Registration and Arrival Check-In Procedure - Check-in: Guests are welcome to check in starting at 3:00 PM for campsites and cabins. - Check-out is at 1 pm for campsites. - Check-out: We kindly request that guests check out by 11:00 AM on the day of departure for cabins. - Check-in is at 4 pm for cottages. - Check-out is at 10 am for cottages. - You must be 21 to rent a campsite. - A valid credit card is required for all cottages/bungalow rentals for a security deposit. - Proper paperwork will be needed at check-in. - We can’t wait to welcome you to our accommodations and make your stay enjoyable from the moment you arrive. - This allows us to prepare our spaces for incoming guests promptly. - If you require an early check-in or have any questions regarding this, please don’t hesitate to contact a member at Chippy’s Lodge. - We’ll do our best to accommodate your needs and make your stay as convenient as possible. - Early Check–In Fees would apply. - We welcome early check-ins based on availability only. - Please call ahead to ensure we can check you in early. - Please call 48 hours to check on early check-in/availability. - We welcome late check-outs based on availability only. - Please call ahead to ensure we can check you out late. - While each park attempts to accommodate your exact spot request, the on-site manager has the ultimate decision for spot placement. Vehicle Registration - For the convenience of all our guests, we kindly ask that all vehicles display a registration tag during their stay. - This helps us ensure the safety and security of our property. - Each car requires a $10 cash deposit, which is returned at the end of your stay. Smoking Policy - To maintain a clean and healthy environment for all guests, we have a strict no-smoking policy in place. - Smoking is not permitted in any of our indoor areas. - If you wish to smoke, designated outdoor smoking areas are available. Trees - No items are to be nailed or screwed to trees. - Do not alter any part of the campsite, such as shrubs, tree branches, fire rings, etc. Fire - Each campsite has one fire ring and one picnic table. - If you move your table, please put it back. - Campfires are allowed in the provided fire rings only. - Please do not move the fire rings. Trash - Please place garbage in bags and deposit them in the compactor located at the front of the resort. - Trash pick-up service is not available, so please do not leave it on your site. Prohibited - Fireworks and firearms are not permitted in the campground. Photograph - Camper agrees that any photographs taken by staff, in which they or their family appear, may be used for advertising purposes. Quiet Hours - Please be considerate of others. - Quiet hours in the resort are 10 pm to 8 am. - Minors must be supervised and back at your site by 10 pm. - Campground management may remove anyone due to disruptive behavior. Guest - Please alert your guests ahead of time that they must register at Chippy’s Lodge to pay a visitor fee. - Each vehicle must receive a registration tag and gate key. - $10 refundable cash fee for gate key. - All guests must leave the campground before 9 pm if they purchased a one-day stay. - Campers are responsible for the conduct of their guests and are personally liable for any injury or property damage arising from the actions of their guests. Speed Limit - We have a lot of little campers, so please obey the 5 miles per hour speed limit throughout the campground. Vehicle - Do not park extra vehicles in empty sites or along the roadways. - All vehicles must display a valid car pass with the site number. - Mini bikes, dirt bikes, scooters, e-bikes, kiddie cars, and hoverboards are not permitted. - Bicycles ridden after dark must have lights. - Do not cut through other campsites with golf carts, bikes, cars, or on foot. Golf Cart - Golf carts are available to rent at the Chippy’s camp store. - Personal golf carts may be brought to the campground with park approval, and proof of insurance is provided, and it is registered at the office upon check-in. - There is a $50 fee for personal golf carts. - All drivers of a rented or privately owned golf cart must have a valid driver’s license and be 21 to operate the said vehicle on our property. Swimming - There is no lifeguard on duty at the Chippy’s waterpark or Chippy’s sports beach. - Chippy’s waterpark hours are from 9:00 am to dusk, and Chippy’s sports beach hours are from sunup to sundown. - At Chippy’s waterpark, please do not use inflatables. Pet Policy - Pets are to be kept on a leash and never left unattended outside your camper. - Barking dogs will be required to leave. - Pet waste must immediately be picked up and disposed of properly. - Pets are not allowed in any building, swimming pool area, or on the beach. - There is a $100 fee per pet for any cabin or cottage rentals.
