Rules

Check-in Procedure - Check-in time is after 2:00 pm - Check-out time is before 11:00 am - While each park attempts to accommodate your exact spot request, the on-site manager has the ultimate decision for spot placement. Neighbor Policy - These rules and regulations were established to maintain high standards of cleanliness, safety, and maintenance, and with a “Good Neighbor Policy” in mind. - Your compliance is very much appreciated and will ensure a pleasant stay for all guests. Refunds/Prorating - No prorating or refunds for early departures. Any Balances Owed - In event a reservation is made with a balance due to length of stay(monthly) or worked out at booking or promotions all balances will be billed automatically by system either day before the next months stay or day before arrival if a balance on under a month reservation. Lot Capacity - 6 people total per site. - Anymore than that found after arrival will be an additional $25/ night charge, charged to credit card on file. Children - Children under age 16 must be accompanied by an adult while in the common areas of the resort. Visitors - All visitors must check-in at the office. - All visitors must comply with park rules/policies for any visitor using 30A Luxury RV Resort Clubhouse, pool, etc. - Please be respectful of registered paying guests by limiting your visitors to no more than 2 at a time. Common Courtesy - Common courtesy shall prevail between all persons in the park. - Respect the privacy of guests. - Profane, abusive, harassing, threatening language or actions directed at park personnel or other guests is unacceptable and could result in eviction. Noise Control - No generators, fireworks, or loud music. Quiet Hours - 10:00 pm – 8:00 am. Emergency and Safety - No illegal drugs. - All weapons shall be kept in compliance with state/federal laws. - No discharge or use of firearms in the park. No smoking in or around Resort buildings. Speed Limit - Speed limit 10 mph. - If you observe any activity you believe to be of concern, please contact the office. 850-610-8145 Vehicles and Site Occupancy - One RV per site. - We ask that they are no older than 20 yrs and have no visible rust, duct tape or damage. - (You may call the office for approval of vehicle if older than 20yrs and very well maintained) - One passenger vehicle per site. - Second vehicle requires management approval and parking pass or will be towed at owners expense. - 2nd vehicle may be allowed only if space is available. - Utility/Car trailers must be parked in the reserved parking spaces (additional fee required). - No parking on grass, or adjacent/vacant sites. - No vehicle repairs or maintenance may be done in the park unless approved by management. - No items such as rugs, stakes, outdoor lighting, fence or any miscellaneous items shall be stuck on/in ground due that could cause damage to grass, utilities or irrigation and occupants will be charged for repairs. Subletting/Renting - Subletting or renting of an RV is prohibited. Sites - Cleanliness of the park is important to everyone. - All toys, bikes, chairs, towels & trash should be cleaned up nightly. - If items left on fences or over awning rails are found overnight a $25 fee will be charged per incident to credit card on file. - Outdoor items should be neat and orderly. - No outdoor appliances (i.e. freezer, refrigerators) of any kind. - No storage of tires on site. - Hazardous materials shall be discarded properly. - Please leave park facilities as you would like to find them. - If they need attention, notify the office. Trash - All trashed must be bagged and taken to and put into the dumpsters. - There are 2 onsite behind brown boarded areas at the front and rear of park Electricity - We strongly suggest that all campers use surge protectors before plugging into our sites for your and the parks protection. Utilities - In the event your RV unit or equipment has electrical issues that causes either a service call or problems to RV park you will be responsible for any costs associated with including damage to other guests. - Any personal equipment, wires or connectors problems on your cable, Wi-Fi, water or sewer you would be responsible for any costs associated with labor or materials and automatically charge to your card on file. - Our park is checked and maintained so please make sure before reporting any utility issue you know your RV and equipment is good to avoid any charges due to us calling a third party. RV Sewage – Florida law mandates the use of a sewer hose seal (threaded connector/rubber donut). - Do not place feminine products, grease/fats, diapers, cat litter, paper towels, wet wipes, hazardous substances, syringes, or plastics down the drain/sewer. - Use RV toilet paper. Portable Grills - Gas grills are allowed. - No wood/charcoal fires except in designated areas. (by pool) Outdoor Structures - No sheds, porches, decks, tents, tarps or utility buildings allowed. - RV’s are not to be skirted and usage of blocks to balance rig is prohibited. Clubhouse and Restrooms - Please use common courtesy to all guests and clean up after yourself. - No children under 16 allowed to use these facilities without adult supervision. Laundry - No clotheslines or hanging laundry outdoors. - No washing of pet bedding or outdoor rugs in laundry facility. - No one under 16 allowed without adult supervision in laundry facility. Pet Policy - No more than two pets per site allowed. - A $25 fine will be assessed to the pet owner for each occurrence of improper disposal or cleanup. - Pet owners must immediately pick up after their pet and deposit waste in a bag and INTO the trash. - We reserve the right to refuse or require removal of any animal at any time. - Cats are allowed but may not roam freely in the park. - Dogs must be on a leash (6 feet or shorter) and under control of an adult at all times. - Excessive barking is not allowed. - Aggressive animals will not be allowed in the park. - You will be asked to leave with no refund if your pet shows any aggressive tendencies or complaints are verified. - Pet fences are not allowed. - Pets may not be left outdoors unsupervised. - Pets, except for certified service animals, are not allowed inside clubhouse, bathrooms, laundry or pool area. - Do not feed wild or stray animals. Solicitation/Peddling/Business enterprise - No peddling, soliciting or business enterprise is allowed in the park. - Signs for the sale of products or services are not allowed. Damages and Personal Liability - Any guest or visitor that willfully or negligently damages or destroys park property, landscaping or equipment will be held liable for the value to repair or replace the damaged items property. - The responsible party(s) may be evicted for willful damage. Guest Property - Guests use the Resort’s facilities at their own risk. Secure your valuables. - Management assumes no liability for loss or damage to guest property and/or injury to person, pet, or party arising due to use of resort facilities or caused by others on the premises. - The resort is not responsible for loss or damage due to fire, accident, theft, weather or catastrophic events. Right to refuse/Evict/Deny access - Park name is a privately-owned resort. - Management reserves the right to refuse services, evict or deny access to anyone, under any circumstances it deems necessary, in accordance with applicable local, state and federal laws. - There will be no refunds. - Loud Noises, Bullying, Drunkenness and Drugs have a zero tolerance. Policy Changes - Since every contingency cannot be covered in a set of rules, from time to time, modification may be necessary. - Management reserves the right to make changes deemed necessary to these rules and regulations at any time, without prior notice. Pool Policy - Pool hours are from 8am until dusk pm. - No lifeguard is on site and all visitors assume personal liability. - All Children under 16 must be accompanied by someone 21 or older.

