Enjoy riding your OHV out of our RV Park to the County Road 15 ATV Trails (w/town permit flag). Fish the gold metal waters of the Rio Grande, or one of the 14 lakes in surrounding area. Quiet mountain town with plenty to explore, scenic drives, fresh mountain air!
All sites are 50 or 30 amp, full hookup.
No Camper? No Problem, We offer two onsite campers for rent.

FROM HWY 160: Turn onto Hwy 149. You will pass Emanuel Chapel Church. We are on the right hand side with a 6-foot woven fence along the highway (before the river). FROM CREEDE: We are just past the Rio Grande River on your left. We have a 6-foot woven fence along the highway side of the property. There is a large entryway shortly after you pass Aspen Ridge Cabins.

One passenger vehicle OR OHV/Motorcycle and one RV per site
Rates include 2 persons per site. Rates for additional persons over $3 per day, per person.
Speed Limit 5 mph around the RV Park.
Quiet Time is 9:00 PM to 7:00 AM, please be considerate of others
Please use a sewer adapter to connect your sewer hose to the Park's sewer connection. Adapters are available for sale in the office.
Let the park office know when you have guests.
All Pets entering the Park must have current rabies vaccines. Pets must be kept on a leash at all times. Please clean up after your pet. Pets may not be left outside unattended. Please do not allow your pet to disturb other guests. Please keep pets to off of our neighbor's lawns/landscapes. Aggressive dogs will not be tolerated. Maximum 3 pets per site
Propane and charcoal fires may be allowed in approved containers. Please check with the office for fire restrictions.
A dumpster is provided directly behind the office for your NORMAL RV trash only. Please no large items, break down boxes before disposing.
You may see visiting wildlife in the park (we are in bear country!). Please don't put yourself or our wild animals at risk by approaching them. Never leave food, pet food, or garbage out during the day or at night. Do not feed the deer.
Smoking is not permitted anywhere within the park except inside your RV or vehicle
