Great Escapes North Texas in Perrin offers 146 full-hookup RV sites and 10 cottage and tiny house units across 74 acres of Jack County ranchland, with 20, 30, and 50-amp service, cable TV, and rigs accepted to 70 feet, open all year. Deluxe back-in and pull-through categories with patios join premium and amperage-specific tiers, alongside a water park, three pools, and laser tag. One hundred forty-six sites span back-in 30-amp, back-in 50-amp, back-in deluxe with patio, premium, pull-through deluxe with patio, and premium pull-through categories, all carrying water, sewer, and electric with cable TV and site WiFi, sized to 70 feet, with fire pits, picnic tables, and BBQ pits. Ten cottages and tiny houses round out the lodging. A general store, laundry, restrooms, showers, and firewood handle the practical side. The per-person camping fee covers the splash park, three pools, the toddler splash zone, mini-golf, gaga ball, human foosball, the jumping pillow, themed weekends, and hourly seasonal activities — check the schedule on the Campers App. A water park, splash pad, and three pools anchor the summer, with a hot tub and sauna alongside. Laser tag, mini-golf, gem mining, inflatable water toys, a jumping pillow, sports courts, volleyball, basketball, corn hole, horseshoes, golf cart rentals, boat rentals, a lake, beach, barn, clubhouse, craft room, playground, pavilion, community fire pit, dog park, on-site dining, and a snack bar fill the rest. Do You Offer Seasonal/Monthly Sites? - We do offer seasonal sites during the off-season. - The off-season begins on November 1 and ends on the last day of February. Will My Reservation Guarantee A Specific Campsite Or Cabin Assignment? - We do offer you the opportunity to guarantee your favorite campsite or cabin by paying our applicable $35 lock-in fee. - If you opt out of the lock-in fee, you are guaranteed your selected campsite or cabin type, but not the specific unit number. How Many Guests Can I Have On My Reservation? - You can have up to 8 people on your reservation if you are at a tent site, RV site, or cabin. What Can I Use My Great Escapes Gift Card Towards? - Great Escapes gift cards are applicable towards reservations, Day Use Passes, store purchases, or activities & amenities. Do You Have RVs to Rent? - We do not have RVs to rent at our campground. Do You Provide Linens In All Cabins? - Yes, we provide linens in all our cabins. Can My Friends Come And Visit? - Absolutely! - Guests must pay the day-use fee to visit, or they can be added to your reservation. Can I Pitch A Tent At My Campsite If I Have An RV? - Yes, you can! We allow 1 small, 2-man tent at RV and cabin sites (in addition to the RV at an RV site). Is Firewood Available For Purchase? - We have firewood available for purchase at our store. - A bundle of firewood (7 or 8 pieces) is $6.99. - To preserve the beauty of our wooded Camp-Resort, please do not cut down or damage trees in any way. Can I Bring My Own Firewood? - Texas does not allow the transport of firewood.  - The state has six counties under quarantine due to the destructive emerald ash borer; this means it is illegal to move firewood to other areas within Texas and also to other states. - Texas also has 192 counties under quarantine for imported fire ants, prohibiting the movement of firewood. - Another invasive pest that the authorities are closely watching is the Mexican soapberry borer, which has already been detected in 50 Texas counties. Can I Bring My Own Golf Cart, Motorized Scooter, Or ATV to The Camp Resort? - For safety and liability reasons, guests are not permitted to bring any personal motorized vehicles, such as golf carts, into the park. - While we do not like to be the fun police, guests found in violation of this policy may be asked to leave without a refund. - For your convenience, we do offer golf cart rentals that allow accessing our camp resort easy and fun! If you have a disability, you can bring your own golf cart; however, you must provide documentation for insurance and have a handicap placard. - You must also follow all camp rules for golf carts, sign an agreement, and the person with the disability must be on the cart at all times when it is being driven. Can I Rent A Golf Cart If I Am Only There For Day Use? - Yes, you may rent a golf cart for day use. - Keep in mind the minimum rental is 24 hours on weekdays and 48 hours on weekends. How Do I Rent A Golf Cart If I Am Staying Overnight? - Add your golf cart to your reservation when you book online.  - For more information about our golf carts, click here, or you can always come into our front office and we will be happy to help you! How Many Cars Are Permitted At My Site, And May I Have Extra Cars? - You may have two cars per site, but each car should have a car pass hanging on the rearview window. - These are given with your reservation materials. - We do not allow extra cars per site because we do not have enough parking space available. - Extra cars may be permitted due to individual circumstances and events, but must be approved by management prior. Do You Have Quiet Hours? - We do! Quiet hours are 11:00 pm – 8 am daily. - Any guest under 18 years of age must be at their campsite or cabin during these hours unless accompanied by an adult. Are Alcoholic Beverages Allowed At Your Park? - They are, but the beverage must be held in an unmarked container or