Nestled between the Spanish Peaks and the Sangre de Cristo Mountains, we're just 22 miles west of Interstate 25. Stop over for the night or stay for a while, and you'll discover the peaceful beauty of our Southern Colorado Mountains.

Check-In Procedure
- Check-in time 2 pm - 9 pm.
- Check-out time is 12 noon.
- Arrival time is 2:00 PM - 9:00 PM
- A $10 Fee applies for early check-in between noon and 2 pm with prior approval.
- Please call first for availability.
- No check-ins after 9 pm.
- Absolutely no check-ins before 12:00 noon.
- If arriving outside of check-in times, please call to make arrangements.
- RV sites are assigned upon arriv
Cancellation Policy
MODERATE
If the guest cancels at least 1 week before your check-in day and time, they will receive a full refund (minus Spot2Nite convenience or resort fees). If the guest cancels within the 1 week before check-in, there will be no refund.
