FAQs How far in advance should I make a reservation? - You can book as far in advance as you’d like during the shoulder and peak season (May 1 – October 15). - For off-season monthly stays, please fill out our Contact Us form or call the office at 360.209.8172. Can I choose a specific site when booking? - Yes, you can choose a specific site before checkout on our online booking platform. What is your cancellation or refund policy? - You may cancel your reservation up to 72 hours before arrival for a full refund, minus a $25 cancellation fee. - Cancellations made within 72 hours of arrival will result in forfeiture of the first night’s deposit. - After check-in, refunds are granted at the manager’s discretion. Are last-minute or walk-in reservations accepted? - Yes, as long as we have clean sites available, we accept same-day reservations. - You can book online, by calling 360.209.8172, or by visiting our on-site office (closes at 5 pm PT). Do you accommodate long-term stays, and what are the rates? - We will start taking applications for long-term stays in September. - To get on our waitlist, call us at 360-209-8172 or message us via our contact us form. What utilities and hookups are available at each site (e.g., water, sewer, electricity)? - Most of our sites are full hookups, including water, electricity, and sewer. - Please refer to our site map for detailed information. Do you have Wi-Fi, and is it reliable throughout the park? - Yes, our park offers super-fast fiber optic Wi-Fi. Are there shower and laundry facilities available? - Yes. - We have a bath house at the north end of the park with 4 full bathrooms (shower, sink, and toilet). - We also have two additional full bathrooms in the main building. Do you provide propane refills or exchanges? - No, we do not offer propane refills or exchanges at this time. - However, there is a Walmart 1.7 miles down the road. Is there a store or market onsite for groceries and RV supplies? - Yes, we have a 24/7 cashier-less store stocked with grocery items, RV supplies, firewood, and ice. What is a 24/7 cashier-less store?" - Our 24/7 cashier-less store is a convenient, modern solution for outdoor enthusiasts on the go. - Whether you need food essentials, RV supplies, coffee, firewood, or ice, our store is open around the clock to serve you—no lines, no cashiers, just ease and simplicity. - Here’s how it works: - Wave your credit card over the terminal to enter the store. - Browse and pick out what you need. - Walk out when you’re done—your credit card will be charged automatically, and a receipt will be sent your way. - It’s as simple as shopping, swipe, and enjoy! What are the quiet hours, and how are they enforced? - Quiet hours are from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM. - During these hours, guests are expected to minimize noise, including mechanical, musical, and vocal disturbances, to ensure a peaceful environment for all visitors. - Excessive noise during quiet hours may result in termination of your reservation and removal from the property, as outlined in our guidelines. - For emergencies, please call 911. Are campfires allowed, and do you provide fire rings or wood? - Campfires are subject to Washington State and local regulations. - When allowed, campfires must be contained within a designated fire ring at each site. - For your convenience, firewood is available for purchase at our store. - Please refer to the Clallam County Burning Restrictions for the most up-to-date information. What is your pet policy? Are certain breeds restricted? - We welcome all well-behaved pets at our campground, with no breed restrictions. - To ensure a safe and enjoyable environment for all guests, pets must not be left unattended at any time and may not be tied up on leads. - Guests are also responsible for cleaning up after their pets. - All guests will be required to sign a pet waiver at check-in. Are there activities for my pet on the premises? - Yes, there is a dog run located on site. Are there restrictions on RV age, size, or type (e.g., no pop-ups or tents)? - RVs must be RVIA-certified and newer than 2015 (learn about RVIA certification). - For exceptions, please contact us via our contact us form. Do you have a policy for late check-ins or after-hours arrivals? - Late check-outs must be requested in advance. - A $25 per hour fee applies for check-outs after 12:00 PM. - Check-outs after 2:00 PM will be charged a full day’s rate.
