Our lush 62 acres is to host a huge seletion of RV sites, including big-rig friendly sites and premiere cement sites of over 1,200 square feet. We’re directly across the bay from the Beau Rivage MGM Casino and close to nearly a dozen other casinos and entertainment centers.

Registration and Arrival
Check-In Procedure
- Check-in time: 2 pm for RV sites.
- Check-out time: before 11:00 a.m. for all sites.
- Balance is due 24 hours prior to check in time.
- Personal checks are not accepted at check-in.
- Early check in fee of $25 may be charged for guests who arrive before check-in time.
- There is a $25.00 late check out fee if you are not out of your site by 11:30 AM.

Cancellation Policy
Cancellation Policy
- Cancellations made at least 14 days in advance will be refunded in the form in which it was paid, less a $35 cancellation fee.
- This fee is necessary because the credit card companies and the online booking companies charge us for your incoming payment and for your outgoing refund payment.
- We have to pay these charges whether or not you keep your reservation.