koozie. - Glass containers are not allowed in the pool areas and or activity centers. - This is a family-friendly Camp-Resort, so please be considerate of others and refrain from loud and unseemly language. Where Can I Find Information About Your Theme Weekends? - Good question! Can I Bring A Pet With Me? - YES! We are a pet-friendly resort! Pets are allowed at RV sites, but not in our playgrounds, restrooms, or other buildings. - Pets are also allowed at pet-friendly cabins, so please request them at the time of booking. - For 1 pet, there is a flat fee of $25. For 2 pets, there is a flat fee of $50. - Pet owners are required to bring a leash for their pets and are responsible for pet clean-up and noise control. - For the safety of our guests, pets must be up to date on vaccinations. - We reserve the right to remove hostile and disruptive pets from the park. - Service animals are allowed in buildings and event centers. What Forms Of Payment Are Accepted At Your Park? - We gladly accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and Discover. Is Wi-Fi available? - Please note that our campground Wi-Fi can be inconsistent at times due to a combination of environmental conditions, network congestion, and rural infrastructure limitations. - While we do our best to provide reliable internet access, we cannot guarantee a steady connection at all times. - If you require consistent internet for work or other important needs, we recommend planning ahead with one of the following options: - Personal Hotspot from your cellular provider (check coverage before arrival) - Mobile Hotspot Device for a stronger signal and reliability - Starlink Satellite Internet, if available for your setup - We appreciate your understanding and hope you enjoy the opportunity to unplug and relax in nature!

Rules

Registrations and Arrival Check-In Procedure - Check-In for RVs and Tents is 1 PM. - Check-In for Cabins and Deluxe Cabins is 4 PM. - Check-out time for all Lodging is 11 am. - After-hours arrivals must arrange with the office in advance. - Please no check-ins after 10 PM. - If you need to arrive after hours, inform our front desk before closing time to make arrangements. - Late check-out is for RV sites only from 12 PM to 3 PM; there is an additional charge if your site is available. - After 3 PM, another day will be charged. - No late check-out in cabins or tents. - No late check-out in peak seasons. - Prompt departures allow us to get each site clean and ready for the next guest. - While each park attempts to accommodate your exact spot request, the on-site manager has the ultimate decision for spot placement. Quiet Hours - Quiet hours are from 11:00 pm – 8:00 am. - Guests must be at their site or cabin by 11:00 pm. - Please be courteous to your neighbors during these hours. Wristbands - All guests must wear the park-provided wristband to show they are registered. - Wristbands are required for access to amenities and attractions. - Guests without wristbands may be asked to leave, since staff cannot confirm they are registered. - Visitors must also wear a park-provided wristband while on-site. Children & Supervision - Children under 16 must be accompanied by an adult at all times. - Parents are responsible for the conduct and behavior of their children. - Children under 14 must be accompanied by an adult at all water attractions. - Children 16 and under must be supervised by an adult in the pool and splash park. - Helmets are required for children biking or scootering around the campground. - Any biking after dark must have a headlight, taillights, and reflectors. Pool & Splash Park - Swim at your own risk — no lifeguard on duty. - Pool hours: 10:00 am to dusk. - Please observe the posted pool and splash park rules. - Children must be supervised at all times. - No horseplay, jumping, diving, or running. - No climbing up slides. - Proper swimwear only — no cutoffs or T-shirts. - No glass containers allowed. - Management may adjust or enforce additional pool rules. Sites & Parking - Keep your site clean and orderly at all times. - One RV or tent is permitted per site, with a maximum of 8 guests. - One camper unit, 2 vehicles per site, no tents on RV sites, and 1 vehicle per cabin. - Park only in assigned spaces or designated parking areas. - Vehicles parked in unassigned spaces may be towed or charged. - Please display your car pass at all times. - Washing vehicles is permitted for a fee — check with the office. - No vehicle repairs or working on vehicles in the campground. Guests & Visitors - Guests of campers are welcome but must register at the office and pay the guest fee. - Visitors must register at the office and pay a day-use fee. - Visitors are expected to follow campground rules and depart by 10:00 pm. - Fees may apply based on arrival time and activities joined. Pets & Service Animals - Pets are welcome at campsites and in pet-friendly lodging. - Limit two pets per reservation unless otherwise approved. - $25 non-refundable fee applies for pets in cabins or lodging. - Pets must be leashed (6 ft. max), attended, and not left outside unattended. - Kennels and pens are prohibited. - Pets are not allowed in park-owned buildings, pools, food areas, laundry, playgrounds, or pavilions. - Guests must clean up after their pets and dispose of waste properly. - Aggressive or disruptive pets may be removed at management’s