The Place

Located on the bank of the Middle Fork of the South Platte River in historic Fairplay, Colorado. Listen to the sound of rushing water and enjoy high temperatures in the seventies. Fish in our stocked trout ponds or fly fish the gold medal waters of the Middlefork. Our gold panning is second to none. Fairplay is only 86 miles from Denver on scenic Highway 285. We have full 50 Amp hookups with city water and sewer. Walk to restaurants and shops including the South Park Brewing Company.

Cancellations must be made 24 hours prior to scheduled arrival time.
All rates are subject to availability.

Pets must be on a leash and waste must be picked up. 

Small children must be carefully supervised when the river is high. 

No marijuana smoking is allowed outside.
