We sit on over 130 acres and offer 2 covered arenas and 4 outdoor arenas, full and partial hookup RV spots, and over 300 permanent stalls within our 9 covered barns. We are the premiere equestrian and events center in the West Valley and strive to build a positive community for our spectators, competitors and guests. With the Buckeye Equestrian and Events Center, everyone has a home in Buckeye.

Registration and Arrival
Check-In Procedure
- Check-In: 2 PM
- Check-Out:11 AM
- Please stop at the office for check-in and check-out.
- While each park attempts to accommodate your exact spot request, the on-site manager has the ultimate decision for spot placement.
Site Occupancy and Parking
- Parking space for no more than two (2) conventional consumer passenger vehicles is permitted at your space.
- Every vehicle must fit within space completely and not extend over any lawn/yard.
- Anyone operating a motorized vehicle must have a valid driver’s license.
- One RV/Trailer per site is allowed.
Speed Limit
- Speed limit is 10 mph.
Campfires
- Campfires are not permitted.
- Grills are permitted but will need to be used responsibly.
Noise
- No loud playing of radios, TVs, or other disturbing noises will be permitted between the hours of 10:00PM and 8:00 AM.
- Please be respectful of your neighbors at all times.
Pets
- A maximum of 2 pets are allowed.
- Noisy or aggressive pets are not allowed in the Resort.
- Barking, growling, snarling, crying, howling, and such other noises that disturb others are cause for revoking permission to keep a pet.
- Aggressive or vicious behavior is cause for revoking permission to keep a pet.
- When outside of the RV or other unit, your pet must be on a six foot (6’) or less leash.
- Pets may not be left unattended on the site or anywhere in the community.
- Tethering pets to common areas or on RV sites are not allowed.
- Pets may not be allowed to enter another guest’s site, flowerbeds, shrubs, yard, or any vacant sites.
RV Site Cleanliness
- Your site must always be kept in an orderly and tidy fashion.
- Any items on your site must appear to be clean and well maintained.
- Tents, tarps, clotheslines, outside washers and dryers, vehicle washing, or repairs are not allowed.
- Only materials outside your RV must be for camping related activities and stored neatly.
- No other materials are allowed to be stored outside your RV.
- Long term residents (More than 30 days) are required to ensure weeds are pulled and site is always kept clean.
- Sites must be left clean at completion of tenant reservation.
- Tenants who fail to clean their site upon exit will be subject to a minimum $100 cleaning fee or higher based upon expenses incurred by facility to clean location.
Stall cleanliness
- All stalls rented must be cleaned at the end of your stay.
- Waste dumping areas are provided next to each barn.
- Failure to clean your stalls could result in a $50 per stall cleaning fee.
Trash
- All garbage must be wrapped, and all refuse must be placed in the proper container and disposed of in trash bins provided in the facility.
- All boxes must be broken down before placing into trash bins.
- Sanitary and health laws must always be obeyed.
- No construction material of any kind privately or commercially acquired is permitted in the trash bins.
- The disposing of motor oils or any other environmentally hazardous waste into trash containers is prohibited.
Tenant Improvements
- Any improvements to your site must be approved by the management of the facility.
- This includes fencing, decking, satellite tv, or any other alteration.
- Failure to gain approval could lead to discharge from the facility.
Electricity
- 30/50-amp service is provided.
- Customers are strongly encouraged to use surge protection devices to prevent damage to their vehicles and equipment due to power surges caused by nature, the power company, and other factors.
- Buckeye Equestrian & Events Center is not liable for any damages to the RV or its contents.
Private Business/Soliciting
- The Facility, its name, and/or its address must not be used for the purpose of advertisements of any kind or for the sale of merchandise.
- No private business may be conducted in the facility by anyone.
- No door-to-door solicitations of any kind is permitted.
- A solicitation by one tenant without prior invitation of another tenant is prohibited by this rule.
- If solicited in the facility, please contact Management.
Conduct
- Registered campers will assume all financial responsibility for any damage or injury caused by any member of their party or guest.
Damages
- Any damage caused by the tenant will be repaired by facility and cost of those repairs will be billed to tenant.
Repairs
- Repairs to RVs and other vehicles are not permitted in our community.
Insurance
- The tenant is hereby advised and understands that any personal property of the tenant is not insured by the facility for either damage or loss.
- The tenant is solely responsible for any damage or loss to personal property.
Rent
- Rent is due on the 1st of the month and late after the 5th of the month.
- The tenant will be charged $5 per day for a late fee after the 5th.
Campground Disclaimer
- Rule violations, conduct that disrupts other guests, interference with management or operation of the property, or behavior that does not promote a family-friendly atmosphere can be grounds for ejection from the community without refund.
- There are no refunds issued for early departures.
- Additionally, refunds will not be issued for service disruptions, inclement weather, or other circumstances that are beyond personnel’s ability to control.
Cancellation Policy
MODERATE
If the guest cancels at least 1 week before your check-in day and time, they will receive a full refund (minus Spot2Nite convenience or resort fees). If the guest cancels within the 1 week before check-in, there will be no refund.