discretion. - Pets must be up to date on vaccinations, and records must be available upon request. - Service animals are permitted throughout the park and must remain under control. Speed Limit & Driving - The speed limit is 9.5 mph throughout the campground. - Stay on roads and in designated parking areas. - Please drive carefully and do not cut through sites. - Watch for children and pedestrians. Golf Carts - Drivers must be at least 18 years old with a valid driver’s license. - Golf carts must remain on resort property roads. - Do not drive golf carts on the grass. - A signed liability waiver is required for rentals. - Misuse of carts may result in rental termination without refund. Wibit - All Wibit participants are required to sign the Wibit Liability Waiver. Guest Flag Display Policy - At Great Escapes North Texas, we are committed to fostering a welcoming and enjoyable atmosphere for all guests. - To maintain a consistent and family-friendly environment, we ask that guests limit flag displays at campsites to the following. Flags Permitted at Campsites - The American flag (displayed in accordance with U.S. Flag Code) - State and local flags - Military and first responder flags (Army, Navy, Air Force, Marine Corps, Coast Guard, POW/MIA, police, fire, EMS) - Great Escapes RV Resorts-branded flags - To ensure a positive experience for all, we kindly ask guests to refrain from displaying flags outside of these categories. Special Event Considerations - Great Escapes RV Resorts may permit additional flag displays during themed celebrations or special events. - Any temporary exceptions will be communicated in advance by resort management. Policy Enforcement - If a flag outside the approved categories is displayed, resort staff will provide a courteous reminder of this policy. - Guests may be asked to remove non-compliant flags to maintain our shared community standards. - We appreciate your cooperation in helping us create an inclusive and enjoyable camping experience for all. Campfires - Campfires are allowed only in designated fire pits or rings. - Bonfires or oversized flames are not permitted. - Fire bans may apply during dry conditions. - Firewood must be purchased at the office — no outside wood allowed. - Fire starters and color flame packs are available at the office. Garbage & Cleanliness - Please use designated dumpsters for trash disposal. - Staff will pick up trash by 11 am during open hours. - Do not leave trash or food outside overnight due to wildlife. - Gray and black water must be emptied at site hookups or dump stations. - Ground disposal of grey water is illegal. - Hoses must be properly fitted to prevent leaks. - Generators are not allowed. Alcohol & Smoking - Alcohol must be consumed responsibly. - Public intoxication will not be tolerated. - Adults over 21 may enjoy alcoholic beverages at their site. - Use non-descript containers if walking around the park. - No glass containers in aquatic areas. - Smoking is prohibited in all buildings, cabins, playgrounds, and pool areas. Bicycles & Motorized Vehicles - Bicycles are permitted during daylight hours only. - Helmets are required for children. - Motorized scooters, four-wheelers, drones, and motorcycles are not allowed for pleasure riding. Safety & Emergencies - In emergencies or severe weather, seek shelter in a bathhouse or office. - Download the CampersAPP for alerts. - Carry a flashlight at night for safety. Fishing & Flags - Fishing is permitted in the private lake without a license. - Please stay on resort property while fishing. - Allowed flags include U.S., state, local, military, first responder, POW/MIA, and Great Escapes flags. - Other flags are not permitted unless during special events approved by management. General Rules - Clotheslines are not permitted. - Clothes may not be hung outside RVs or on trees. - Laundry, showers, and restrooms are located in Clubhouse 1. - Do not move or remove rocks. - Fireworks, firearms, drones, metal detectors, and personal golf carts are not allowed. - 50-AMP rigs must use 50-AMP sites. Disclaimer - Management reserves the right to ask anyone to leave without a refund for breaking policies. - Camping involves inherent risks; guests assume responsibility for injuries or damages. - The property is privately owned. Cancellation Policy

Campground Cancellation Policy - Reservations may be revised up to two times before forfeiting the entire reservation cost. Campsites - We will return your deposit minus a $30 service charge if you cancel eight(8) or more days before your arrival date. - If you cancel seven(7) days or less of your arrival date, your full deposit is forfeited. Lodging - We will return your deposit minus a $30 service charge if you cancel fifteen(15) or more days before your arrival date. - If you cancel fourteen(14) days or fewer of your arrival date, your full deposit is forfeited. Holidays - We will return your deposit minus a $30 service charge if you cancel thirty(30) or more days before your arrival date. - We do not refund holiday deposits on cancellations made twenty-nine(29) days or less of your arrival date. - All Spot2Nite reservations require payment in full at the time of booking. - Please contact Spot2Nite to cancel a reservation via email to [email protected] or call (877)778-2683, Option 1. - Spot2Nite convenience fees and credit card processing fees are non-refundable.
