About
This is the home of the Annual Dumplin Valley Bluegrass Festival held on the 3rd weekend of September each year. We think you'll find our campground unique as it was "born" out of necessity to accommodate our bluegrass fans and was not originally built as a campground. The atmosphere is laid back and pet friendly. We are only 1 1/2 miles from I-40 & convenient to restaurants, fuel, and shopping, and just a short drive to The Great Smoky Mountains National Park, Pigeon Forge, Gatlinburg, Dollywood & Sevierville.

Check-in Procedure
- Check-in is 2 pm
- Check-out is 12 pm
- Please do NOT arrive early as we will not be ready to check you in and there is no place to park and wait.
- We are happy to check you in between 2 pm and 6 pm.
- No Late Arrivals If you see that you will be arriving after 6 pm you must notify us before arrival.

MODERATE
If the guest cancels at least 1 week before your check-in day and time, they will receive a full refund (minus Spot2Nite convenience or resort fees). If the guest cancels within the 1 week before check-in, there will be no refund.
