smoking.
Are alcoholic beverages allowed?
- They are, but the beverage must be held in an unmarked container or koozie.
- This is a family-friendly Texas camping resort, so please be considerate of others and refrain from loud and unseemly language.
What do I do with my linens if I'm checking out?
- If you rented linens for your stay at our Texas campground, you can leave them in the cabin, and our Housekeeping staff will collect them and clean them.
What can I use my Jellystone Park gift card towards?
- Jellystone Park™ gift cards are applicable towards reservations only.
- They may not be used towards day camp passes or any on-site amenities, Ranger Station items, etc. Gift cards can be purchased on this website.
Can I arrive early and/or depart late?
- We are not allowing early access/arrivals (before check-in time) until further notice. Extended access (after check-out time) does not guarantee guest will be able to stay on site/in cabin until departing from the Camp-Resort.
- Early access/extended access only guarantees access to the Camp-Resort and Camp-Resort amenities, which require parking in overflow.
- Access is based on availability and involves a fee based on the time of check-in.
- We absolutely cannot accommodate access prior to 11 AM, so please plan your travel accordingly.
How do I add an add-on to my reservation?
- Great question! You can add a golf cart, a cabana, or any of our other add-ons to your reservation.
What is your policy on firearms and weapons?
- Guests must obey all federal, state, and local laws regarding the ownership and possession of firearms. Firearms are not permitted in any property buildings or common areas.
- The only exception is that guests may have a firearm in a locked, private vehicle in parking areas if permitted by law.
- The discharge of firearms, BB guns, air guns/rifles, or similar devices is strictly prohibited.
Can we cut down trees for firewood?
- Trees – both living and dead – may not be cut down or damaged in any way.
- There will be a $200 per tree fine if damage occurs.
What is the speed limit?
- The speed limit throughout the Camp-Resort is 5 MPH. We realize that this is ridiculous.
- If you do not feel that you are driving ridiculously slow, then you are driving too fast.
Do you have Wi-Fi?
- Yes, we have free Wi-Fi throughout our Kerrville, TX campground – speeds will vary.
- We do ask that you refrain from streaming videos, as it tends to slow down everyone's speed.

What is your pet policy?
- Pets are allowed free of charge at RV sites and with an applicable fee for select pet-friendly cabins – for 1 pet, there is a flat fee of $50.
- For 2 pets, there is a flat fee of $75. 2 pets max per cabin/RV site. P
- Pets are NOT allowed at our playgrounds, restrooms, or other buildings.
- Pet owners are required to bring a crate(s) for their pet(s) and are responsible for pet clean-up and noise control.

Registration and Arrival
Check-In Procedure
- Campsite Check-in Time: 3 p.m.
- Campsite Check-Out Time: 1 p.m.
- Cabin Check-in Time: 4 p.m.
- Cabin Check-Out Time: 11 a.m.
- While each park attempts to accommodate your exact spot request, the on-site manager makes the ultimate decision regarding spot placement.
General Rules & Policies
- Events & amenities have limited availability during non-peak season.
- Must be 21 years old or older to rent a campsite or a cabin.
- Specific campsites or cabins may be requested, but are not guaranteed.
- We do offer you the opportunity to guarantee your favorite campsite or cabin by paying our applicable locking fee.
- If you opt out of the locking fee, you are guaranteed your selected site or cabin type, but NOT the specific unit number.
- We have adopted dynamic rates which fluctuate based on occupancy similar to the hotel and airline industry. With that being said, rates vary based upon availability and are subject to change with each search.
- 1 camping unit and 1 car per site; extra vehicles $5, not including day guest vehicles that must park in overflow lot.
- Wristbands issued upon check-in must be worn at all times to identify you as a registered guest. These wristbands also serve as your ticket to fun! They grant you access and use of the Camp-Resort’s amenities, activities, and facilities.
- You may be turned away from an activity or amenity if a wristband is not present.
- The following flags are allowed to be displayed at your site and throughout the Camp-Resort: all internationals flags, American, Canadian, Military (including Air Force, Army, Marine Corps, Navy, Coast Guard, POW, MIA, and veterans), sports, and decorative flags such as holiday, seasonal, or garden.
- Campers may arrive on a motorcycle, but are not permitted to ride the vehicle throughout the Camp-Resort.
- Sorry, we cannot accept reservations that include a Saturday arrival or departure, unless made within 1 week of booking.
- Bookings made during Memorial Day Weekend, Labor Day Weekend, or Columbus Day/Indigenous Peoples' Day Weekend with a Sunday departure date will not be accepted, unless made within 1 week of booking.
- 3-night minimum during Memorial Day, 4th of July, Columbus Day/Indigenous Peoples' Day, and Labor Day weekends.
- Quiet hours: Daily 11 PM-8 AM.
- Please, no bicycle riding after dark; state law requires helmets for all guests 13 and under.
- Battery-powered scooters, bicycles, and other means of transportation are not allowed.
- Guests must obey all federal, state, and local laws regarding the ownership and possession of firearms.
- Firearms are not permitted in any property buildings or common areas.

