It was run down and dirty. Garbage bins overflowing with matress and old junk behind the bins that you could tell by the overgrowth of weeds it had been that way for a long time. We left immediately and lost our 450$.

Cancellation Policy
STRICT
If the guest cancels at least 1 week before your check-in day and time, they will receive a 50% refund (minus Spot2Nite convenience or resort fees). If the guest cancels within 1 week before check-in, there will be no refund.
