The Dodge County Fair Association is a 501(c)(3) non-profit organization made up of 400 Stockholders and overseen by 9 board members elected at the annual shareholders meeting. The Association is responsible for the operation of the Dodge County Fairgrounds, in its present location since 1961, four miles east of Beaver Dam, Wisconsin on Highway 33. The Fairgrounds encompasses 60 acres of land and hosts a variety of events throughout the year, including the Dodge County Fair, Flea Markets, Fair Food Festivals, Auto Racing, Tractor Pulls, Livestock Show's, Car Show/Swap Meet and many other youth education activities. The fairgrounds is also a licensed campground from April to October. All profits are reinvested in the maintenance and improvements of the facility.

Cancellation Policy
Cancellation and Refund policy
- We are happy to provide a refund minus a $10 cancellation fee for cancellations made at least 10 days prior to the reservation date.
- For cancellations made within a 10-day period, we can offer a refund minus a $25 fee.
- All Spot2Nite reservations require payment in full at the time of booking.
