Check-In Procedure - Check-in time: 2:00 pm. - Check out time: 11:00 am. - Early check-in is not permitted, unless pre-approved by management. - Late check-outs can be requested subject to availability but require pre-approval from management. - Please ensure your site is as clean as you found it. - After hours check-in are allowed at any time, please contact Field of Dreams RV Resort for instructions. - While each park attempts to accommodate your exact spot request, the on-site manager has the ultimate decision for spot placement. Site Change - If you wish to move sites, please check with management first. - Due to reservations and maintenance, moving sites may not be possible. Quiet Time - Quiet time is 10:00 pm to 8:00 am. - Children under 16 years of age must be accompanied by an adult during these hours. - No loud talking, loud radios, loud televisions, etc., at any time. - The use of generators is prohibited. - Please be considerate of others, and please try to arrive before 9:00 pm. Speed Limit - For the safety of all our guests and staff, we ask that you maintain a speed limit of 10 mph for all motorized vehicles. - Exceeding this speed limit will result in a warning. - Multiple warnings will result in removal from the property without a refund. Parking - Only one camper per site and one vehicle per site, unless noted. - No part of your vehicles may extend out onto the road. - Parking is not allowed on the street, river rock, grass, or any vacant sites. - Ruts caused on or around your site due to additional vehicles will result in damage charges. - Guests/visitors may park in our designated parking area. - Parking rules will be enforced at all times and may result in towing at the expense of the guest or vehicle owner. - Any extra vehicles (trailers, boats, etc.) are an additional fee and must be parked in our uncovered parking area. Visitors - Registered guests are responsible for their visitors and liable for any damages that they may cause while on the property. - All visitors must stop in the store to receive a parking pass and are encouraged to park in our designated parking area. - Parking pass must be visible inside your vehicle. - Visitors may not bring pets. - Field of Dreams RV resort reserves the right to limit the number of people visiting a site. - Registered guests are responsible for ensuring their visitors are properly registered and that all campground rules are followed. Site & Park Navigation - Please be respectful of your neighbor and do not walk between sites or behind their pads. - Please use our main roads, sidewalks, and designated public paths when navigating around the property. Site Appearance - The resort does not permit material with any promotional or political affiliation to be displayed, including, but not limited to, flags or signs. - Please keep your site neat and clean during your stay. - No sheds, porches, decks, tents, tarps, canopies, hot tubs, or utility buildings allowed. - Outdoor items should be neat and orderly. - Please keep your site clean during your stay. - Do not cut trees or limbs on your site without permission. - The resort does not permit material with any promotional or political affiliation to be displayed, including, but not limited to, flags or signs. - Resort management reserves the right to have any free-standing structure removed. Smoking/Vaping - Smoking and vaping are only permitted at your own pad site. - Please refrain from smoking in any other areas around the property. - No smoking in or around the buildings. - Please do not throw cigarettes in trash cans inside restrooms/shower rooms, laundry room, clubhouse, or general store. Prohibited - Alcohol must remain at your own pad site. - Public intoxication is strictly prohibited. - The possession, distribution, or manufacture of illegal drugs or drug paraphernalia within the property will not be tolerated. - Fireworks and firearms are strictly prohibited in our park. - The prohibition of fireworks includes sparklers, smoke bombs, aerials, and firecrackers. - The prohibition of firearms includes all guns, including airsoft, BB, and pellet guns. Pet Policy - We ask that you keep your pets on a leash at all times outdoors. - This helps you, your pet, other guests, and other guests’ pets stay safe. - Cleaning up after your pet. - Be a good neighbor and please clean up after your pet always. - Please do not let your pet deposit waste on your site or any of our other guests’ sites. - Failure to clean up after your pet will result in you being asked to leave without a refund. - Pets may not be left unattended. - Please do not tie your pet to an RV or a tree and leave. - Leaving your pets unattended is dangerous for your pet, as many factors including weather, power outages, etc. - It can affect your pet's well-being while you are away. - Due to insurance requirements, all pets must be vaccinated in our park. - Please make sure your pet’s shots are up-to-date. - Excessive barking is not tolerated and disturbs your neighbors. - Please note that excessive barking may result in you being asked to leave without a refund. - Pets are not allowed in general store, clubhouse, laundry room or bathhouse. - Maximum leash length is 6 feet. - Maximum (2) pets per site. - No pet fences or cages allowed. - Pets may not be left outside when owners are away from RV or left inside to continually bark. - No aggressive pets allowed. - Your pet may not disturb other guests. - Please