A full service resort with Cabins, RV park, two restaurants and a full service Marina. Our General Store is set up to stock lake visitors with everything you might need while traveling or visiting for a day week or a month. Park Rules
Lake of the Woods Resort in Southern Oregon is a small property where every guest reservation is both important and special to us. All reservations should be made well in advance. A 50% deposit is required at the time the reservation is made, 30 days prior to arrival we automatically process the final balance due on the card on file unless you contact us with a different form of payment. If a reservation is made less than 30 days prior to arrival date full balance is due at the time the reservation is made. Full advance payment is required for holiday or special promotion reservations and are non-refundable. Reservations without deposits will be cancelled. Cancellations are accepted up to 30 days prior to arrival date with a .00 service fee. Cancellations with less than 30 days notice forfeit first night's rental fee or the entire deposit if the reservation is for a holiday period or a special promotion. Holiday reservation deposits are non-refundable with out 6 months written notice. "There are no refunds for early departure" No changes or modifications to reservations will be accepted with less than 30 days notice. Modifications or changes with 30 days notice will be subject to a .00 service fee. Rates/policies are subject to change and vary during high impact periods and special requests. Cabin Check in times: Check-in: 3:00 PM – 6:00 PM. If arriving outside of check-in times, please call or e-mail to make arrangements. Check-out: 11:00 AM. RV Check in times: Check-in: 12:00 - 1:00 PM. If arriving late please park in your site and check in with the General store when they open the next morning. Check-out: 12:00 PM. QUIET TIME IS 10PM LOUD GUESTS WILL BE ASKED TO LEAVE WITH OUT A REFUND. IF AT ANYTIME YOUR ACTIVITIES ARE DISTURBING OTHER GUESTS YOU WILL BE ASKED TO COMPLY WITH FOREST SERVICE NOISE POLICY'S. EXCESSIVE NOISE OR AMPLIFIED MUSIC MUST BE APPROVED BY RESORT MANAGEMENT. No Smoking in any cabins Pets allowed only in pet friendly cabins and RV Park~ Pets are not allowed to be left in vehicles, or tethered outside of cabins. Pets are not allowed in the swim areas. Violation of pet policy in cabins is subject to a special cleaning fee determined on a case by case basis. You could be charged up to 0.00 for a pet clean up fee. You are responsible for any damage caused by your pet. Facility Damage Policy You could be subject to a special fee determined on a case by case basis. You could be charged up to 0.00 or more for a clean up or damage of the cabin or site. You are responsible for any damage caused by you or your other guests while staying in or at the facility.
