Check-In Procedure - Check-in: 3:00 PM - 11:00 PM. If arriving outside of check-in times, please call to make arrangements. - Check-out: 10:00 AM. - While each park attempts to accommodate your exact spot request, the on-site manager has the ultimate decision for spot placement. Deposits & Payments - At the time of booking, 100% of the reservation balance will be collected. Payment for all retail items and gift certificates will also be collected. - Rates/policies are subject to change and vary during high-impact periods and special requests. Children & Pets - Children are welcome with an accompanying adult. - Pets are welcome. - Pets must weigh under 40 pounds. - All pets must be under 40 lbs. - Pet must be fully trained and appropriately restrained by the guest. - No ferocious breeds. Not Pits, Doberman Pinchers, & Rottweilers. - Animals must be on a leash at all times. - You must pick up after the dog, ferret, or whatever animal you bring. - Any disturbances such as barking must be curtailed to ensure other guests are not inconvenienced. - We will ask you to leave if there are multiple complaints. No refunds will be given. - If the animal causes damages you will be responsible for repairs and or personal injuries caused by said animal. - Guests agree to indemnify and hold harmless the venue, the cabins the ranch, its owners, and its operator from all liability and damage suffered as a result of the guest's pet. - Cora's Cabin reserves the right to charge the guest's account commensurate to the cost of the damages. - All pets must be crated before guests leave if they are going to be left alone in the cabins. Lodging Policies - Absolutely No Smoking Inside; however designated outdoor smoking areas are available. - Special situations allow for children, please call to make arrangements. - Do not rearrange the furniture. - Absolutely no parties or gatherings of any kind without prior permission and accommodations with the owner. - No other guests except they are pre-approved by the owner. ADA Policies - We accommodate guests with special ADA requirements. Gift Certificate Policies - Gift certificates must be presented at check-in along with a valid driver's license. - Gift certificates are transferable. - Any remaining amount on gift certificates can be used at a later day up to the expiration date. - Gift certificates cannot be redeemed for cash.

Cancellation Policy

FLEXIBLE If the guest cancels at least 3 days before their check-in day and time, they will receive a full refund (minus Spot2Nite convenience or resort fees). If the guest cancels within the 3 days before check-in, there will be no refund.
