- All RVs that are staying on a monthly basis must check in between the following hours:
- M-F 12:00 PM - 5:00 PM
- Sat-Sun 3:00 PM - 5:00 PM
- Upon Arrival, the exterior of the RV will be inspected.
- Big Tree RV Park does reserve the right to decline an RV based other condition of the RV at the time of arrival.

Cancellation Policy
Campground Cancellation Policy
- If you cancel more than 14 days from your arrival date, we will refund 100% of the amount paid, minus a $10 cancellation fee.
- If you cancel 8 to 13 days from your arrival date, we will refund 50% of the reservation total.
- If you cancel 7 days or less from your arrival date, no refund will be given.
Refund Policy
- $100 monthly deposit fee is non-refundable.
