Ten sites are pull-through throughout, carrying water, sewer, and electric on 30 and 50-amp with site WiFi, sized to 60 feet. One consistent spec and no guesswork, and 60 feet accommodates a long coach with a tow. Accessible sites are available. Cabins and tent sites round out the lodging. A general store, laundry, dump station, restrooms, and showers handle the practical side.
Trails leaving directly from the property are the distinguishing feature — ATV riders and cyclists can start from their site rather than trailering out, which is genuinely uncommon. A pond, creek, sports courts, pickleball, basketball, dog park, hiking, biking, and fishing fill the rest. The dark central Utah sky makes for exceptional stargazing, and the birding is productive. The property operates as a wedding venue.
Sevier sits in the Fishlake National Forest country of central Utah, which puts an unusual concentration of national parks within driving range: Capitol Reef, Bryce Canyon, Cedar Breaks, Canyonlands, and Arches are all reachable, with the Candy Mountain Express biking trail and Fishlake itself close by. Few campgrounds anywhere sit within a day's drive of five national parks.
Spring and fall are peak in central Utah, when the heat is manageable and the parks are at their best. Reserve well ahead for April through May and September through October.

Rules
Registration and Arrival
Check-In Procedure
- Check-in after 12 p.m. (noon) on the day of arrival.
- Check-out before 11 a.m. on the day of departure.
- Please make arrangements prior to 10 a.m. if staying an extra night.
- While each park attempts to accommodate your exact spot request, the on-site manager has the ultimate decision for spot placement.
Quiet Hours
- Quiet hours are from 11 p.m. to 7 a.m.
Tables
- Limit of one (1) picnic table per campsite.
RV Guests
- Large area outdoor rugs are prohibited on campsites.
- A small mat (24" x 24" maximum) is allowed at the base of your stairs.
Tent Guests
- If you are visiting the campground for three or more days, please move your tent to one tent length on your third day.
Vehicles
- Vehicles (Campground Staff reserves the right to limit additional vehicles per campsite)
- All vehicles must display a valid Campground parking permit.
- A vehicle without a proper parking permit is subject to tow at the owner's expense.
- Vehicles must not block the road or adjacent campsite(s).
Speed Limit
The speed limit is 10 MPH.
Visitors
- Visitors (Campground Staff reserves the right to limit additional vehicles per campsite)
- Day or night visitors must register at the Campground Office and purchase a Campground parking permit.
Children
- Children are welcome with an accompanying adult.
- Children age 12 and under stay free.
- Parents are responsible at all times for their children’s safety and behavior.
- Please supervise small children in showers and restrooms, and do not allow children to play in the roadway.
Laundry
- The laundry room is open from 8 a.m. to 8 p.m. (Memorial Day-Labor Day).
- Please do not hang clothes on lines or trees at the campsite.
Pets Policy
- Pets (All pets must be registered with the Campground Office).
- Pets are welcome.
- Animals must be kept on a leash at all times and may not be left unattended at the campsite.
- Animals may not be tethered to utility fixtures, picnic tables, trees, or fences.
- Animal waste must be picked up by the pet owner.
Restrooms and Showers
- Three facilities are available.
- Due to Board of Health Regulations, animals and the washing of dishes are prohibited in the restrooms.
- A sink for washing dishes is available behind the east restroom.
Non-Fire Campground
- Personal charcoal and propane grills are permitted.
- See Park Map for hot coal disposal dumpsters.
- Do not put hot coals in garbage containers.
- Fireworks are prohibited on the Campground premises and on the property.
Garbage
- Help us stay clean by depositing all garbage in the dumpsters located throughout the Campground.
- Complimentary garbage bags may be obtained at the Campground Store.
After-Hours Assistance/Security
- Please see the blue courtesy phone next to the Campground Store entrance.
Cancellation Policy
STRICT
If the guest cancels at least 1 week before your check-in day and time, they will receive a 50% refund (minus Spot2Nite convenience or resort fees). If the guest cancels within 1 week before check-in, there will be no refund.
