Welcome to The Fields of New Market Campground. The King and Queen welcome you to The Fields of New Market. Our 230-acre dispersed camping facility is a picturesque meadow that offers accommodations for campers of all types, from tent to RV and trailer enthusiasts. Gather your family, friends, clan, or club and join us for a one-of-a-kind camping experience! What is dispersed camping, you ask? Dispersed camping means that there are no designated campspots: you can set up your tent or park your RV/trailer anywhere! The only requirement is that you must be parked and camping at least 10 feet from the roadways. Note that there are limited rentals, and some have already been fully booked.

Check-in Procedure
- While each park attempts to accommodate your exact spot request, the on-site manager has the ultimate decision for spot placement.
Payment Information
- We accept Visa, Mastercard, Discover, and American Express for payment.
- We do not accept checks, cash, or money orders.
Lost and Found
- TRF & FONM is not responsible for personal items lost or stolen during your stay or items left in lodging (tents, RVs, or cabins) after your departure.
- If you believe you lost an item or left something behind, TRF & FONM will check for personal items.
- However, we make no guarantee we will find the items or be able to return the items we may find.
- If you believe you left an item behind, please contact us immediately to arrange for return.
- Returned items will include a $20 handling fee in addition to the cost of shipping.
- TRF & FONM will make every effort to return items based on your desired shipping carrier.
- Please understand that TRF & FONM will ship items at its discretion and choose shipping carriers and terms available, regardless of your preference.
Guest
- You are responsible for the cost of all damage to the rental (tent, cabin, RV, or RV pad site) occurring during your reservation.
- The camper certifies that all campers, occupants, and operators of equipment have no physical or mental condition that precludes them from renting, operating, or using the equipment provided by TRF & FONM, and you are not doing so against medical advice.
- You and campers, occupants, and operators acknowledge and understand that you are obligated to follow instructions and the intended use of all equipment, including lodging, in the safest manner, and you can minimize your risk of injury by doing so.
- This includes the use of all safety equipment provided.
- You and campers, occupants, and operators acknowledge and understand that any changes, modifications, and or moving of any equipment provided by TRF & FONM is not allowed and increases the risk of injury.
- If lodging (tent or cabin) or equipment is moved, you will be responsible for any damages as a result, as well as the cost for servicing equipment or lodging (tent or cabin).
- You and campers, occupants, and operators acknowledge and understand that if you observe any unusual hazard, which you believe jeopardizes your personal safety or that of others, you will immediately report said hazard to the attention of TRF & FONM and any other appropriate agencies.
Damage Policy
- Which includes the cost of repair or the actual retail cash value of the item damaged, including, but not limited to, parts, labor, diminished value of the lodging (tent, cabin, or RV pad site), loss of use and revenue, missing equipment, excessively soiled linens, excessive cleaning, and a reasonable charge to cover administrative expenses.
Smoking Policy
- No smoking
- All Texas Renaissance Festival & the fields of new market rentals are considered non-smoking rentals.
- Smoking of any kind inside the lodging (tent or cabin) will result in an additional charge as required for excessive cleaning.
- The credit card on file will be billed for the costs incurred, and a breakdown of the charges will be provided.
Prohibited Activities and Items
- No firearms or fireworks are allowed on the premises of Texas Renaissance Festivals, Inc. or the fields of New Market campground.
- Bringing either on Texas Renaissance Festivals, Inc. or the fields of New Market Campground will result in immediate expulsion from the property.
- Illegal drugs, alcohol abuse, open bars, sales without campground vendor permit, fireworks, sky lanterns, laser pointers, drones, airborne RC vehicles, golf carts, ATVs, UTVs, and dirt bikes are not allowed.
- Firearms, concealed or open carry, are strictly prohibited.
- Swords, knives, axes, maces, any edged or pointed weapons must be sheathed and peace tied at all times, period-themed or otherwise.
Behavior Policy
- Be considerate of others.
- Disorderly conduct will not be tolerated.
Camp Pass/Wristbands
- All individuals within the campground are required to wear a valid camping wristband for the duration of their stay.
- Anyone found without a valid wristband may be subject to purchasing an additional camping pass or removal from the fields of New Market.
Festival Ticket
- All campground patrons are required to possess and present a valid festival ticket or season pass for at least one day of the camping weekend in order to gain entry to the fields of New Market.
Camping Gates
- Entrance gates are staffed 24 hours a day during operating days.
- open from 8 a.m. Thursday to 12 p.m.. Monday.
Thanksgiving Weekend Hours
- Open from 12 p.m. Wednesday to 12 p.m. Monday.
Festival Parking
- Vehicles left in festival general parking after 2 a.m. are subject to towing at the owner's expense.
- Festival parking within the campground is available in rows 1, 2, and 3 near the festival entrance.
Quiet Hours
- Family camping area — 10 p.m. - 6 a.m.
- Revel camping area — midnight - 6 a.m.
- No vehicle traffic after midnight.
Trash Policy
- Please help us in preserving the fields of New Market and letting nature flourish after our revelry.
- Metal bins are designated for embers and ash, no trash.
- Wooden frames are designated for trash, no ash or embers.
Campfires
- Ground fires are strictly prohibited.
- 936-727-1800 security.
- All fires must be kept enclosed in off-the-ground containers, such as above-ground fire pits, BBQ pits, chimineas, or liquid-fueled heating.
- Do not dump coals, embers, ash, or any fire remains on the ground or in dumpsters.
- Ash bins for dumping coals, embers, ash, and fire remains are located next to dumpsters throughout the campground.
Reservation
- General camping areas operate on a first-come, first-served basis.
- Reserving additional space for patrons who are not physically present at the fields of the new market is prohibited.
- Reserved spaces are exclusively designated for season pass holders and those with advanced bookings.
- Patrons are not permitted to deny other campers access to non-reserved general camping areas located directly adjacent to an individual campsite.
Construction/Boundaries
- All campsite improvements, including boundaries (roping off), excessive decorations, or constructions, temporary or otherwise, are prohibited for all general camping patrons.
Grounds/Trees
- No cutting, burning, decorating, or placing hardware in any natural elements.
- No digging.
- No tree-tents or hammocks.
- No collection or relocation of any natural or constructed TRF property.
Pet Policy
- Pets are not permitted within the fields of New Market.
- Service animals trained to perform specific tasks for individuals with disabilities, as defined by the Americans with disabilities act (ADA), are welcome.
- Emotional support animals, comfort animals, and therapy animals are not considered service animals under the ADA and are not allowed.
- Service animals must remain under control at all times.
Minors
- Children 16 and under must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian.
Parking & Roadways
- Parking is permitted in the space adjacent to your campsite.
- Vehicles, tents, and RVs must maintain a minimum distance of 10 feet from roadways.
- No vehicle traffic is allowed after midnight.
Distribution of Consumables
- For the safety of everyone involved, do not distribute and/or accept food or drinks from anyone you do not know.
Security
- The campground is always patrolled by uniformed law enforcement and security officers.
- All local, state, and federal laws apply and are enforced.
Violations
- Violation of any rule or policy may result in removal from the campground without a refund, at the discretion of management or security personnel. Management retains final authority on all matters.
- The Texas Renaissance Festival and the fields of New Market are privately owned and operated.

Cancellation Policy
MODERATE
If the guest cancels at least 1 week before your check-in day and time, they will receive a full refund (minus Spot2Nite convenience or resort fees). If the guest cancels within the 1 week before check-in, there will be no refund.