Cancellation Policy

Campground Cancellation Policy - Due to costs of credit card vendor and our booking platform policies from Camp spot please read and know all cancellation policies that are provided at time of booking at bottom of website. - We are always glad to issue a camping credit for a different date if you give good notice or have an emergency. - By booking a stay you agree to these policies provided on the booking website or through our office. For RV Parking - Before 30 days: Refund less $50 cancellation fee or you may move you dates for like priced dates or pay the rate increase for different seasons. - Inside 30 days to 2 weeks: 50% of reservation is a cancellation fee and the remainder is issued in camp credit or you may move your dates one time with no fee, to a like priced time or pay rate increase for in season dates. R - Reservation is non-refundable once the date change takes effect. - 2 weeks or less: Full reservation forfeited as cancellation fee or you may select other dates, one time, of same rate pricing but new reservation is non-refundable. Snowbird and Monthly cancelations - Before 30 days a Refund less $100 dollar cancellation fee for 1 month reservation, for 2 or more months, $250 fee. - Inside 30 days a Refund less $500 cancellation fee. - 2 Weeks or less: first month forfeited. Note - If needing to cancel or change dates inside 14 days and booked less than 28 days we do allow you to move your dates to another time to prevent a loss of money. - If new dates are during peak season or at a higher rate than originally booked, the difference In cost would be charged at time of change. - But reservation is non-refundable. Refund Policy - We do not give credit or refunds due to the discomforts of nature. - The fun continues rain or shine. - Our cancellation policy varies depending on the timing of your cancellation notice in advance of the reservation date. - All Spot2Nite reservations require payment in full at the time of booking. - Please contact Spot2Nite to cancel a reservation via email to cancellations@spot2nite.com or call (877)778-2683, Option 1. - Spot2Nite convenience fees and credit card processing fees are non-refundable.