Campsite Reservations
- We cannot allow early access to your RV site at this time.
- If you arrive early, you will not be able to access your site, and we can only grant access to the campground and campground amenities, which requires an additional fee of $25.
- Please note we do not have a place to park/hold your RV if you arrive early, so please plan accordingly. Access to the park and amenities is based on availability.
- We absolutely cannot accommodate access prior to 11 am.
- Extended access is available f0r $25-$30 during peak season to stay in the park until 6pm. Subject to availability.
- Extended access (after check-out time) does not guarantee that guests will be able to stay on site until departing from the park.
- Extended access only guarantees access to the campground and campground amenities, which require parking in overflow. Access is based on availability.
- An RV site may be used for tent camping with a maximum of 2 tents OR house a single RV, with a maximum of 8 people per site.
- If tents are used on an RV site, pets are not allowed.
- We offer seasonal campsites and trailer storage.
- Minimum stay requirements may apply during your requested dates.
- Limit 8 people per site.
- Rates based on 4 people (4 years old and older).
- Pets of the registered RV site occupant are welcome, but limited to 2 pets per site.
- Guests or visitors may not bring pets with them.
- If they arrive with a pet, they will not be permitted to enter the park.
- The pet owner is responsible for noise and clean up. Pets must be kept on a leash and may not be left unattended at the site.
- No pets allowed at tent sites.

- Camp Credit will remain active on the User Account and will expire one year from issuance.
- Reservation arrival or departure dates may not be changed inside the cancellation window.
Cabin Reservations
- Check-in time is 4 pm.
- We cannot allow early access to your cabin at this time. If you arrive early, you will not be able to access your cabin, and we can only grant access to the campground and campground amenities, which requires an additional fee of $25 and parking in the overflow lot. Access to the park and amenities is based on availability.
- We absolutely cannot accommodate access prior to 11am.
- Checkout time is 11 am. Extended access is $25-$30 during peak season to stay in the park until 6 pm, subject to availability.
- Extended access (after check out time) does not guarantee guest will be able to stay on site until departing from the park.
- Extended access only guarantees access to the campground and campground amenities, which requires an additional fee and parking in overflow. Access is based on availability.
- Unless otherwise noted, rates are based on 4 people (4 years old and older).

Refund Policy
- Refunds are prohibited for weather conditions, voluntary departure, acts of nature, or evictions.
- Any refund processed will be refunded in the same form that it was originally paid, or a reservation credit can be issued towards a future stay to be used within one year from the date the reservation credit was issued.
- All refunds processed via credit/debit card will be processed back to the original credit/debit card used, no exceptions.
Payment Policy
- All future bookings will only require 50% down.
- The remaining 50% will be required to be paid in full 30 days prior to arrival.
- If applicable, a resort fee is added to each reservation.
- Additional person fees may apply if the number of allowable guests exceeds the included number of guests per site as set in the base rate.
- We gladly accept Visa, Mastercard, Discover, and American Express.
- All outstanding balances are due no later than 30 days prior to arrival.
- Any outstanding balances that remain 29 days prior to arrival will automatically be charged to the payment method used for the initial deposit.
- Any declined final payments may be canceled subsequent to the cancellation policy.
No Shows
- Reservations will be held until check-out time on the day following your scheduled arrival.
- No shows will result in full forfeiture of funds.
- All rates, specials, terms, and policies are subject to change at any time without notice.
- Harassment or mistreatment of our staff or other guests, including but not limited to racist comments or hate speech, will not be tolerated under any circumstances.

