Check-In Procedure - Check in time is 1 PM. - Check out time is 11 AM. - While each park attempts to accommodate your exact spot request, the on-site manager has the ultimate decision for spot placement. Deposit - A deposit is required at the time of your reservation and will be charged to your credit card. - The remaining balance and related taxes are due at or before check in. - By making this reservation, you agree to pay this deposit and any subsequent cancellation charges, if applicable. - For reservations longer than 1 week, we request payment of your balance via cash or check upon arrival (deposit can be paid by credit card). Speed Limit - For your safety and the safety of all our guests, please abide by our 5 MPH speed limit. - Guests who repeatedly exceed the speed limit may be asked to leave without refund. Pet Policy - We welcome your pets but they must be leashed, never be left unattended, and not be disruptive to others. - You agree to clean up after your pets. Children - Children must be under adult supervision at all times. - Children must wear proper life saving equipment near or in the river and be supervised at all times; you are required to provide your own personal floatation devices and assume all risk. Primitive Steps - Primitive steps are available for use to access the river; use at your own risk. - You assume all risk associated with use of the primitive steps including injury or loss. Bikes - Loaner bikes are available for your enjoyment and use. - Helmets must be worn, and can be found in the community game bin. - Use of bikes are at your own risk and you agree to assume all risk of injury or loss to person or property. Campfires - Wood fires are prohibited. - Portable propane fire rings can be used at your site. - You are welcome to bring your own, or they are available for rent. - Fire ring can be picked up at the office after 1:00 pm on day of rental and returned before 11:00 am on day of rental return. - Operation and use by adults only. - Children must be supervised at all times. - You agree to return fire ring in same or better condition than when rented. - If damaged or not returned, you agree to be charged $200 to the credit card on file without prior notice. - Do not leave fire ring unattended. - Turn off fire ring and gas tank when not in use and before return. Campground Disclaimer - Management reserves the right to evict or refuse service to any person or persons who are disruptive or break or disregard any rules without refund. - Management reserves the right to evict or refuse service to any person or persons at any time. - Management reserves the right to make changes to the rules, regulations and fees when necessary.
