Hello fellow RVers, and welcome to the Corn Patch Corner! We are a small micro RV park in the middle of the Iowa countryside. If a quiet camping experience with family and friends near the campfire is appealing to you, then this little park is a must! At night you will probably hear the bull frogs down at the pond, along with the crickets singing, all under a starry sky with nearly zero light pollution. We are a 16 and soon to be 17 site park. There are several amenities yet to come for the park such as, a swimming pool with water slide and game room. We have overnight, weekly, monthly, and seasonal rates available. We look forward to seeing you soon!

Check-In Procedure - Check in time is any time prior to 8PM on date of arrival. - Exceptions must be cleared with park management via phone or email. - While each park attempts to accommodate your exact spot request, the on-site manager has the ultimate decision for spot placement. Speed Limit - We have no speedbumps in the park. - We simply ask, for the safety of yourself and others, you keep it to 10 mph or less. Quiet Time - Qui

Cancellation Policy

MODERATE If the guest cancels at least 1 week before your check-in day and time, they will receive a full refund (minus Spot2Nite convenience or resort fees). If the guest cancels within the 1 week before check-in, there will be no refund.
