Go Camping America

It all began in 2011, when our owner Mike Constine decided to turn a once gravel pit into a private lake and housing development. After touring the country with his family for years, camping at campsites large and small, Mike had a thought to bring that experience to families close to home. A place to camp, to swim, to enjoy the sunshine and one another making memories around campfires and fireflies. Out of this dream, Campgrounds-R-Us was born. Over a decade later, we continue to grow and add more activities every season. We offer everything from swimming and fishing to volleyball, a bounce pad for the kids, and miles of nature trails to hike, bike or take explore by horseback. Every Friday and Saturday night, we have a large community campfire where campers can connect with the owners, sharing tales of the road and trading tall tales under a canopy of stars with S’Mores in hand. We welcome you to our campground. We believe in making family memories, and treat you like family when you are here.
