Rules

Check-in and Check-out Procedure - Check in for all RV/Tent Sites 2:00pm-8:00pm. - Check out is 12:00pm. - Check in for RV/Cabin Rentals 3:00pm-8:00pm. - Check out is 12:00pm. - While each park attempts to accommodate your exact spot request, the on-site manager has the ultimate decision for spot placement. Safety - Playground equipment, campground facilities, nature trail, fishing pond, etc are to enjoy at your own risk. Speed Limit - 5 MPH. - Please drive slowly and carefully for the safety of our children and pets. Bicycles - Bicycle riding after dusk is prohibited. - PA law requires all children under the age of 12 to wear an approved helmet. - No bicycles allowed on the porch or under pool pavilion. Pool - Swimming pool hours and rules are posted at the pool. - The swimming pool is for you to enjoy at your own risk. Alcohol - Alcohol is permitted under the following conditions without exception. - Must be of legal drinking age, must remain in your own campsite/camper, no open display, all beverages must be in a koozie or cover. - Excessive drinking, rowdiness, loudness, vulgarity, creating a disturbance, and/or driving gives us the right to ask you to leave immediately without refund and/or notify the local authorities. Quiet time - Quiet time is between the hours of 11:00 PM and 8:00 AM. - During these hours, all children must be on their campsite and in the company of a responsible adult. - If there is a disturbance after office hours, please call the office (570) 682-8696. Propane - We can fill all approved propane tanks. - Please see the office for rates. Fireworks/Firearms - Not permitted in the campground at any time. - This includes but not limited to sparklers and paintball guns. Pets - We are a pet-friendly campground, as we love our four-legged family members as much as you do. - We do, however, ask that you respect the rules of the campground and your fellow campers. - All pets must be leashed (please no retractable leashes) at all times, as not all pets and owners are as friendly as the next. - The pet owner is responsible for cleanup and pet behavior, including barking. - There are waste bags for sale at the store for your convenience. - Pets should not be left unattended. Pet owners are required to have a current vaccination certificate(s) and license(s) available upon request. - Pets are not permitted in the bathhouse, game room, laundry room, or office without prior approval from management. Firewood - We know campfires are an important part of your visit with us. - All sites have a fire ring, and firewood may be purchased at the store. - All campfires must be contained in the provided ring. - Need more firewood, give us a call and we will deliver to your site. Visitors - A visitor is anyone who is not registered for the entire length of your stay. - This includes all people dropping in to say “hello”. - Visitors must arrive after 9:00 AM, but prior to 9:00 PM and depart by 11:00 PM. - Visitor’s Rates are $5.00/$6.00 holidays per person/per calendar day. - All visitors must register and pay the fees upon entering the campground, if they do not they will be asked to leave immediately. Privacy - Please be aware that by entering Camp-A-While property, you consent to your voice, name, and/or likeness being used, without compensation, in photos, films, and tapes for exploitation in any and all media, whether now known or hereafter devised, for eternity, and you release Camp-A-While, its successors, assigns, and licensees from any liability whatsoever of any nature. Liability - Camp-A-While Campground is not liable for any injuries that may occur on campground property. - Camp-A-While is not liable for any acts of theft or vandalism, or for any damage caused by natural elements. Rules and Policies are Subject to Change - Camp-A-While Campground reserves the right to add to or alter these Rules & Policies at any time due to any unforeseen occurrences in the future.

Cancellation Policy

MODERATE If the guest cancels at least 1 week before your check-in day and time, they will receive a full refund (minus Spot2Nite convenience or resort fees). If the guest cancels within the 1 week before check-in, there will be no refund.
