In 2020, we updated 115 RV Lots with new roads, new pads, new utilities (electric, sewer, and water), a new bathhouse, a new laundry room, and guest areas! In 2024, we renovated our neighboring property known as "The Reserve at Sunny Oaks" to include 66 premium RV Sites with wider roads, pull through sites, a new bathhouse and laundry room, dog park, playground and high speed wifi.
