Welcome to Oak Fern – our cozy RV park in the heart of Fletcher, spanning 3.5 lush acres on the town's western side. We offer four well-appointed RV lots, each equipped with a fire pit and picnic table, perfect for travelers 55 and older seeking a peaceful retreat.
Our sites are gravel-based back-ins, designed for seasoned RVers. Nearby, you’ll find attractions like the Blue Ridge Parkway, the Biltmore Estate, the Western North Carolina Agricultural Center & Fairgrounds, and various golf courses. Whether you're exploring local history or enjoying the great outdoors, there’s plenty to see and do.

Campground Cancellation Policy
- 100% refund until 7 days prior to check-in. 50% percent refund 3 days prior, then 2 days prior the reservation is no longer refundable.
- All refund calculations exclude the RoverPass service fees and credit card processing, which are non-refundable.
RoverPass Cancellation Policy
- The platform and processing fees are non-refundable.
- Spot2Nite convenience fees are non-refundable.