- Outside alcoholic beverages are prohibited within the Water Zone area perimeters.
- All persons under the age of 16 must have a supervising companion to be in the pools and within the pool and water attraction area.
- “Supervising companion” is understood to mean a person who is responsible for assuring that the child will comply with applicable rules and regulations.
- Some pools and attractions may not have a Lifeguard on duty.
- Please supervise children at all times and follow all posted signs and rules.
- US Coast Guard-approved Life Jackets and Puddle jumpers are encouraged for all children 48” or less.
Behavior
- We expect all guests to behave in a family-friendly manner.
- Line jumping, profanity, and unruly behavior are considered offensive behaviors and could result in the guest being ejected from the property without a refund.
Dress Code
- Proper swim attire is required.
- Swim attire must be appropriate for a family environment.
- Inappropriate swim attire: Jeans, cut-offs, undergarments, swimwear that is revealing or has messaging that depicts violence, nudity, vulgarity, or discriminatory language or graphics.
- Swim attire with buckles, rivets, zippers, or exposed metal, and other sharp objects is not allowed on slides.
Outside Food and Beverages
- Food, drinks, and coolers are not allowed in the waterpark.
- Glass, bottles, or containers, and alcohol are not permitted.
- Food and beverages are not allowed in any pools or spas.
Prohibited
- Pets are not allowed, except for working service animals.
- Service animals must always be with their handler and may not be in pools or in contact with the water.
- Smoking, vaping, or e-cigarettes are not allowed in or around the pool area.
- Firearms, ammunition, knives, and weapons of any kind are not allowed.
- Larger outside flotation devices, including floats and rafts, are not permitted.
- Breath-holding games are not permitted in any pools or attractions.
Inclement Weather
- For your safety, certain pools or attractions may need to close during severe weather, such as electrical storms, heavy rain, or high winds.
- If weather causes a closure, every attempt will be made to reopen as soon as it is safe to do so.
- Pool decks and cabanas will be cleared, and guests will be asked to remove their personal items and leave the waterpark area.
Ride Restrictions
- Guests with limited swimming abilities, certain body proportions, certain heights, and/or weights may not be able to enjoy all attractions.
- All guests must meet the attraction's requirements to ride.
Cancellation Policy
Campground Cancellation Policy:
- We do not give credit or refunds due to the discomforts of nature. The fun continues rain or shine.
- Our cancellation policy varies depending on the timing of your cancellation notice in advance of the reservation date.
- This policy will apply regardless of COVID-19.
- The cancellation policy may be amended in the event a natural disaster for example, a blizzard, hurricane, or tropical storm watch/warning is issued for the camp-resort area or the guest's residence within 48 hours of the reservation arrival date OR when there is a mandatory evacuation of the area and the camp-resort will be closed for an extended period of time.
- In general, if you cancel a reservation, the amount refunded to you is determined by the Campsite's cancellation policy that applies to your reservation.
- Any additional service fee charged to you by the Campsite may be refunded pursuant to the cancellation policy presented in the applicable listing.
- Both you and each Campsite are responsible for any modifications made to your reservation, and you agree to pay any applicable fees related to such reservation modification.
If you are charged a booking fee upon checkout:
- The booking fee is fully refundable if you cancel your Campsite reservation within 24 hours of booking.
- After 24 hours, the booking fee is refundable only if your Campsite reservation is also fully refundable at the time of cancellation.
- Please note that the booking fee is not partially refundable.
For Lodging Rentals (except the Ranger's Retreat):
- 3+ WEEKS: Refund less $25 cancellation fee per lodging rental OR full refund issued in camp credit
- 2+ WEEKS: 50% of the Reservation issued in camp credit
- LESS THAN 2 WEEKS: Full reservation forfeited
Ranger's Retreat:
- 5+ WEEKS: Refund minus $50 cancellation fee per retreat OR full refund issued in camp credit
- 4+ WEEKS: 50% of Reservation issued in camp credit and 50% of reservation forfeited.
- LESS THAN 4 WEEKS: Full reservation forfeited.
For Campsites:
- 2+ WEEKS: Refund less $25 cancellation fee per campsite OR full refund issued in camp credit.
- 1+ WEEKS: 50% of reservation issued in camp credit.
- LESS THAN 1 WEEK: Full reservation forfeited.
For Add-Ons:
- 1+ WEEK: Refund less $10 cancellation fee per add-on issued in camp credit.
- LESS THAN 1 WEEK: Full reservation forfeited.
For Linens:
- 1+ WEEK: Refund less $2 cancellation fee per linen set issued in camp credit.
- LESS THAN 1 WEEK: Full reservation forfeited.
For Day Camp Passes:
- 1+ WEEK: Refund less $2.50 cancellation fee per pass.
- LESS THAN 1 WEEK: Full reservation forfeited.
- All Spot2Nite reservations require payment in full at the time of booking.