keep your pet(s) out of the flowerbeds and other RV sites. - All pets must have current vaccinations. - Note: Pet owners who fail to follow the pet rules will be kindly asked to leave the property. Fire - Open fires are not allowed on the property. - Fires must be in firepits or designated fire rings. Storage - Storage is not allowed under or around your RV or picnic table. Pavilion - No smoking or vaping at the pavilion. - Please return tables and all other equipment to the condition in which they should be for the next guest’s use. - Please do not place portable grills on picnic tables. - No portable deep fryers are to be used while on site. Wildlife - For your safety, please use caution around the property. - Snakes and spiders can be concealed in vegetation or dense cover. - Snakes will warm themselves on blacktop or concrete, and other animals are active at night, so always carry a flashlight while walking in the dark. Electrical Use - You are responsible for understanding how many amps you are using in our RV. - Amp usage over the 50 amps provided can trip your breaker. - Please be mindful of your amp usage, so that you don’t trip your breaker during your stay. - Please notify the office so that we can notify maintenance if you have any electrical issues during your stay. - Guests are not permitted to diagnose our electrical pedestals per insurance and safety requirements. - Maintenance is happy to help. - Even if you are an electrician, laws prohibit you from working on our pedestals unless hired to do so. Laundry Room - The laundry room is for Field of Dreams RV guests only and is open 24/7. - Machines are coin-operated. - Vending machine available. - Please do not leave your laundry unattended. - We are not responsible for accidents or theft. Restrooms/Showers - For the comfort of all our guests, restrooms/showers are open 24/7. - We ask for your help in keeping the restrooms clean. - Guests under the age of 18 need adult supervision in the bathrooms and showers. Accidents/Incidents - All accidents or incidents must be reported to our office. Pond - No fishing, swimming, kayaking, or boating is allowed at the pond. - Field of Dreams RV Resort is not responsible for any accidents that occur around the water or in the water. - RV guests are responsible for their guests and visitors at all times. Trash Disposal - To maintain a clean and beautiful environment, we have a blue dumpster on the north side of the property for your convenience. - Please do not leave trash out overnight. - Please do not dispose of any motor oil, cooking oil, wires, furniture, mattresses, or any toxic waste or hazardous waste in our dumpster. - Failure to adhere to this rule may result in charges for disposal fees. Children Policy - Children under 18 must be supervised by an adult at all times. - Riding bicycles without a parent and on our main entrance road is prohibited for the safety of your children and our incoming RV guests. - Anyone under the age of 18 must be back at their site by dusk. - Children may not use the restrooms without being accompanied by a parent or guardian. Drones - Drones are not permitted in our park. - Please do not fly drones over people or RVs. - There are several local area parks where drones are permitted for your enjoyment. Clotheslines - Clotheslines are not permitted in our park. - No clotheslines or hanging laundry outdoors. RV/Vehicle - RVs and vehicles may not be washed on site without advanced approval of management. - Repairs to RVs and vehicles are not permitted in our park. - We are happy to recommend a local Mobile RV Repair service that comes out to your site to assist you with any repairs. - No vehicle repairs or maintenance may be done in the resort unless approved by management. Water Pressure Regulator - We have high water pressure at our sites and strongly recommend connecting a water pressure regulator directly to the water box. Trailers & Dollies - Cargo trailers and dollies are not permitted at sites. - Please contact our office if in need of storage. Pond - No fishing, swimming, kayaking, or boating is allowed at the pond. - Field of Dreams RV Resort is not responsible for any accidents that occur around or in the water. - RV guests are responsible for their guests and visitors at all times. Utility Pedestals - Please make sure that you have completely disconnected all hookups from the pedestal at your site before pulling off your site. - Damage to pedestals can be costly and will be inspected after guest check-out. Prohibited - No wood burning fires. - No vehicle or RV washing. - No car hauler trailers on sites - No utility trailers on sites. - No use of chalk on the pads. - No use of paint at your site. - No use of wood chips or pellets for cooking/smokers. - No hoverboards, skateboards, electric or motorized scooters allowed in the Resort. - No tents. - No display of alcohol. - No smoking around the buildings or common areas. - No firearms or fireworks. - No laundry lines or hanging clothes outside. - No staking awnings down due to water lines. - No liquid waste dumped on the ground. - No bike riding after dark. - No street parking. - No pets allowed in general store, clubhouse, ba - No bicycles allowed on the sidewalks near the clubhouse. - No throwing of rocks and throwing into the pond. - No horse trailers. - No canopies allowed. - Note: Guests who fail to follow the resort rules will be kindly asked to leave the property.
