Waterfront RV Park is conveniently located in Huntington Beach adjacent to the Pacific Ocean. Whether you're looking to simply relax or fill your time with activities we have RV sites to fit almost every RVer's needs. Can accommodate a stay from one night to 30 days. We currently offer 90 RV sites with hook ups. Soak up the sun laying by the pool or relax in the spa. Have fun playing billiards or visiting while hanging out in our clubhouse. Laundry facilities available for RV guests. When visiting us, it is our goal to make your stay as pleasant as possible. Our staff is willing to answer any questions you may have.

THERE ARE NO LATE CHECKOUTS…. PAYMENT OF RESERVATIONS: ALL RESERVATIONS MUST BE PAID IN FULL AT THE TIME OF BOOKING. RV SITES ARE NEVER CONFIRMED UNTIL PAYMENT IS RECEIVED AND AN EMAIL IS SENT SHOWING PAYMENT WAS PROCESSED AND PAID IN FULL, AND THE CONFIRMATION NUMBER IS NOW VALID. To CHANGE a reservation for any reason, there will be a $50 charge for each change made. Rates include Water, Sewer, Electric, Basic Cable, Limited WIFI service, Heated Pool and Spa Rates and Previously reserved Site numbers are subject to change by Management without notice. QUIET HOURS ARE: 10 pm to 8 am NO MORE THAN ONE (1) RV VEHICLE PER SITE PERMITTED. Rates are based on site size. Please state the type of RV. Class A, Class B, Class C, 5th Wheel, or General Trailer. You MUST have EXACT SIZE BUMPER TO BUMPER of the RV at time of booking. This includes any towing device or bike racks. Maximum of 6 people per site. RV sites for check-in will be available after 2:00 p.m. Check out is at noon (12:00 p.m) on date of departure. Any RV or Car left on the site after 12 pm noon on assigned space will be charged a one day late fee. This will be strictly enforced. ANY RV THAT IS DUE TO CHECK OUT ON THERE ASSIGNED DATE AT 12 NOON, AND LEAVES THE RV IN THE PARK IS SUBJECT TO BEING CHARGED AN ADDITIONAL DAYS RATE AND IS SUBJECT TO BEING TOWED AT OWNER'S EXPENSE. NO VANS or SUVS ALLOWED AS RV VEHICLES NO TENTS ARE ALLOWED IN THE PARK You are allowed 2 pets per site. Dogs must be on leashes at all times. Please pick-up and properly dispose of at pet stations located in the Park No open camp fires, wood or charcoal burning in the park, only GAS BBQ'S permitted. No Skateboarding in the RV Park. No riding bikes thru RV sites. Golf Carts and ATC's are not allowed in the park. Pool and Spa use: No one under the age of 14 yrs permitted in pool or spa without adult supervision. Spa use is NOT PERMITTED for pregnant women or children under the age of 3. THE FOLLOWING AGGRESSIVE BREEDS ARE NOT ALLOWED: Pit Bull Terriers. Staffordshire Terriers. Rottweilers. German Shepherds. Presa Canarios. Chows Chows. Doberman Pinschers. Akitas. Park reserves the right to refuse service to anyone. SPECIFIC SITES ARE NEVER GUARANTEED. YOU MUST BE EXACT ON THE LENGTH OF THE RV...MEASURMENTS MUST BE BUMPER TO BUMPER. YOU MUST INCLUDE ANYTHING ATTACHED TO THE RV.. SUCH AS BIKE RACKS. THERE IS NO FREE VISITOR PARKING! ALL ONLINE RESERVATIONS PAID WITH A CREDIT CARD WILL BE CHARGED NEXT BUSINESS DAY. While each park attempts to accommodate your exact spot request, the on-site manager has the ultimate decision for spot placement.

Cancellation Policy

MODERATE If the guest cancels at least 1 week before your check-in day and time, they will receive a full refund (minus Spot2Nite convenience or resort fees). If the guest cancels within the 1 week before check-in, there will be no refund.
