Registrations and Arrival
Check-In Procedure
- All guests and visitors must register at the main office upon arrival.
- A photo ID is required at the time of registration.
- There may be an added charge for visitors.
- Checkout is at 11:00 a.m.
- While each park attempts to accommodate your exact spot request, the onsite manager has the ultimate decision for spot placement.
Visitors
- Visitors must exit the park by 10:00 p.m.
- Guests and visitors are the direct responsibility of the registered party, including minors.
- Failure of your guest or visitors to adhere to any of the rules of the park may lead to the removal of the entire party from the RV park without refund.
Quiet Hours
- Quiet hours are from 10:00 p.m. to 8:00 a.m.
Children
- For safety reasons, all children should be supervised at all times, and specifically at his or her site between these hours.
- All children 12 years old or under must be accompanied by an adult at all times.
- Guests are responsible for the behavior of their children or children visiting them at the park.
Vehicles Policy
- The speed limit in the park is 5 mph at all times, and all vehicles, including golf carts, must be driven on roads only.
- Parking is permitted only in authorized spaces.
- Each site has enough room for one vehicle.
- Management approval is required for parking more than one vehicle on your site.
- Overnight parking alongside any of the roads in the park is not permitted.
- Commercial trucks, work trailers, and equipment may be permitted on site with management's approval.
- All vehicles, trailers, and motorcycles must be registered and have current tags.
Pets Policy
- Pets are required to be kept on a leash at all times.
- Leashes should be no longer than 6 feet.
- Pets are not allowed in any of the park buildings.
- You must clean up after your pet.
- Failure to do so may result in a pet cleaning fee of $25.
- Repeat offenders could be asked to leave without a refund.
- Pets may never be left unattended anywhere on the property.
- Guests are required to have proof of pet vaccinations.
- We reserve the right to refuse aggressive pets.
- The following breeds are not allowed: Pit bulls and Staffordshire terriers, Doberman pinschers, Chows, Rottweilers, Presa Canarios, German shepherds, Great Danes, Akitas.
Site Responsibilities
- It is the registered party's responsibility to keep its site clean and in an orderly fashion.
- Residents with long-term sites are responsible for maintaining their sites in a clean and uncluttered manner.
- Moving from site to site without prior approval is not permitted.
- In case of emergency, management reserves the right to move vehicles or belongings without notice or liability.
Trash And Cleanliness
- For your convenience, trash dumpsters are located in the park.
- All household trash must go into the dumpsters.
Appliances And Equipment
- Free-standing refrigerators, freezers, or other household appliances are not permitted on sites.
- Do not put any nails or screws in any tree, picnic table, or posts.
- Clotheslines are not allowed.
Alcohol And Substance Use
- Alcohol may be consumed in moderation at your site only.
- Public display of alcohol is discouraged.
- Open alcohol should be in a cup or other insulating device.
- Possession or use of illegal substances is strictly prohibited in the park.
- The use of profanity is prohibited in the park.
Fires And Cooking
- Campfires are allowed in designated fire pits only.
- Verify with the park office or office manager before building a fire on your site.
- Barbecue grills are allowed at your site.
Structures And Tents
- No tents, canopies, festival tents, popups, temporary parking structures, or anything of the like are allowed on any of the sites.
- Guests are allowed one screened gazebo in good repair.
- The placement of the gazebo is not to obstruct another guest's rig, slide out, or site.
Smoking Policy
- Smoking is not permitted in any of the park buildings, screened-in porches, or any common roofed areas.
Mail And Packages
- If you are expecting a message or package, please notify the staff in the main office.
- Mail service is available through the post office with a PO box.
Sanitation Rules
- All RVs are required to have an approved sewer ring or sewer donut for sanitation purposes.
- Please do not remove backflow preventers from any hose bibs.
Permitted Items At Your RV Site
- One deck is in good repair and not permanently attached.
- One shed not larger than 10'x12'.
- Shed color must be beige or white.
- The shed must be code-compliant and contain working CO2 and fire alarms.
- One screened gazebo in good repair with no holes and structurally sound.
- One patio set is in good condition.
- Two potted plants.
- Two garden flags.
- One gas or charcoal grill.
- One propane fire pit, if preferred.
- One camp owned a picnic table, if applicable.
- One camp owned a fire ring, if applicable.
- No pet pens or enclosures are permitted on site.
Liability
- Guests and visitors use the park facilities at their own risk.
- Saddleback Valley Communities is not responsible for loss or damage to any property.
Enforcement
- Management reserves the right to have anyone removed from the park without refund if they have violated any of the above rules.
Cancellation Policy
MODERATE
If the guest cancels at least 1 week before your check-in day and time, they will receive a full refund (minus Spot2Nite convenience or resort fees). If the guest cancels within the 1 week before check-in, there will be no refund.
