Las Vegas RV Resort offers a gated, adults-only retreat approximately four miles from the Las Vegas Strip, providing a quieter and more secure alternative to the city's few remaining urban RV parks while keeping the full entertainment infrastructure of the world's most visited resort destination within easy reach. The vegas resort's position near Sam's Town Hotel and Gambling Hall on Boulder Highway puts guests in a well-established local entertainment corridor that operates at a different register than the Strip's intensity—louder on value, quieter on spectacle. The resort's amenities reflect its premium positioning: a newly renovated outdoor swimming pool and spa, a fully equipped indoor fitness center, multiple off-leash dog areas for pet owners, a self-service general store stocked with convenience items, Las Vegas merchandise, and RV supplies, and a meeting room for private events and resort activities. Security is staffed around the clock, a feature that matters considerably more in Las Vegas than at most campgrounds, and the gated entry provides a controlled environment that larger RV parks in the city corridor cannot consistently offer. The adults-only policy ensures a demographic consistency that many of the resort's long-term and repeat guests specifically seek. Las Vegas's geography places the resort at the edge of a metropolitan area that extends in every direction into desert valleys flanked by dramatic mountain ranges—the Spring Mountains to the west, the River Mountains to the southeast, and the vast Mojave Desert surrounding the basin. The city's artificial landscape ends with remarkable abruptness at its suburban edge, transitioning almost immediately into the raw, austere desert terrain that makes the urban oasis aspect of Las Vegas so visually striking. Driving 20 minutes in any direction from the resort delivers a genuinely different landscape from the one visible from the casino towers. Red Rock Canyon National Conservation Area, about 30 minutes west of the resort, provides one of the most accessible and spectacular desert canyon experiences in the American Southwest—a 13-mile scenic drive through red and cream Aztec sandstone formations with numerous trailheads for hikes ranging from casual walks to technical scrambles. Valley of Fire State Park, about 50 miles northeast, offers even more dramatic red rock scenery with petrified wood, petroglyphs, and geological formations that are among the most photographed in Nevada. Hoover Dam and Lake Mead National Recreation Area are within 30 miles east, providing one of the great American infrastructure landmarks alongside 110 miles of lake shoreline for boating, swimming, and fishing. Death Valley National Park is a day trip of roughly two hours. Las Vegas RV Resort operates year-round in a desert climate where winter temperatures are mild and summer highs regularly exceed 110 degrees—conditions that make the renovated pool and spa essential summer amenities and early-morning or evening outdoor time the preferred strategy for June through August visitors. Spring and fall offer the most comfortable all-day outdoor conditions, and November through March delivers the pleasant winters that draw snowbirds to the Las Vegas basin alongside the year-round casino tourism that sustains the city regardless of season.

Entire staff was friendly and helpful. Our site #332 was a good sized corner site next to the well kept dog park which they watered down daily. Would stay here again when visiting Vegas.

I'd give a Great review but the heat was just too intense, 154 in the sun. Too hot for A/C to work well. Inside RV daytime was 94. Shade trees would help! Otherwise, the park was great! Staff, great! Very helpful, supportive when we had technical trouble with the RV. Will stay again, if returning to th...Show more
