Registration and Arrival Check-In Procedure - While each park attempts to accommodate your exact spot request, the on-site manager makes the ultimate decision regarding spot placement. Motorcycles / Mopeds/ Electric Scooters or Bikes - I understand that motorcycles and mopeds may be driven from site to road by licensed drivers only and that no mini bikes, motorbikes, motor scooters, or mopeds are allowed in the Campground. - I further understand that electric scooters or bikes are only allowed as Other Power Driven Mobility Devices (OPDMD) with pre-authorization from the Campground. - Failure to adhere to the policies and rules set forth herein may result in my removal from the Campground without a refund. Additional Terms for Corrals and Campsites - At departure, the Corral or Campsitel is to be left in a reasonably clean condition, all trash removed, all animal waste/manure and uneaten hay disposed/placed in muck bucket ; otherwise, Broxton Bridge Campground Management may charge my credit card with a $50 cleaning fee. - Do not put trash, haywire, or electrolyte packs in the muck buckets. - All damages to the campsite or corral, whether caused by me, my children, guests, or pets, will be disclosed to the registration office immediately or at checkout. - All damages occurring to the campsite or corral during my stay will be charged to my credit card after a thorough inspection has been made by Broxton Bridge Campground Management. - Damages for which I will be responsible include, but are not limited to: Broken water spigots, Broken electrical hookups, bent or broken corrals. Additional Terms for Long Term Stays (30+ Days) in Campsites - On a recurring basis, the renter understands and agrees that Broxton Bridge Campground Management will be able to conduct inspections of the rental unit for routine maintenance to ensure the integrity and longevity of the Campsite with at least 24 hours’ notice. - The rent is due every month on the date you checked in. - We have a 3-day grace period that starts at 12:01 AM the day after your due date. - After the grace period ends at 11:59PM on the 3rd day, a $20 late fee will be applied to the rent every 24 hours until rent is paid in full. On the 9th day after the rent is due, the power and water will be disconneted. - On the 21st day after the rent is due, the RV will be towed and impounded. Firearms Policy - I agree, and shall cause my children, invitees, and guests to obey all federal, state, and local laws regarding the ownership and possession of firearms. - Firearms are not permitted in any property buildings or common areas. - The only exception is that I, my children, invitees, or guests may have a firearm in a locked, private vehicle in parking areas if permitted by law. - The discharge of firearms, BB guns, air guns/rifles, or similar devices is strictly prohibited. Fireworks Policy - No fireworks of any kind are permitted on the premises. - Discharge or use of fireworks may result in you being asked to leave the Campground without a refund.
