Check-In Procedure
- Check-in is at 1 pm.
- Check-out is at 12 pm.
- Check-in for the cabin is at 3 pm.
- Check-out for the cabin is at 11 am.
- An extended checkout may be requested at the office.
- To speed up your check-in process, please let us know how many people will be staying with you; if you have any add-ons (BYO Golf Cart or BYO Side-by-Side), make sure we have a current card on file and accept your terms and conditions.
- While each park attempts to accommodate your exact spot request, the on-site manager has the ultimate decision for spot placement.
Office Hours
- Sun – Thurs is 9 am – 6 pm.
- Fri – Sat is 9 am – 9 pm.
Behavior
- Be courteous to other campers and their families.
- Do not travel through occupied campsites.
Wildlife
- No chasing or scaring animals.
- Stay fifty feet away from the deer.
- Never get behind the deer.
- Never get between the deer and their feed.
Pool Policy
- All children must be accompanied by an adult.
- Life jackets are required for children 10 and under in the lagoon.
- No glass containers in or around the pool.
- No diving or jumping from the zip line, zip line deck, or bridge.
- No running on the deck.
- No jumping from the bridge.
- No hanging from a bridge.
- No climbing on the walls.
- No pets.
- No polystyrene pool floats allowed.
Fishing Rules
- Until further notice, bass are catch and release only.
Vehicle Policy
- No four-wheelers or dirt bikes.
- Pedestrians and campers have the right away. ALWAYS!
- Vehicles may not be driven outside of designated trails.
- Vehicles may not cause undue damage to trails or grounds.
- Vehicles may not be operated in a careless manner, loud, or inconsiderate manner.
- Vehicles may not be operated during quiet time.”
- No riding in hills or the gravel pit.
- No riding on bridges except primitive island bridge
Quiet Time
- Quiet time begins at l0:30PM and ends at 8 AM.
- Please keep children and entertainment to a courteous volume.
- No loud music, loud profanity, or public indecency.
Swimming Policy
- I understand that there is no lifeguard on duty, and the facility is a swim at your own risk at the beach, lagoon, and river.
Children Policy
- I also understand that children under the age of 16 must be accompanied by an adult at these locations.
Pet Policy
- Pet owners are legally responsible for the behavior of their pet(s).
- Pets are allowed in the campground, but their demeanor must be appropriate & they must be always kept on a five-foot leash.
- Pet owners are responsible for picking up their pets.
- There is a pet fee of $25 per pet to bring pets into pet-friendly cabins.
- Bringing pets into cabins that are not pet-friendly is prohibited.
- Additionally, fees for any damages known to be caused by a pet will be charged to the card on file for the pet owner.
Golf Cart and Side-by-Side Policy
- Owners or renters are responsible for any injuries to people or damage to property caused by the use of any vehicle on the property of Paradise Ranch RV Resort.
- Golf carts and side-by-side must be operated by a licensed driver.
Golf Cart and Side-by-Side Waiver
- I understand that I am responsible for any and all damages to property and/or injuries that occur to one’s self or a third party due to the use of the golf cart/side by side on the property of Paradise Ranch RV Resort.
- I understand that you should stay on designated roads at all times, always operate golf carts/side by side safely, and be aware of pedestrians.
- I understand that there will be no chasing or harassing of deer or other wildlife on the property of Paradise Ranch RV Resort.
- Please note that Paradise Ranch is a private property; anyone operating a golf cart/side by side must have a valid driver’s license.
- Golf cart/side-by-side registration bands must remain on the cart for the duration of the stay.
- Upon violation, you will be asked to trailer your cart for the remainder of your stay.
Lagoon Waiver
- I, as the adult responsible for my family, my friends, and myself checking in to or visiting my site, hereby agree to follow all rules set forth by Paradise Ranch RV Resort concerning the use of the lagoon area.
- Any and all children at the age of 10 and younger will, at all times, while in the lagoon, be required to wear a life jacket.
- Any and all persons, regardless of age, will be required to wear a life jacket while inside the ropes around or on the Wibit.
- Life jackets will be provided at the lighthouse in the lagoon area.
- I also understand that there are no lifeguards on duty and that I, as an adult, will be in attendance at the lagoon area at all times while our children are in the lagoon.
- I am solely responsible for the safety and well-being of said children and/or visitors.
Terms and Agreement
- Entrance into the campground property constitutes permission for the management of Paradise Ranch RV Resort to photograph the visitor while on the premises and to use any resulting pictures for any lawful purpose without any compensation to the visitor.
- The guest assumes all risks and dangers incidental to the activity of camping in a rustic outdoors environment, including specifically (but not exclusively), the danger of being injured by insects or other animals(this includes the deer), of being injured while participating in recreational activities - such as hiking, swimming, boating, and jumping pillow - at Paradise Ranch RV Resort, or of acts of mother nature, or COVID19 related illness and agrees that the said camping resort and it's owners, agents, and employees are not liable for injuries or property damage resulting from such causes.
- By signing this, I agree to read and comply with all campground rules and regulations as listed on the site map, brochure, website, and/or posted on the property.Cancellation Policy
MODERATE
If the guest cancels at least 1 week before your check-in day and time, they will receive a full refund (minus Spot2Nite convenience or resort fees). If the guest cancels within the 1 week before check-in, there will be no refund.
