Built from scratch and opened in 2019, we are thrilled to welcome you as our guests here at our RV Park. Experience the charm of Historic Helper’s Main Street just a few walkable blocks away. Delight in various amenities, including restaurants, a coffee shop, bowling alley, museum, art galleries, grocery store, gift shops, and more.
Outdoor adventurers will enjoy direct access to ATV trails, hiking, mountain biking, rock climbing, kayaking, fly-fishing, golfing, motorcycle rides, and horseback riding. And explore the many breathtaking natural landscapes nearby, including the San Rafael Swell, Arches National Park, Canyonlands National Park, and Dead Horse Point State Park, all within reach from our park. And dinosaur lovers can explore the Cleveland-Lloyd Dinosaur Quarry, a paleontological site just 35.6 miles away.
Our RV sites cater to every camper's style, with big-rig, full hook-up pull-thrus, wheelchair-friendly options, tent sites, and cabins. Enjoy river views and amenities like 30/50 amp electric, free fiber optic Wi-Fi, Cable TV, picnic tables, and fire rings. Smoke-free sites are also available.

The spaces are very well laid out, power and water toward the front, sewer at the back (many parks put them all next to one another). Good isolation between spaces. Very friendly staff, nice office/store.

General Rules
- While each park attempts to accommodate your exact spot request, the on-site manager has the ultimate decision for spot placement.
- Campsite check-in is at 1 pm and check-out is at 11 am. / Cabin rental check-in is at 4 pm and check-out is at 11 am.
- Our water pressure is very high (between 80 – 110 lbs) therefore we suggest using a pressure regulator. We do offer them for sale in our camp store.
- Campfires are permitted
Cancellation Policy
Campground Cancellation Policy
- If the guest cancels at least 3 days before their check-in day and time, they will receive a full refund (minus Spot2Nite convenience fees and a $25 park cancellation fee). If the guest cancels within the 3 days before check-in, there will be no refund.
- Rental Unit (Cabin) cancellations require 2 weeks prior to your scheduled arrival date
- A stay of 7 nights or longer during our peak season requires a 1-mont
