We are a brand new build campground! Our concrete parking sites are able to accommodate up to a total length of 75′! Our playground is great to keep the kids busy and our dog park will be sure to help wear out the furbabies of the family. Sit and watch the fountain in our pond and stargaze at night. We hope to be able to help you and yours create amazing memories for years to come while you visit Panama City Beach Florida! The beach is right around 2 miles away, Just far enough to take a day trip and come back when you’re done! See you soon!

Adhering to the Check-In/Check-Out Policy will allow the staff to prep the site for your arrival. While we try to accommodate early arrivals, there are behind the scenes cleanings that take place so the site is ready. If you would like to check in early, or have a late departure, please call in advance to verify availability. (Fees apply)
Visitors
All visitors must register at the Kampstore during business hours and pay the visitor fee before going to the registered guests site. If you have local family and friends that want to drop something off for you, please meet them in front of the store. Any unregistered vehicles/guests will be considered trespassing and be asked to leave immediately.
Pet Policy & Guidelines
All dogs must be on a leash at all times, with a human at the other end. All pet waste must be picked up immediately, those observed not picking up the pet waste will be subject to a 0 fine and/or eviction from the park. Please do not leave your pet unattended outside for any reason at any time. Pets are not allowed in the cabins, bathhouse, laundry room, store or pool areas.
Pool Hours
The pool is open from 8:00am-Dusk daily. Pool use is limited to registered guests only.
Parking
Due to limited parking on the property we kindly ask that you keep your vehicles within your site on the designated parking spaces and not parked on the side of the roads, on the grass, or in vacant sites nearby.
Trash
Trash will be picked up at the sites starting at 10:00AM daily. Please place it at the end of your site. If you forget, please utilize the dumpsters located in the front of the park. We have a set time for trash pick up so we aren't constantly picking up trash all day as well as keeping the possibility of attracting critters to a minimum.
Firewood / Firepit
We sell kiln dried firewood in the Kampstore and we offer free site delivery. Fire-pits are available to be checked out at the Kampstore with a refundable deposit. As we all try to do our part as to not transport harmful invasive species from one place to another, please respect this everywhere you go!
Golf Cart Policy
Golf carts are permitted to be driven by licensed drivers only and must be driven at a safe rate of speed.
Vehicle Policy
All visitors must register their vehicle and are permitted until Quiet Hours.
Wildlife Awareness
Connecting with nature and wildlife. Various types of wildlife big and small may be found on and around this campground. Be alert and give them distance and respect. Keep dogs on a leash and properly store food, trash and cooking supplies. Your safety and the future of wildlife depend on you.

Management reserves the right to refuse service to anyone. Panama City Beach KOA Holiday is not responsible for accidents, injuries or damages to persons or property.
