Rules

RULES - PLEASE DO NOT LEAVE ITEMS DOWN AT THE RIVER. If items are left down at the river overnight (to keep your spot marked or for any reason), they will be removed by staff and brought up to the office. We want everyone to get a chance to enjoy the riverfront fairly. -No GENERATORS, (unless in an emergency). - Check-in time is 3:00 PM. Check-out is at 11 AM. A 50% fee (of your nightly rate) will cover the cost of an early check-in.

Cancellation Policy

MODERATE If the guest cancels at least 1 week before your check-in day and time, they will receive a full refund (minus Spot2Nite convenience or resort fees). If the guest cancels within the 1 week before check-in, there will be no refund.
