- Late departures may be available until 2 PM, subject to availability, and will incur a fee of $25.
- Early arrivals may be available for an additional fee.
- Please call the office prior to arrival to check availability.
- While each park attempts to accommodate your exact spot request, the on-site manager has the ultimate decision for spot placement.
Pet Policy
- Pets are welcome at campsites and in designated pet-friendly lodging units.
- To ensure a safe and enjoyable experience for all guests, please review our pet policies.
- Each site allows a maximum of two pets, and visitors are not permitted to bring pets.
- Pets must be supervised and kept on a leash no longer than 6 feet at all times and cannot be left unattended in cabins or at campsites.
- Guests must ensure their pets do not disturb other campers—excessive barking, howling, or disruptive behavior will not be tolerated.
- You are responsible for cleaning up after your pets, with waste bags required to be properly disposed of in designated trash bins.
- Any pet-related damages to campsites, cabins, or campground property will be charged to the credit card on file following a management inspection.
- If a guest is unable or unwilling to control their pet or comply with management's request to remove the pet, management reserves the right to terminate the guest’s reservation and eject them from the campground without a refund.
- All pets must be up to date on vaccinations, and proof of vaccination must be available upon request.
- Please note that, with the exception of service animals, pets are not permitted in restrooms, laundry, playgrounds, or swimming areas.
- Guests assume full responsibility for their pet(s) and agree to release the campground, its owners, employees, and agents from any and all liability arising from pet-related injuries, damages, or accidents during their stay.
WiFi
- The Park’s Wifi may only be used for lawful purposes.
- Transmission of any material in violation of any federal or state statute or regulation is prohibited.
- WiFi may be affected by weather, high usage, or technical issues.
Not Permitted Items
- The following are prohibited within the campground: fireworks, openly carried firearms, drones, 4-wheelers, or ATVs.
Golf Carts
- All guests must comply with the following rules regarding the use of golf carts on the property.
- Each guest must register their personal golf cart with the office upon check-in.
- Must present valid driver’s license and proof of liability insurance.
- Each guest owning a golf cart is solely responsible for ensuring that all operators of the golf cart are a minimum of 16 years of age and possess a valid driver’s license.
- Golf carts must have headlights on while in use after sunset.
- Carts without headlights may not be used after sunset.
- Golf carts must be driven responsibly at all times.
- Horseplay, racing, or any misuse of carts is prohibited.
- Use is limited to blacktop or gravel roads only; driving through RV sites or restricted areas is not permitted.
- Operating a golf cart while consuming or under the influence of alcohol, marijuana, or illegal drugs is strictly prohibited.
- Do not exceed the seating capacity of the golf cart.
- All occupants must be seated while the cart is in motion.
- Engage the brake and remove the key when the cart is not in use.
- Drivers must adhere to all speed limits and posted signs.
Photography and Video Content
- Guest consents to our capture and use of voice recordings, images, videos, and likeness for any and its affiliates, subsidiaries, licensees to use my name and photographic likeness in all forms and media for the purposes of advertising, promotions, trade, and any other lawful purpose.
Reservation Policy
- Space assignments are subject to change.
- By making a reservation, we guarantee to hold a site, not a particular site.
- Discounts are for daily rates only.
- No refunds for early departure.
- During holidays & big events, we do charge a deposit upon making the reservation.
- Bayberry RV Park is considered a hotel/motel.
- We do have the right to disconnect anyone who is late on rent or owes fines.
- We do charge late fees, disconnect fees, and reconnect fees.
- Do not ever park on any site you do not pay for, company included.
- There is extra parking in the front park.
Zero Tolerance Policy
- Violation of any of the park rules/policies will result in a single verbal warning.
- A second violation will result in automatic eviction from the park the same day, without a refund.
- We strictly enforce a zero tolerance policy for the safety and enjoyment of our guests.
Camper Age and Condition Approval
- Bayberry requires all guests with campers from 2010 or older to submit photographs of their camper for management approval before making a reservation.
- This policy ensures that all campers meet our standards for quality and safety.
- The management reserves the right to decline reservations based on the camper's condition, as depicted in the photographs.
- This rule is part of our commitment to maintaining a secure, peaceful, and high-quality environment for all our guests.
Shower House
- If you need the door code to the shower house, please ask the management for details.
Packages
- Mail & packages will only be available to pick up during office hours.
- No exceptions.
Emergencies
- If you need the manager or maintenance for an emergency, after hours, call or text (228) 328-4422.
Sewage
- If you are staying for more than 1 month, your sewage hose will need to be off the ground.
- We do this to prevent any damage during lawn care.
Smoking
- No smoking in the park’s office, bathhouse or laundry rooms.
- Please put all trash and cigarette butts in the dumpster.
- Do not throw anything in the dumpsters that is not “household” trash.
Trespassing
- If you get evicted or are asked to leave, and you come back to the property for any reason, you will be trespassing.
- No walking around anyone else’s site for any reason.
Electrical Hookups
- No additional appliances are allowed to be plugged into the electric, including refrigerators and deep freezers.
- One window AC unit per site – BTUs limited.
- Washer/dryer additional $50/month.
- No outside units.
Alcohol
- Alcoholic beverages must be confined to your assigned site.
- Do not walk through the park with alcoholic beverages.
Broken Items
- If you are in a rental camper and something breaks, leaks, does not work, etc, contact management immediately.
- Do not attempt to make repairs on your own unless prior permission is given by management.
- We do not allow tarps, bags, or plywood on campers or vehicles.
- If you have a leak or need to repair something on your camper, call management to get permission.
Criminal Record
- No registered sex offenders or sexual predators of any kind are allowed on the property at all.
Car Washing
- No washing of cars.
- There is a fee to wash campers.
- Get details from the office.
- No working on cars or campers.
- Some exceptions.
- With permission first.
Quiet Hours
- Quiet hours are from 9 pm until 8 am.
- During quiet hours, please be aware that camper walls are thin.
- No need to slam car/camper doors.
- Be courteous to other guests sleeping.
- Do not be outside during quiet hours talking loudly.
Drugs
- We have zero tolerance for illegal drugs of any kind on the property.
Behavior
- Always be considerate of other guests.
- Loud, lewd, abusive behavior and fighting will not be tolerated and are grounds for immediate expulsion.
- Police being called to your unit for any reason will result in automatic eviction.
- We have zero tolerance for loud music of any kind, from cars or campers, at any time.
- Noisy campers are not welcome here.
- Do not harass, aggravate, or borrow from your neighbors.
Cleaning
- Your lot is to be always kept clean.
- No buildup of items that are not intended for yard use.
- Anything you do have outside needs to be neatly under your camper in a bin or tote.
- No outdoor garbage cans.
- No bags of trash left outside.
Visitors
- All visitors must bring or text ID to the office.
- If you have an overnight guest, the office needs to know in advance.
- We do this for your safety.
- Anyone who is your guest, you are responsible for their behavior while they are here.
- You should not have excessive traffic.
- From 9 pm to 6 am, it should only be the guest who lives here coming & going.
- After quiet time, you should not have any traffic.
Speed Limit
- Speed limit is 5 mph through ethe ntire park.
- Including delivery drivers.
General Park Policies
- Absolutely no driving or parking on the grass.
- No digging, anywhere! Ever!
- No children left unattended at any time.
- No clotheslines or clothes hanging apparatus.
Cancellation Policy
MODERATE
If the guest cancels at least 1 week before your check-in day and time, they will receive a full refund (minus Spot2Nite convenience or resort fees). If the guest cancels within the 1 week before check-in, there will be no refund.
